本稿の目的は“いじめ”に起因して発生したと言われた事件の新聞記事を検討することによって,“いじめ”についての学校批判とその責任が,誰によって,どのような言葉と理屈を用いて語られてきたかを明らかにすることである.本稿では社会問題研究の対象として,問題とされる社会の状態に目を向けるのではなく問題とされる事柄をめぐる人々の活動に着目するという「社会問題の構築主義」を参考にする.検討する事件は1985年のいわき市の小川中学校での自殺事件である.この事件は全国ではじめて,裁判で学校の責任が認められた事件である.明らかになったことは第一に,“いじめ隠し”としての批判がなされたこと.第二は,いわゆる専門家などによって学校の不作為,いじめを防止する能力不足の問題が指摘されたこと.第三は,一般の人々は新聞記事を読んでこれらのストーリに沿いながら自らの経験や身近な子供もいじめの被害者になるのではないかという不安からクレイムを申し立てたことである.

Recently, the extensive use of high-tensile steel for ship hull structures has realized the decrease of plate thickness, under the design condition that no members yield for the design loads. However, the post buckling design as well as air planes is required to aim at the further making the most of high-tensile strength. This study had been performed as a designated study of Ship Research Institute for three years, in order to investigate the applicability of the post buckling design for ship structures assembled by welding. The details are as follows: ・Investigation of buckling analysis methods of panel or stiffened panel ・Model tests and numerical analysis of stiffened panel ・fatigue tests of stiffened panel subjected to pulsating compressive and shear load ・Investigation of the applicability of the post buckling design for ship structures

民事裁判と異なり,医療における刑事裁判の全貌は公表されていない.しかし公刊資料で収集すると業務上過失に関する医療刑事裁判では,1950年から2017年末までの被告人数は444名で,そのうち127名が公判請求され23名が無罪となった.一般的な刑事裁判では検察庁に送付された中で,8.3%が公判請求され,99.8%が有罪となっている.最近医療水準が問題となった事件では無罪判決が続いた.しかし年代別の無罪の比率には大きな変化は見られなかった.2015年以降医療機関からの警察届出件数は減少したが,司法解剖に至った事例が58件あり,刑事裁判になる可能性は依然として残る.事故発生後の医療機関としての対応についても検討を行った.

乳癌胆管転移の1例を経験した.症例は56歳,女性.平成9年左乳癌(TlN0M0)で乳房部分切除,腋窩郭清を施行.病理診断は浸潤性乳管癌 硬癌,リンパ節転移陰性,切除断端癌陰性で残存乳房照射50Gyとtamoxifen 20mg 5年間の補助療法を行った.乳癌術後5年5カ月,肝機能障害発症,画像診断上,中下部胆管が著明な狭窄を呈し,胆管癌の診断で膵頭十二指腸切除術を施行した.病理組織学的には粘膜直下より漿膜,膵に浸潤した腺癌が認められ,既往の乳癌の組織像に類似しているところから乳癌の胆管転移と診断した.乳癌の転移による胆管狭窄は肝十二指腸間膜リンパ節転移による報告例が散見される程度で本症例の如き胆管転移は極めて稀である.

The stress relief phenomena in pre-loading on butt welded plates and the changes of material properties owing to the pre-loading were investigated theoretically and experimentally. A over-matching welded joint composed of a 50 kgf/mm^2 class weld metal by automatic CO_2 welding and a mild steel of 16 mm thickness was tested. The strain distributions measured by strain gages showed the same tendency to those calculated by FEM, under pre-loadings in directions perpendicular and parallel to the weld line. The perpendicular loading was superior to the parallel loading in terms of reducing the plastic strains caused of the stress releaving. Strain aging embrittlement of weld metal, HAZ and base metal obtained by 2 mm V notched Charpy test was quite proportional to prestrain, and significant difference among them could not be found. The equations for estimation of the brittle fracture initiation temperature were checked. The rise in the temperature caused by the pre-loading was less than that due to the weld residual stress. It was concluded that the effective pre-loading method recommended in the present paper was sufficiently safe.

VR技術の応用例の1つとして教育支援がある。例えば、書道などのように筆の動きやその速度が重要である場合に、お手本を見て学ぶだけではなく、力覚を用いた教示をおこなうことは非常に有効な手段であると考えられる。著者らは、インターネットを介して遠隔で書道教示のできるシステムを開発した。本システムは、SPIDARを用いて力覚を生成し、その力により書道を教示、習得するシステムである。著者らは、実際に日本-ドイツ間で遠隔教示の実験をおこなった。その結果、教示前には日本の文字を知らなかった生徒は、お手本どおりの美しい文字を書けるまでには至らなかったが、筆運びの速度が、より先生のものに近づいたなどの教示効果が見られた。

ゴルフ中継において、3次元形状計測による正確なデータを用いて描いたCGで、グリーン上のアンジュレーション(起伏)をより分かりやすく表現できるシステムを開発した。バーチャルシステム用カメラ雲台を使い正確なカメラデータを取得することにより、グリーンの実写映像から、同じカメラ位置のCG映像に滑らかな乗り換えを行う。その後、ゴルフ選手が行うように、低い視点から、ボール側からカップ側、または、カップ側からボール側を見るなど、CG内で自由な視点変更を行うことで、効果的にアンジュレーションを表現できる。今回、このアンジュレーション表示システムの開発について紹介すると共に、第69回日本オープンゴルフ選手権中継で本システムを使用した例を報告する。
