A fossil palatine of alepisauroid fish was found from the lower part of the Middle Miocene (15 Ma) Iseyama Formation in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, central Japan. In comparison with a Recent species, this is identified as a palatine of lancetfish which belongs to the genus Alepisaurus. This is the fourth record of alepisauroid fossils in Japan and also the third one in the Northern Fossa Magna Region of Nagano Prefecture and is the largest fossil palatine of lancetfish discovered from the Japanese Miocene strata. This is probably an undescribed species of the genus Alepisaurus.

構造物の設計では設計変数を実数として扱うことが多い.このような場合,傾斜法を用いた最適化を行なうのが普通である.しかしながら,評価にFEMモデルを用いた場合など,非線形性や誤差などが原因で,必ずしも良好な解探索を実現できない.そこで,本研究では,CADモデルより生成した大規模FEMモデルを用いた最適設計での種々の問題点を明らかにし,大規模問題に適用可能な手法,「制約引き戻し法」を提案した.本手法を用いれば,効率的に許容解を求めることが可能であり,評価に時間のかかる大規模な問題に対しても,効率的に設計可能な解を探索できる.

In this paper, an observation study was conducted in 22 facilities in Tokyo to derive the accurate scale of an after-school day-care center. From an investigation, the scale of bases such as indoor area and the number of useable areas was investigated. The activity area was calculated and checked a state of playing . I analyzed a state of playing for an index. The index of the child viewpoint is provided in this report and gets the index of the staff viewpoint in the study in the past. Combining both these indexes can help improve the quality of the base.

This paper aimed to obtaining the knowledge of the proper standard formulation of group size and area scale based on it and understand facility management of after-school day-care center, we conducted a questionnaire survey on after-school day-care center based in Tokyo.Analysis of the survey results, it was to grasp facility management such as complexed facility, target children, area and group size.The difference was seen ideal sizes and environment such as a dynamic play and number of nursery space by another complexed facilities and target children.

The purpose of this survey is to grasp the current status of after-school child care centers and the local government’s response to national policy.The results are as follows.1) 93% of municipalities put after-school child care centers in place, and both the current status and the subjects for improving facilities differ according to the population size of locality.2) 14% of those municipalities have ones in where there are more than 70 registered children, and these try to make them smaller and adequate size.3) Some local governments set a standard level uniquely. 52% of the municipalities have a capacity standard, and 27% of them set capacity standard based on the guideline, on the other hand less than 15% of them have ones of area, space and utilities.

This study, we got a handle on the characteristics of spatial from relation between children’s activities and spaces. As a result, it became obvious that the variety of children’s activities in after-school daycare centers is not necessarily secured. And, many facilities were not space to ensure free and dynamic children’s activities. It is difficult to each of the activities of static and dynamic can be done without risk. On creating an environment at the facilities, it is important that plan to be expanded the possibility of further activities after securing the floor space depending on the number of people.
