In this study, a direct drive in-wheel system is proposed as a high power density system for reducing the intermediate parts, such as a speed reducer by increasing the torque. We propose a design strategy to show that multipolarization and the improvement of the gap magnetic flux density can effectively increase the power density. A Halbach array magnet rotor that combines the main electrode magnets and spoke magnets with the core is adopted as a technique for improving the gap magnetic flux density. We compare the Halbach array type rotor to the conventional SPM type rotor by using both of magnetic circuit calculation and FEM analysis. Moreover, the actual sized in-wheel motor prototype with the developed Halbach array magnet rotor is fabricated and measures the no-load induced back EMF. The measured no-load induced back EMF agrees well with the analyzed waveform.

This paper aims at analyzing the conceptual interactions and the integrated application of the following three UNESCO's International Conventions in culture through examples in Cambodia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Afghanistan, and Iraq: 1. Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict and its 1st Protocol (1954) and 2nd Protocol (1999), 2. Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export, and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (1970), 3. Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage (1972).

本研究では,日本におけるインストラクショナルデザイン(ID)の先行研究をレビューし,研究動向を整理した.2003年から2018年までの教育工学領域の論文から72編のID 研究論文が抽出され,ここ10年の論文数は横ばいであった.そのうち61編が実践系の論文に位置づけられ,とくに「教育実践の改善および学習環境づくり」での活用が顕著であることが示された.教育現場における実践報告が多くの割合を占める一方で,実践研究と基盤的研究との往還やID 本来の趣旨である教育設計時の活用に関しての課題が明らかになった.

インストラクショナルデザイン(ID)分野では国際的には状況に応じて新しいものを生み出すデザインの重要性が指摘されているが,国内ではこの高次のスキル向上を支援するプログラムは存在しない.本研究では状況に応じたデザイン力に着目し,大学授業の改善支援を担う上級インストラクショナルデザイナー(上級IDer)向けに,他者(クライアント教員)への提案に必要な視点「寄り添う」を養成する講座を開発した.関連プログラムの位置づけを整理し,授業改善提案に先立ちクライアント教員の状況やニーズを聞き取ることができる支援ツール「8つの質問」を開発した.試行の結果,本講座参加者は,クライアント教員の授業への思いに寄り添う授業改善を提案ができていた.クライアント教員に寄り添う視点を取り入れるための仕掛けづくりができた.今後はクライアント教員の授業改善の度合いから「寄り添う」ことができたかどうかを確認していく予定である.

本研究では,Instructional Design(ID)の専門家の養成を目指した「大学版上級ID 専門家養成講座」のワークショップを題材に,修了者の継続的な参加が修了者自身にどのような意義があるのかを明らかにしようとした.参加者アンケートから,前年修了者がファシリテータとしてワークショップに参加したことで,参加者は有用なアドバイスを得られたと感じていることが示唆された.また,前年修了者に対するフォーカスグループインタビューでは,ワークショップへの継続参加がリフレクションの機会になっていることなどが示唆された.一方で,継続参加の効果についてさらなる分析が必要であることが確認された.

大学連携による e ラーニングの質保証ガイドラインに基づいたチェックシートを試作した.チェックシートとガイドラインとを一体化させ,対象コンテンツの情報をチェックシートに記載することによってガイドラインの内容を保証させるようにした.また,チェックシートをガイドラインに準拠させる中で,ガイドラインの見直しにも取り組んだ.この一連の経緯を報告する.

本稿では,大学間連携事業における遠隔非同期型eラーニングの質保証の取り組みについて述べる.「四国5大学連携による知のプラットフォーム形成事業」における大学教育の共同実施プロジェクトでは,「オンライン授業設計ガイドライン」を開発したことで,関係者間で目指すべきオンライン授業像の共通認識が図られた.また,質保証の実質化に向けて,「オンライン授業設計ガイドライン準拠確認シート」を用いた自己点検を制度化した.

本研究では,自己管理学習スキルのうち,とくに学習内容の選択の支援を目的に,課題分析図を見ながら学習項目の選択ができるeラーニングシステムを開発した.学習項目を選択するインタフェースとして課題分析図を用いることで,学習者が習得状況を直感的に把握し,構造の上下関係に基づいて学習項目の選択を行うことを目指した.事前テストと事後テスト機能においては,課題分析図の構造による出題制御を行った.形成的評価の結果,習得状況を直感的に把握することに関して有用性が示唆されたものの,実際に構造の上下関係に基づいて学習項目を選択するかは学習者によって異なることがわかった.

陸から海へ流入する栄養塩負荷は,その一部をノリ養殖によって回収・利用されており,海から陸へのフローの一つとしての役割を担ってきた。しかし近年,各地でノリ色落ちの被害が頻発しており,顕著な生産量の低下を招いている。そこで瀬戸内海の東部に位置し養殖ノリの産地である備讃瀬戸海域を対象として,養殖被害の生じやすい地区を明らかにするとともに,ノリ漁場への栄養塩供給に着目し,ノリ生産密度との関係について解析を行った。その結果,岡山県側では大きな変動は確認されないものの,生産規模の大きい香川県東部では2002年度に生産量の落ち込みが確認された。1995~2006年の2月における溶存態無機窒素の平均濃度からは,色落ち被害の始まる3μg-at L-1を全域で下回っており,備讃瀬戸海域はノリ養殖被害の発生する可能性の高い海域であることが考えられた。また備讃瀬戸東部の東讃地区は,平均潮流流速10 cm sec-1に満たないほどに潮流が弱く,栄養塩の供給不足となる可能性が高い海域であると考えられた。さらに栄養塩フラックスに対して,単位面積あたりのノリ生産量の大きい香川県東部で養殖被害が生じていたことから,栄養塩供給と生産密度のバランスはノリ養殖被害発生の一要因であることがわかった。

Rouen, the capital of Normandy, showed a firm and unchanging loyalty despite the fluctuating nature of the French Revolution and of its government in particular. The political leaders of Rouen found it necessary to observe the actions of the government and react to them with prudence. Claude MAZAURIC, one of the most famous specialists on the French Revolution, explains this loyalty by pointing to 'the national viewpoint' of the local leaders, and 'the union of the state' that they considered it vital to sustain. But why was it vital for them to sustain 'the union of the state'? This can only be understood through an examination of the regional background of Rouen. In this article, the author therefore investigates the problem of the supply of gain to th city. Rouen depended on government help for its supply of gain, especially in 1793 and 1794. This economic situation and dependence on the government had a great influence on the political stance and the choices open to Rouen, and was the reason behind its loyalty to the government.
