世界的に有名なクリエイティブ・エージェンシーであるワイデン・ケネディの東京オフィスで5人のクリエイターとプランナーにインタビューを行い、彼らの仕事のスタイルや消費者インサイトを獲得する方法について聴いた。その結果は、社内における異質性を前提としたコラボレーション、消費者理解のための現場の取材や観察、それに基づくメンタル・シミュレーション、社外の人々との公的・私的なネットワーキング活動が重要であることを示している。

〔目的〕本研究は踵接地時に足関節背屈を意識させたランニングでの下肢筋活動および関節角度の変化を測定し,アキレス腱障がいのリスクを軽減するための一助とすることを目的とした.〔対象と方法〕対象は大学陸上長距離選手7名とし,トレッドミル上で通常のランニングと足関節背屈を意識したランニングを行った.〔結果〕背屈を意識したランニングでは,踵接地時に床と足底のなす角度が増加し,立脚前期での足関節背屈角速度の最大値が減少した.筋活動は,踵接地前の前脛骨筋,立脚前期の大腿直筋で増加を認めた.〔結語〕背屈を意識したランニングでは,接地時の衝撃吸収に足関節底屈筋群以外の筋がより貢献したと予想され,アキレス腱への負担が小さくなると思われた.

Age and growth of Sebastes schlegeli collected from the coastal waters of the Shiribeshi subprefecture in Hokkaido were studied. Observations of the otolith margin verified that annuli (outer margins of the opaque zone) were formed chiefly in June. This period accorded approximately with the parturition season (late May-mid-June) that was judged from the seasonal change in gonadosomatic index, occurrence of eyed eggs and histological observations of ovaries. The surface method of otolith aging was found to be inadequate for aging of S. schlegeli older than 7 years because of the underestimation of age. A significant difference was found in the parameters of the growth equations between females and males. Growth of S. schlegeli was expressed by the von Bertalanffy asymptotic growth function as TLt=633.1(1-exp^[-0.160(t+0.965)]) for females and TLt=417.7(1-exp^[-0.363(t+0.368)]) for males, where TLt is the total length (mm) at age t (after parturition in years). Based on previously published data, the growth rate of S. schlegeli in this region was relatively low, especially in males, because of low temperatures during the winter and spring and the shortness of the high growth period of 10-20℃.

Lifelong education have payed interesting attention since Paul Lengrand had reported to Commitee of adult education in UNESCO in 1965.As the national educational policy, there have been twice reported on lifelong education by the Central Educational Council in Japan, too.The third report on lifelong integrated learning have been proposed by the National Council on Educational Reform April 23 in 1986.This report says that basic direction of educational system for the 21centry is to reform to lifelong learning system to solve many educational problems. It is the reason of written this report and its main contents are as follows;1. Lifelong education as the national educational policy in Japan.2. Move to lifelong integrated learning society to solve many educational problems.3. The adquate curriculum on each life stage.4. Cooperation with home, school and Community.

A routine parentage test as part of a conservation program for Kiso horses identified a possible sex chromosome anomaly in a 7 months-old filly because of an aberrant result using LEX3, an X-linked marker. We then analyzed X-linked markers (LEX26, TKY38, and TKY270), Y-linked markers (Eca.YH12, Eca.YM2, Eca.YA16, and the sex-determining region Y gene), and an X/Y marker (Amelogenin gene). This analysis demonstrated that the filly had not inherited an X chromosome from her sire. A karyotyping analysis confirmed that the filly was 63,XO. As it was suspected that the horse would be sterile, we avoided using the horse as a broodmare; the information should also serve to prevent unnecessary conflict between owners transferring and receiving the horse.
