維持透析患者100名 (慢性腎炎55名, 糖尿病性腎症45名) と対照患者137名の皮膚の色調をコニカミノルタ社製の分光測色計CR-400®で定量的に測定した. 透析患者では有意に皮膚の明度が低く (p<0.01), この低下と年齢とは相関がなかったが, 維持透析の継続期間の長さとは有意の相関がみられた (p<0.01). 糖尿病性腎症による患者にくらべ, 慢性腎炎の患者の皮膚の明度は有意に低かった (p=0.0005). 維持透析患者にみられる皮膚の色素沈着が糖尿病性腎症患者では軽度である理由は不明であるが, インスリンがMSH代謝へ及ぼす影響の可能性につき述べた.

【はじめに】<BR> 我々は,第19回東海北陸理学療法学術大会において,打撃動作時のスタンスとBat head speedの関係について報告した.しかし,スタンスという指標では,打撃動作のパフォーマンス向上の指標として,十分とは言えなかった.そこで今回我々は,打撃動作に影響を与える因子として,打撃動作時の重心移動に着目し,Bat head speedとの関係について検討し,若干の知見を得たので報告する.<BR>【対象】<BR> 某高校野球部に所属していた高校生18名(右打者14名、左打者4名).平均年齢16.50±0.50歳.平均身長170.56±5.43cm,平均体重61.97±6.00kgを対象とした.<BR>【方法】<BR> 2001年度より定期的に実施しているメディカルチェック項目の中から,三次元動作解析器による打撃動作解析結果を用い,分析した.<BR> 動作解析には,三次元動作解析system(ヘンリージャパン株式会社製)を用いて,打撃動作を分析し,Bat head speed(m/sec),重心移動距離(m)を算出した.<BR> 重心位置は,両側腸骨稜を結んだ中点を重心位置とし,開始肢位から,テイクバック時,足部接地時の重心移動距離を,X方向(ピッチャー方向),Y方向(垂直方向),Z方向(ベース方向)にそれぞれ算出した.<BR> 統計処理は,テイクバック時,足部接地時のX,Y,Z方向への重心移動距離とBat head speedとの相関分析を行った.<BR>【結果】<BR> テイクバック時の重心移動距離と,Bat head speedとの関係では,X,Y,Z方向で相関関係は認められなかった.<BR> 足部接地時の重心移動距離と,Bat head speedとの関係では,X方向で有意な正の相関関係が認められた(r=0.714).Y方向では,有意な負の相関関係が認められた(r=0.487).Z方向については,相関関係は認められなかった.<BR>【考察】<BR> 野球における打撃動作は,様々な要素から構成され,高度にプログラミングされた動作である.この様々な要素を分析していくことが,打撃動作を解析し,運動特性を捉えるためには,非常に意義深いことと考える.<BR> 今回の結果から,打撃動作時の重心移動は,足部接地時に,ピッチャー方向かつ下方へと重心移動すれば,Bat head speedの向上が期待できると考える.<BR> 今後は更なるデータ収集と共に,より詳細な解析を実施していきたい.<BR> 本学会において更に、データ解析、考察を加え詳細について報告する。

"But for the opera I could never have written Leaves of Grass," Walt Whitman in his later years remarked to a close friend. It is well known that Whitman was an opera-goer and loved Italian opera especially and that operatic elements exist in Leaves of Grass. The powerful influence of operatic music awakened him to his poet's "destiny," as expressed in "Out of the Cradle Endlessly Rocking"(1860), which is a rapturous lyric in which death is comprehended as the climax of "love." "Out of the Cradle," though it employs the structure of Italian opera, evokes the music of Richard Wagner, especially, Tristan und Isolde(1859). The aim of my paper is to demonstrate the similarities between Whitman and Wagner, and clarify the meaning of the joyful death represented in their works. Whitman and Wagner were contemporaries: a poet and a composer - cum-poet, who sought a new form of art which would transcend traditional forms. The theme of "love and death" is common in both and the setting for the work which features this theme is the sea. Imagery of waves and water play an important part in evoking the sensuality and feeling of joy that derives from the affirmation of death. The voluptuousness in "Out of the Cradle," is close to the love and death motif in Tristan und lsolde, especially in the prelude, which grows and melts restlessly like a rushing wave, and in Isolde's final aria. The heavy use of present participles - the "- ing form" - contributes to the construction of a harmonious world with various sounds and voices developing simultaneously. All of the sounds and voices blend and evoke an infinite melody, in the words of Wagner, "unendliche Melodie." The melody produces an ecstatic moment in the poet's sensation, which is similar to Isolde's aria in the last scene of Tristan und Isolde. This scene stirs up sensuality by using voices and symphonic elements entwining and ascending together. "Out of the Cradle," with the word "death" whispered by the sea as well as the horizontal movement of the sound of waves, resulting in vertical movements as if the waves are rising up in the body, strengthens the sexual impression by stimulating the tactile sense of the readers. What is the joyful death proposed by Whitman and Wagner? The ecstasy felt by being engulfed with the word "death" whispered by the sea in the "Out of the Cradle" is very close to the feeling where "sweet breath" of Tristan engulfs Isolde like a huge wave. This is the same as the ecstasy where Eros and Thanatos unite. Life and death are the two sides of a coin. One recognizes death within life when experience is at its most intense.

筆者は、お母さん達に「根っこのはった子育て」を提唱している。それは子どもたちが20年後,大人に成長した時に世の中が決して明るいとは限らないからである。「根っこのはった子育て」,それは生きる強い力を身につける手助けをする事,言い換えると軟弱な大人ではなく、存在感のある子どもに育てることである。私たち人間は動物の一種であるため、動物の本能である母親の愛情(母性本能)によって、人間としての根っこを育てることが可能であると考えられる。本論文では、筆者の経験や今までの見地に基づき、母親に子供の成長期に合わせてどのように対応するのか,子どもと向き合うのかについて述べる。この人間としての根っこが育つことにより、結果として様々な高い能力や個性が育っていくと考えられる。

作物の干ばつ抵抗性は, 乾燥耐性(植物体水ポテンシャルの低下にともなう生育阻害, 障害の発現程度)と, 乾燥回避性(環境の乾燥化にともなう水ポテンシャルの低下程度)とに依存するものと考えられる. 本研究は, これら2つの機構がイネ幼植物の干ばつ下における生存能力の品種間差にどのように関与しているかを明かにしようとした. 第1の実験では, 主として根圏の違いに起因する回避性の影響を除くため, 小容量(0.5 L)のポットに日本型稲4品種(水稲1, 陸稲3品種)を栽培し, 第6葉期に断水処理をおこなった. その結果, 全品種とも葉身の水ポテンシャルはほば同様に低下したにもかかわらず, 葉身の枯死程度は, 水稲が最も小さかった. 第2の実験では, 比較的大容量(4 L)のポットに, 日本型, インド型稲5品種(水稲2, 陸稲3品種)を栽培し, やはり第6葉期に断水処理をおこなった. その結果, 日本型, インド型稲とも, 陸稲の方が水稲より日中の葉身水ポテンシャルは高かったが, 生存程度には一定の傾向が見られなかった. 従って, イネ幼植物の干ばつ下における生存能力の品種間差は, (1)根圏が制限された条件下では耐性によって, (2)根圏が大きくなり得る条件下では主として回避性によってもたらされるものと結論される.

The old innovation was eliminating the products of the other companies from the market, spreading only the products of one's company widely, and raising the market share as much as possible. It was no longer a business goal to win the competition with the other companies after the information technology innovation. Then some companies are beginning to look for a new innovation or a business goal. That is the innovation that companies do not compete with the other companies but cooperates with the competitors in the market. The innovation consists of the competitor's bunches which harmonize both competition and accordance and can make new products and new technologies which we have never seen before. This innovation from the viewpoint of customers or markets differs from the old innovations greatly. The innovation will be indispensable in the internet community. This paper studies the innovation which cooperates with the other companies and considered the hybrid car of Toyota, the digital broadcasting of Disney, the development of the Linux software, etc. The following conclusions were reached. Vertical accordance" of this innovation carries out the synchronization of the three innovations, such as development, manufacturing, and distribution. And Horizontal accordance" of this innovation has the synergy by cooperative development and licensing with the other companies. We can call it the innovation of innovations. The local brands, merchandising rights, open source methods, cooperative research and cooperative development, licensing among other companies, the de facfo standards are the brand new innovations which cooperates with the other companies. Some companies of the specific community manufacture and sell using the same local brand. The accordance between companies by this local brand can acquire the large cost performance and the synergy which the only one company cannot acquire. It can be called the accordance innovation. The source code of the Linux software was opened to the entire world. Then, the developers connected with the Internet in the world have performed the development of the Linux software. As a result, the Linux software became such wonderful software that Microsoft is threatened. This open source method is the new accordance innovation in the internet community. This paper also studies the problems of the new innovations, such as the matter on which researchers escape from the development, the matter on which the competition stagnates, and the matter on which the standards monopolize the market.
