緑茶(Camellia sinensis L.)には免疫に関与する成分が含まれているが,免疫を賦活する作用があるものや,またその逆の作用を示す成分もある.しかし,緑茶の淹れ方や品種を選ぶことで,そのバランスを大きく変えることができる.ここでは,免疫に関与する緑茶成分と報告されている生理活性,温度による緑茶成分の溶出性の違いについて解説する.

A zero-pressure balloon used for scientific observation in the stratosphere has an unmanageable limitation that its floating altitude decreases during a nighttime because of temperature drop of the lifting gas. Since a super-pressure balloon may not change its volume, the lifetime can extend very long. We had introduced so called the ‘lobed-pumpkin’ type of super-pressure balloon that can realize a full-scale long-duration balloon and it will be in practical use in the very near future. As for larger super-pressure balloons, however, we still have some potential difficulties to be resolved. We here propose a new design suitable for a larger super-pressure balloon, which is roughly ‘lobed pumpkin with lobed cylinder’ and can adapt a single design for balloons of a wide range of volumes. Indoor inflation tests were successfully carried out with balloons designed and made by the method. It has been shown that the limit of the resisting pressure differential for a new designed balloon is same as that of a normal lobed-pumpkin balloon.

Achieving high-resolution 2-dimentional (2D) or 3-dimentional (3D) imaging with millimeter-wave radar requires a large number of antenna elements. Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is commonly used to achieve high-resolution imaging. However, SAR usually requires long observation time due to mechanical scanning. In this study, we have developed a prototype high-resolution millimeter-wave MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) radar with non-uniform planar arrays for both transmitter and receiver. We achieved high-resolution 3D imaging by applying virtual array processing to the received data. In this report, we provide the spatial resolution evaluation of the prototype millimeter-wave non-uniform 2D-MIMO radar by experiments.

Objectives : The experience and perception to support the intention of the female family caregivers living in the secluded heavy snowfall area who take care of their family at home and their characteristics seen in the community through analysis of the kinship type.Methods : The samples are from 7 caregivers living in A area. The research was analyzed quantity and inductively after picking up care perception.Result : From their experience, the caregivers have got perception of nursing care as follows.1, They came to the reality and love the caretakers more.2, They strengthened the family bond, hoping to spend time together and protect their family.3, They are helped by their neighbors and supporters and maintain balance between nursing care and their own life.4, Regardless of the kinship type differences, all caregivers deepened their family bond, love the caretakers and are supported by the community.Discussion : A area has established medical care service. Helped by their neighbors and supporters, the caretakers deepened the family bond and love the caretakers more.The analysis of the kinship of the caregivers shows that they have their concern as wife, daughter, or daughter-in-law, based on their family problems. The caretakers took a cognitive approach to take on nursing care.As a result, they deepened the family bond and their affection toward the caretakers through nursing care. Getting support from the professionals, they've developed their intention to continue nursing care.

地球環境およびリサイクルの問題として,廃プラスチックの処理が世界的に重要な課題となってきている。日本でも年間500万トン以上の廃プラスチックが発生しているが,そのリサイクル量は3割以下であり,かなりの部分が埋立処分や熱回収をしない焼却処分となっている。近年廃プラスチックは焼却してそのエネルギーを回収して有効利用しようとする考えが多くみられるようになってきた。本研究所では,将来廃プラスチックがエネルギーとして回収されるであろうことを予測し,焼却による問題点の一つである燃焼灰に含まれている金属元素の溶出状況を模擬的環境中で調べた。有害金属としては,pb,cdとsbの溶出が比較的顕著に認められた。燃焼灰中の有害金属元素の溶出という観点でみれば,上記3種の有害金属元素を含むプラスチック添加剤の使用を減らすことにより,燃焼灰の安全性は高まるものと推察された。
