吃音を主訴として来院した3歳8か月の女児に,環境調整法による指導を約4か月間行ったものの吃音が持続した.その後リッカム・プログラムを導入したところ順調に改善し,導入後6か月でStage 2に入り,その11か月後にはStage 2を終了した. 本症例の経過から,(1)リッカム・プログラムは本症例に対して一定の効果があったと考えられること,(2)まず環境調整法を一定期間行い,それに続く形でリッカム・プログラムを導入した点が本症例には有効であったと考えられること,(3)リッカム・プログラムの重症度評定尺度における“no stuttering”の日本語訳については「吃音とはいえない」という訳も考えられること,(4)Stage 1終了が近づいた時期には,保護者による重症度の評定値と臨床家による評定値の違いに対して,臨床家はより厳格になる必要があること,の4点を考察した.

1 0 0 0 IR 正弦波周期運動を用いた組織内資金フローのモデル化--市場と組織の共振に関する研究第2報

本論の狙いは、組織活動に付随する資金の流れ(フロー)によって、組織活動を記述することである。本論では、組織の基本運動として研究開発投資・回収を仮定し、それからの派生として、資源管理、財務、研究開発、生産、販売といった多様な組織活動を想定する。モデル化において、まず投資・回収におけるフローの正弦波周期運動を回転ベクトルおよび複素数で表示し、時間に関する微積分演算によりフローの導関数群(フロー・ファミリー)を求め、その上で組織活動の複数のフローと損益計算書における財務指標との対応を検討した。また、これらの実証として、本モデルから算出される計算値と、電気業界6 社の損益計算書における財務データとの比較を行った。 This study discusses the possibility of describing the operational activities of business organizations by a model of fund flows involved in such activities. Assumed in this study are organizational diverse activities such as resource management, financial management, research & development, production, and sales activities derived from the basic movements of R&D investments and investment recovery. Flow families were obtained by differential and integral operations with respect to time, using the sine-wave periodic motion of flows of investment and investment recovery as rotational vector and complex number. The applicability of the obtained flows of organizational diverse activities seen in their profit and loss statements was examined for verification. Comparison of the calculation results of the flow model with the financial data in the profit and loss statements of 6 firms in the electric industry verified a similarity between them.
