The vagina is an important area of the reproductive tract. The vaginal route of administration of drugs may be a viable alternative to oral theraphy. But the vaginal preparations on the market are exclusively restricted to those are topically effective. Most of agents in vaginal preparations act directory on the vaginal membrane. Vaginal absorption is characterized by the avoidance of hepatic first pass effect, prolonged retention of the blood level and the variation throughout the reproductive cycle. In this minireview, the vaginal absorption of several drugs with low molecular weight is introduced from the standpoint of chemical structure, first pass effect and transport process. In addition, we discuss the vaginal absorption of prasterone sulfate(PS)in rats. PS is almost completely absorbed from the vagina. PS may be transported through vaginal membranes by both paracellular route and carriermediated process.

In this paper, the results of the analysis of oil used for the 50 hours runing test of water cooled diesel engine for farm use were mainly reported. The variable loading unit under programmed control was used for the experiments, which was already reported in the former paper.Discussion of oil analysis were held on the following items shown in Table 2 such as specific gravity, color, flash point and so on.The effect of STP additives was not found so cearly, therefore the further investigation including more experiments should be needed.

The programmed control variable loading unit was constructed. This unit consists of hydraulic power unit, optical reader by photo-transistor, amplifier and prony brake for loading.The process of signal flow is as follows: The input signal is supplied by the punched tape and amplified. Then the relay acted and drives the directional valve. The change of the oil flow drives the hydraulic cylinder back and forth. The displacement of the hydraulic cylnder is related to the action of loading or unloading to the Prony brake.This unit was used for the hundred hours engine test. The effects of the STP additives will be discussed in the following report. Through the development of this unit, the followings are summarized:1. The programmed control variable loading unit worked satisfactorily as the loading unit for engine test.2. The outputs such as torque of axle and the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder were predicted through the punched tape signal input. The graphical integration method and the cycle diagram were applied to predict the output signals and the predicted output signals were compared with the ones obtained from the experiments.3. The maximum frequency response of this unit is due to the ones of the directional valve and the relay, therefore it should be less than two or theree hertz.4. For the simulation of the variable loading with high frequency, the electrical clutching device will be more effective instead of the hydraulic prony brake.5. Further inspection how the real load variation in the field operation should be transfered onto the punched tape should be done.

著者らは,(1)クラス図か英語の言語構造に立脚していること,そのため,(2)ヒシネス仕様記述から概念クラス図を作成する際には,認知言語学のコアイメーシの利用か効果的てある,と考えている本稿ては,「を格」,「に格」,「て格」の格助詞から構成される単文パタンて仕様を記述し,これを概念クラス図に変換する手法を示す結果として,ヒシネス仕様記述と概念クラス図の間にトレーサヒリティか確保されるたけてはなく,作成者に依存しない概念クラス図か生成てきる可能性かある実際に,学生による初歩的な実験の結果,作成される概念クラス図のバラエティか減少することを確認した.

本研究では,高精度の実験と各種乱流モデル解析が行われている村上らの水平非等温噴流流れ場を解析対象とし,標準k-eとSST k-wの比較と,浮力生産項モデルの差異が解析結果に及ぼす影響について検討する。また,OpenFOAMの予測精度も合わせて検討する。

Authors have so far experimented to indoor air flowing in into a wall. As a result, it has reported that indoor air flows in into a wall even from openings with a slight wall socket. In this report, filling-up thermal insulation wall model using inorganic fiber insulating materials packed in polyethylene bag which has spread most in the warm area was used. The wall socket assumed to be openings was installed on the interior wall, and the experiment was conducted using house wrapping sheet and plywood for structures as wall composition material. As a result, the dew condensation situation in a wall was confirmed. In addition, by making a hole in plywood for structures, vapor resistance of a wall was reduced and the method of construction which decreases the quantity of dew condensation in a wall was examined. Furthermore, even if indoor wet air flows in into a wall, a measure method of construction with the effect which controls generating of dew condensation is proposed. Morevoer, comparison examination of the conventional method of construction and the new measure method of construction is carried out.

オフィスにおけるペリメータゾーンでは,日射等による不均一放射環境が生じる。前報までで,直達日射が卓越した室内を対象に,被験者実験と,数値人体モデルを連成したCFD解析の比較を行い,CFDの有用性を確認した。本報では,内付ブラインドを有する室内での温熱環境の実測を行った。また,実験に基づくCFD解析を行い,実測結果との比較を行った。その結果,実験では,スラット角度による熱の漏出傾向の差異を確認し,一定の知見を得た。また,室内の空気温度において,解析が概ね実測と一致することを確認した。

パスタが押し出される時に,パスタの押出し用ダイスは様々な方向にいくつかの応力を受ける.この応力を定量的にかつ正確に見積もることができれば,パスタダイスと押出しマシンの設計において役立つ.このような背景のもとで,塑性加工シミュレーションソフト・DEFORM-3Dを用いて,応力の定量評価とパスタ流れの可視化を行った.その結果,(1)パスタの変形抵抗式をσ=0.033 MPaと見積もった.(2)ダイスの応力分布を定量的に評価したところ,ダイスの縁で最大σeq=18.3 MPaであることがわかった.(3)コンテナ内のパスタ流れを明確に可視化した.(4)パスタダイスの異なる穴で流速が異なることを明らかにした.

This paper presents results of measurements and analysis on grid-connected PV generation systems installed on 132 residential houses in Tokyo and Kanagawa area. The annual PV efficiency along with its parameters as well as the effect on CO2 emission reduction and on power demand peak cut are shown based on the data obtained from October 1998 to September 1999. Result, of the analysis is that configuration of installed panel, module temperature and inverter efficiency have dominant effect on PV system efficiency. Single-panel configuration has higher efficiency than double panel configuration where two panels are installed on each inclined plane of the roof. The latter configuration suffers from decrease in efficiency by 20% in the winter season. The efficiency of single panel configuration decreases by 0.28% as the backside temperature elevates one degree. It was observed that the smaller the DC input under a certain threshold, the lower the efficiency was. The PV system installed demonstrates the contribution to 250kg-C/year of CO2 emission reduction and 1.15kWh/h of power load peak cut per house on average.

水産業や加工業、旅館等の観光業や飲食業など、天草地域は里海の恩恵を受けて発展してきた。しかしながら、温暖化による海の環境の変化や水産資源の減少、漁業者の高齢化や後継者問題など、現在の天草の里海は様々な問題を抱えている。本提案は、天草地域における里海の保存と継承に向けたコンソーシアムの設立と、シールを活用した保存活動資金の確保に関する提案である。Amakusa area has developed with the benefits of Sato-umi, such as tourist business and catering trade that are fisheries, processing industry, hotel and etc. However, now Sato-umi of Amakusa has various problems, such as change of marine environment by global warming, reduction of marine resouces, a fishery worker's aging and the lack of successors etc. This suggestion related to the securing of the preservation activity fund which utilized the establishment of the consortium and the stickers, for the preservation and the succession of Sato-umi in Amakusa area.
