正規表現によるパターンマッチングは広く用いられており,これまで様々なマッチング手法が研究されてきた.正規表現をDFAに変換してマッチングを行う手法もその1つである.本論文では2つの高速化手法を提案する.1つ目の手法は,マッチングの並列化である.マッチング対象となる文字列を複数に分割してデータ並列にマッチング可能な,同時状態有限オートマトン(Simultaneous Finite Automata, SFA)をオートマトン理論の自然な拡張によって定義した.2つ目は,DFA・SFAから,ネイティブコードを実行時に最適化して生成する手法である.コード生成によって,既存実装に比べてマッチング時のスループットの向上が見込め,また特定の正規表現における最適化も可能となる.最終的に,これらの手法を実装し,マルチコアマシン上での評価を基にその有用性を確認した.

On the moon, planets and volcanic area, it is difficult for the robots with wheels, crawlers, legs individually equipped to cross over the large rocks, high step and so on. For acquiring high cross-country ability, to pass the terrain with its body and the shape of its moving mechanisms transforming according to the shape of terrain, is effective. We have been researching and developing such a high performance cross-country robot. Here we introduce the concept and overview of the robot and the results of the test of the intermediate pilot model with 4 crawlers on mainly about the cross-country ability based on terramechanics.

Moral psychology has changed since Haidt (2001) proposed Social Intuitionist Model. In this study, using "trolley problems" (Petrinovich et al., 1993), the relation of intuitive system and reasoning system is investigated. At first, the subjects answered the questions including moral dilemma following their intuitions. But when they had time to considering the questions, their answers were such that using reasoning system. From these results, both two lines of judging moral dilemma, one following intuitions, the other using reasoning, are important in moral judgment.

角度のデータは,環境科学・気象学における風向,生態学における動物の運動方向,分子科学における二面角などにおいて現れる.また,イベントの生起時刻を24時間時計上に配置すれば角度データのように扱える.従来,ハート型,von Mises,巻き込みCauchy分布は角度の対称分布として良く知られている.本稿では,角度を含むデータを扱う統計学(方向統計学)において,ハート型,von Mises,巻き込みCauchy分布を含む新しい対称分布,分布の非対称化,球面・トーラス・シリンダー・ディスク上およびそのハイパー型多様体上の分布について,それらの諸科学・技術における応用例を交えて,主に2000年以降の最近の発展を概観する.

In the Meiji era, the new government established small-scale banks nationwide, aiming to encourage community industries through making regional finance smooth, having adopted the small banking principle of the United States National Banks. These small-scale banks had a common feature that the local potentate, a "shizoku", a merchant, a landowner, an industrial person, and municipalities positively participated in establishing banks. Moreover, they have coexisted with community by supporting the creation and the development of regional commerce and industry through making regional finance smooth. Such historical details agree with today's situation in which regional financial institutions nationwide grapple with a variety of management problems along "Action Program concerning enhancement of Relationship Banking Functions" aiming to rebuild regional businesses and to activate communities. Because regional financial institutions share the fate with the community, their most important mission, according to the various characteristics of each regional economy, is to attempt the activation of the regional economy by the establishment and the development of the local industry.

Historical research on labor and gender in Japan is still insufficient. This paper analyzes the notion of gender held by Muto Sanji, who was a prominent business manager in Japan's cotton-spinning industry before WW2. Because the expectations demanded of labor show up in managers' congratulatory messages, we use Muto's congratulatory messages for data. As a result of our analysis, Muto's notion of gender includes (1) a justification of employment using a market-oriented logic, (2) essentialism regarding gender roles in labor, and (3) the justification of a gender division of labor via a genderized family concept. These findings have been overlooked in previous research.
