青空文庫で公開されている近代文学作品は、現代では使われる事が少ない難解な語句が多く、読書経験が少ない者には読む事が難しい。そこで、読書中その様な語句が出現した際に、その予めその語句の意味を辞書データから検索しておき、そのページの下部に注釈の形で表示させる事で、読む者の読書の妨げにならない様な形で意味を理解出来る様なシステムを検討する。難解な語句の検出方法は、形態素解析を用いて文章を品詞に分け、それらを現代語コーパスで検索する事により行う。それらの結果から、現代での利用率や利用形態を調べる事で、一般的に意味を知らない者が多いと思われる語句を抽出する。

Since the entry of Japanese anime and manga into China in the 1980s, it has gained increasing influence as well as stable popularity in the Chinese mass culture, affecting generations of Chinese intheir cultural conception and even in their views on the world and life. Now, 35 years later, how does Japanese anime and manga, which continues to shine through all sorts of modern media, weigh among the Chinese? How is it understood and evaluated by the Chinese? The exploration of these questions is significant both theoretically and practically, in terms of both cultural and intercultural communication.Instead of adopting traditional questionnaire survey, this paper allows the subjects ample time forthoughts and expression, so that they could summarize systematically their understanding and evaluation of Japanese amine and manga. Based on a detailed analysis and summary of the survey results, this paper proposes its own ideas about how Chinese college students understand and evaluate Japanese anime and manga and how multiculturalism should be dealt with.

グラフ構造におけるコミュニティ発見手法は,ソーシャルメディアや共著関係,商品の購買データなどから機能的・構造的にまとまりをもったノード群を抽出し分析することを可能にする重要な技術である.特に近年では,非常に大規模なグラフを解析する機会が多くなってきているため,グラフの規模に対してスケーラブルなコミュニティ発見手法が求められている.本研究では,あるノードからの距離が一定以下のノードの集合を文書と見なしてトピックモデルを学習し,トピックごとのノードの予測分布を用いてコミュニティ発見を行う手法について論じたうえで,トピックモデルの学習に確率的変分ベイズ法を適用することで,データの規模に対して高いスケーラビリティを持つ重複コミュニティ発見手法を提案する.実験により,提案手法は6,000万ノード,18億エッジからなる大規模ネットワークに対しても,既存手法と比較して高速なコミュニティ発見を実現できることを示す.

本稿は,元安寧学区絵図群,特に大工町を中心に,絵図から地籍図,そして旧公図への系譜を検討したものである。先行研究で指摘されてきた9種類の絵図のうち,記載項目の変化や加筆の有無を指標として検討した結果,大工町では「町組改正絵図」,「軒役改正絵図」,「大工町絵図」(「壬申地券地引絵図」と推定),「地租改正地引絵図(等級)」,「地籍編纂地籍地図」,「旧公図」の6種類が確認できた。その6種類の系譜的関係から,近世町絵図を出発点として,近代初期の町絵図から地籍図的な要素をもつ絵図,地籍図,そして旧公図への流れが確認できた。このことは,近代の地図として理解されてきた地籍図が,近世町絵図を近代的な土地管理への移行にあわせて改変したものであったことを意味している。また,近代的な地籍図への転換点が「壬申地券地引絵図」から「地籍編纂地籍地図」への変化にあったことが明らかになった。これは,図面と台帳との分化がここから進んでいったことにも現れているのである。

Confucius (551-479 B. C.), the most famous ancient Chinese educator and philosopher, successfully ran the largest private school of his time and explored a vast spectrum of educational issues. Revered as the first great educator in Chinese history, Confucius cast a long shadow not only on Chinese education but on Chinese society and the state as a whole. This paper tries to explore the relationship of Confucian educational ideology to Traditional Chinese Culture through perspectives of Educational sociology and history. The author holds that Confucius clearly defined the role of education in the development of society, developed the most comprehensive curriculum of his time which centered on the six arts and a highly innovative and flexible pedagogy, and at last founded his Confucian educational ideology which influenced deeply on the formation of ancient Chinese culture. The research also focuses on the role of Confucian educational ideology in the formation and development of traditional Chinese culture from five aspects which are : 1) Confucian benevolence and Chinese philosophy of life; 2) Confucian etiquette and Chinese social principles; 3) Confucian golden mean and Chinese thinking model; 4) Confucian Six Classics and Chinese national characteristics; and 5) Confucianism and China's respecting teachers and attaching importance to education. What Confucius emphasized on was You Jiao Wu Lei (provide education for all people without social discrimination) which is the first statement about equality and expansion of educational opportunity in the world history. The author points out that Confucian educational ideology emphasized on the responsibility of individual to society and nation, and is conducive to cultivating global citizens in the future.

本稿では,シンガポール国立図書館庁(NLB)による図書館情報政策Libraries for Life(Library 2020)と,シンガポールの公共図書館が目指す次の時代の図書館のあり方について検討を行った。シンガポールではこれまでに,2つの図書館情報政策が策定されている。最初のLibrary 2000(1994年)では公共図書館インフラの整備が主に行われ,次のLibrary 2010(2005年)では,電子図書館やインターネットサービスの推進が積極的に行われた。2011年に発表されたLibrary 2020では,図書館のもっとも基本的なサービスである読書を推進するプログラムに焦点が絞られている。これからの時代を担う公共図書館の役割は,多様な背景をもつシンガポール人のコミュニティーをつなぐ場所であり,図書館にはシンガポール文化を掘り起こし,さらに新たに創出する期待が込められているのである。
