本年度は、多様な物体画像が「いつ」脳活動に表現されるのかをスパースモデリングを用いて定量化する手法についての研究をさらに押し進めつつ、画像特徴量と物体カテゴリ表現ダイナミクスの関係性の検証を開始した。この目標達成のため、以下の項目を特に重点的に実施した。1.背景除去済み物体画像を用いたMEG計測実験:MEG信号からの物体カテゴリ予測成績をより高め、結果の信頼性を向上させるため、物体画像刺激に含まれている背景部分を除去した。この背景除去済み物体画像を用いて、新たにMEG信号計測実験を行った。2.MEG信号からの皮質上神経電流分布推定と物体カテゴリ情報の時間分解予測解析:背景除去済み画像に対して得られた新しいMEG信号を用いて皮質上神経電流分布を推定した。推定された皮質上神経電流分布の各時刻の信号をパターン識別アルゴリズムを用いて解析することにより、物体カテゴリの情報がいつ脳内に表現されているのかを同定した。3.皮質上神経電流分布推定の精度評価:皮質上神経電流分布推定結果の精度評価を行うため、人工データを用いた解析を行った。具体的には、本研究で主たる解析対象とする脳部位に人工的な神経電流源をおき、それをもとに頭皮上で計測される脳磁場信号をシミュレートし、シミュレートした信号から逆に皮質上神経電流分布を推定することで、どの程度正確に原信号を復元出来たかを厳密評価した。4.物体カテゴリ画像特徴量の定量化:コンピュータビジョンの分野で物体カテゴリの認識に大きな成果を挙げているDeep convolutional neural network(DCNN)を用いて、MEG信号計測実験で用いた物体画像刺激に対応する高次画像特徴量を抽出した。

本稿では,あるデイサービス施設において失語症により言語表出が困難となった1 事例に対し,「意味のある作業に焦点をあてた「クライエント中心」の支援を実践し,日常生活の作業遂行,利用中の活動状況,QOL の変化を多角的に分析することで「利用者本位」に資するデイサービス支援の一端を探索的に明らかにすることを目的とした.方法は,作業療法士が,言語表出が極力少ない方法で評価を行い,事例の「意味のある作業」を同定し「意味のある作業」の遂行に焦点を当てた介入を「クライエント中心実践における共通概念」に沿って約6 ヶ月間実施した.また,介入前後で,日常生活の作業遂行(作業バランス自己診断),利用中の活動状況(参加観察),QOL(WHO QOL26)を実施し,変化を多角的に分析した.その結果,日常生活における「意味のある作業」の数が増加及び肯定的な意味付けに変化し,能動的に施設を利用できるようになった.また,WHO QOL26 の「肯定的感情」や「健康と社会的ケア等の複数の下位項目にて得点の上昇を認めた.以上のことから,失語症を患う表出困難な利用者に対し,「利用者本位」のデイサービスを提供するためには,作業療法士が利用者の状況と表出能力を見極め「心身機能,活動,参加,背景因子」をバランスよく評価し,利用者の「意味のある作業」に焦点を当てた相互主体的な関わりの中で,肯定的なQOL を構築し続けることが重要であると示唆された.

E. Lask (1875-1915) said that Plato’s theory of Forms is one of two worlds theories. This opinion has been accepting vulgarly. In this note I observe that Plato certainly distinguishes aistheta(sensibles, sensible world) from noeta (intelligibles, intelligible world), but he does not tell they are on an equality with each other nor the former is independent of the latter.We read in the Symposium, the Phaedo, and the Republic that the Forms themselves do not appear as such to us but always are identical with themselves and the objects of our nous (intelligence) as “being of X”. The simile of the line of the Republic VI shows that each segment of the line is partitioned by the degrees of clearness and truth of cognition of the soul. So the simile is mainly intended to tell cognitive range of the soul rather than the kinds of objects. Generally speaking, the same object may appear severally according to the degrees of the line.A learner who imagines that the theory of Forms is one of two worlds theories at initial stage of the study can hardly emerge from incorrigible misunderstandings about the Forms.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify as the critical concept in the reading instruction theory of Literature' works. This paper is compared "A national language education of educational science", Especially, I examine it that ten years since issue the first number and ten years date from present. As a result, it was clear that critical concept in the present. In addition to this, it is saw the prob lems have been arguing "critical reading" not only Before the war, Wartime but also After the war. I discuss the subject from reading instruction on literary works point of view, a lot of theory by researcher and practices by teachers. It shows significance that a training that pupils' and students' ability of critical reading and thinking. It has been not changed a critical concept and the idea and attitude that makes much of guide critical concept, however, it has been changed that the instruction method and concept of the phrase on "critical".

標準的治療でコントロールできない喘息を重症(難治性)と判定する前に,本当に喘息か,正しい薬物療法を行っているか,併存症は適切に管理されているか,増悪因子は同定され排除されているかを確認する必要がある.一方,末梢血好酸球数や呼気NO(nitric oxide)濃度等の2型炎症バイオマーカーが上昇している場合には,アスピリン喘息(aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease:AERD)や好酸球性副鼻腔炎(eosinophilic chronic rhinosinusitis:ECRS),アレルギー性気管支肺真菌症(allergic bronchopulmonary mycosis:ABPM),好酸球性多発血管炎性肉芽腫症(eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis:EGPA)等の鑑別が重要である.

Previous studies have shown that the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) has a significant impact on land temperatures over southern Europe. However, whether IOD influences rainfall over this region and how this impact compares to that of El Nino Southern Oscillation (ENSO) have not been established. Here using the E-OBS gridded rainfall datasets for the period 1958 to 2012, we have analyzed the influence of IOD and ENSO on European rainfall. We find that IOD impacts are predominantly felt over southwestern Europe in a region covering Spain and Portugal during the peak phase of the event. Correlations exceeding 0.4 are observed over the central regions of Spain. We find that ENSO impacts on European rainfall are substantially weaker compared to that of IOD, but occur with a pattern similar to the latter. Partial correlation analysis suggests that the marginal ENSO correlations are a statistical areifact arising from the co-occurrence of a fraction of the El Nino events with positive IOD events. Possible dynamical mechanisms by which IOD impacts rainfall over southwestern Europe will be discussed.
