Camellia japonica L. 種内における亜種•変種の遺伝的相違を計るために分布全域にわたる12地区について8種類の酵素系のアイソザイム分析を行った.全12地区間における遺伝的同一性の平均は0.77で, 他の他家受粉植物の種内における値に比較すると低かった. これは ssp. rusticana が ssp. japonica とは非常に異なる遺伝的変異を有するためと考えられる. 一方, japonica に属する var. hozanensis と var. japonica の間にはわずかな違いしか認められず, 電気泳動的特徴から var. hozanensis は var. japonica からの派生型に当たると推察された. 他のツバキ属植物との比較から次の二つの可能性が示唆された. 1). ssp. rusticana はvar. hozanensis および var. japonica より非常に早い時期に生じた. 2). var. hozanensis および var. japonicaはカメリア節と他節との浸透交雑によって生じた.

敷地はかつて東京電力の社宅があった場所だ。今も隣地に月光町変電所が残る。最寄り駅からは徒歩12分とやや離れているが、南は「林試の森公園」の豊かな緑に面している。 この立地を生かし、東京電力では「電気がサポートするLOHAS(LifestylesOfHealthAndSustainability)な暮らしの発信拠点とする狙い」(同社用地部の前川努氏)でこの月光町アパートメントを計画した。

定説では,19世紀の半ば以降に登場するランド・グラント・カレジは,1828年のイエィル・レポートが定式化した古典的カレジにとって替ったといわれる.本論では,こうした定説に疑義を差し挟み,定説とは反対にランド・グラント・カレジの構想はイエィル・レポートの主張の延長線上にあり,後者の提案の具体化でさえある,と主張する.イエィル卒のジョナサン・ボールドウィン・ターナーは1851年,科学と文芸の諸原理こそ優れた教育の基礎であるとの原則を応用して「産業大学論」を公表した.産業大学を中心として,ワシントンの中央研究所と産業諸階級とを結ぶ教育体系を提唱したターナーは,宗教に基づくかつての「公共性」に替えて,知の共和国に基づく新しい「公共性」を高等教育に打ち立てたのである.According to the standardized interpretation of the history of American higher education in the nineteenth century, the Land-Grant Colleges displaced the position of the Yale Report of 1828. The present author would contend that, on the contrary, the former have in fact fulfilled the programs which the Yale Report had advocated, especially in its first part. Jonathan Baldwin Turner, an Illinois college teacher and farmer, a one-time protegee of Jeremiah Day at Yale, promoted the admissions of industrial classes to college education on the basis of the Yale Report idea. That idea referred to the justification of the basic principles of science and literature as the foundation of a superior education. By envisaging an industrial education as dynamic interactions of all practical workers and the Smithsonian Institution as the academic center, via mediating industrial universities, Turner effected a shift of the ground for public higher education from the traditional religious solidarity to the future- oriented republic of knowledge.

折口信夫は、日本の文学や芸能における基本的な方法が、先行する文学や芸能の形式を模倣するところにあると考え、それを「もどき」の方法と称した。「もどき」という術語には「真似る」という意味と「抵抗する」という意味の両義性があるとかれはいう。模倣しつつ批評するというように解釈してもいいだろう。和歌文学における「本歌取り」も謡曲「翁」における三番叟の演出も、みなこの「もどき」の方法にもとづいているのである。したがってもしもギリシアの芸術が「自然の模倣」であったとするならば、日本の芸術は「芸術の模倣」から成り立っていたといえるかもしれない。

胃石イレウスは比較的稀な疾患であり,術前診断が困難なことが多い.今回われわれは,胃石による小腸イレウスの1手術例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する. 症例は63歳男性,数日前より嘔気,嘔吐を繰り返し,症状の増悪を認めたため近医受診し,上部消化管造影を施行したところ十二指腸下行脚に陰影欠損を認め,十二指腸腫瘍によるイレウスの疑いで当院紹介入院となった.上部消化管内視鏡を施行したところ,十二指腸下行脚には病変は認めず,鉗子孔からのガストログラフィンによる造影で,空腸に体位にて移動する陰影欠損を2カ所確認した.以上により,異物(胃石)イレウスと診断し自然排出を期待して保存的治療を試みたが9日間経過しても排出されず,外科的療法(胃壁切開)により,計5個の胃石を摘出した.摘出した胃石の成分分析よりタンニン98%の結果を得,柿の常食の嗜好もあることから,柿胃石によるイレウスと診断した.

保護者が自身の子育てに自信をもつように支援する役割が保育者に求められている。しかし、保育者が保護者と安定した関係形成を図るため、日々のコミュニケーションを図ることは容易ではない。今回は、担任保育士のサポートを行っているフリー保育士にインタビューを実施し、日頃のコミュニケーションによる関係形成について分析を行った。フリーの立場と自分の子育て経験により、保護者理解を深め、客観的な視点で日頃の関係形成に務めていた。

This paper describes an application of a neural network for estimating the ground rainfall from radar echo data. A neural network system for this purpose is developed through a case study on a dam for hydro-power plant located the upper district of the Ooi River in Central Japan. We use the neural network comprised of three layers; an input layer, a hidden layer and output layer. The input data to the neural network are any numebr of radar echo amount observed in each radar mesh and x-y-z coordinates showing its location.<br> The four types of neural networks with different number of input units are proposed and discussed the relative importance of the number of input data. It is found that the estimating system using the most simple neural network yields good results for rainfall distribution.

ピラフルフェンエチル(pyraflufen-ethyl)は日本農薬(株)によって創製され、実用化されたプロトポルフィリノーゲン酸化酵素(Protox)阻害型除草剤である。本化合物はコムギに対して高い安全性を示すと共に広範囲の広葉雑草に対して10g a.i./ha前後の低薬量で極めて高い除草活性を示す。特にコムギ栽培における難防除雑草の一つであるヤエムグラ(Galium aparine)に卓効を示す。ピラフルフェンエチルは日本ではムギ用除草剤として、エコパートフロアブルの商品名で1999年に農薬登録の許可を得て販売を開始した。また同時に果樹園の下草防除や非農耕地の非選択性除草剤として、グリホサートトリメシウム塩との混合剤であるサンダーボルトの販売も開始した。さらに、2001年バレイショ枯凋剤として、デシカン乳剤の販売を開始した。これらは海外においても14か国で登録・上市され、数か国で開発途上にある。本稿では、ピラフルフェンエチルの創出の経緯、工業的製造法、構造活性相関、除草活性、作用機構、各種毒性試験結果について概要を述べる。

Molybdenum and tungsten deposits provide clear examples of ores related to granitic rocks. The writer (ISHIHARA, 1971a) has pointed out that tungsten deposits tend to be associated with less acid intrusions than molybdenum deposits and that scheelite (not wolframite) in non-calcareous wall rocks occurs where the source granitic magma is calcic. He also proposed a new scheme of the Mo-W metallogenic provinces of Japan, the Kitakami district of which shows a reverse pattern in lateral zoning of those of the Inner Zone of Southwest Japan (ISHIHARA, 1971b). Fundamental data and reasons for the above proposals taken from the Kitakami district have not yet been 'published. This paper, as a sequel to the previous two papers, describes zonal distribution of the metals and nature of the granitic rocks of the Kitakami district. Genesis of the metallogenic provinces of Japan is discussed in terms of the plate tectonics model.The Cretaceous-Paleogene granitic rocks in the Honshu Island show definitely regional variation in composition. It is basic at one side (either continental or oceanic) and becomes acidic at the other side. This is tentatively called "Lateral differentiation trend", and is shown by changes in regional bulk composition and in ratios of Fe+3/Fe+2, NA/K, Th/K, U/K, Rb/K, etc. of the granitic rocks, and distribution of the Mo-W deposits. One suite of these variation is considered as the most fundamental unit of petrogenetic province. Each province consists of subprovinces such as Mo-, W-, and Barren provinces.The lateral diffentiation trend is continentward in the Inner Zone of Southwest Japan (arrows in Fig. 9), but oceanward in the Abukuma and Kitakami Belts. Hence, the most distinct discontinuity appears some place along the present Tanakura tectonic line. The asymmetrical zoning in the Inner Zone of Southwest Japan (see Table 5) can be explained by a magmatic differentiation model during ascending of granitic magma along a continentward-dipping weak zone in crust or Benioff zone itself. This hypothesis was discussed in this paper in emphasizing role of H2O and differences on volatilities of Cl- and F-complexes. This hypothesis implies that Northeast Japan belonged to a different plate from that of the Inner Zone of Southwest Japan and also the paleo-Benioff zone or the conduit of the granitic magma inclined steeply oceanward at the Cretaceous time.

症例は76歳,男性.平成17年5月21日左回旋枝の完全閉塞による急性心筋梗塞(後側壁)に対しシロリムス溶出性ステントを挿入された.残存する左前下行枝近位部の90%狭窄病変にに対し冠動脈バイパス術を施行することとなった.手術1週間前よりチクロピジン,手術2日前よりアスピリンを休薬し,ヘパリンを手術5日前より手術前まで静脈内持続投与し,6月9日に心拍動下に左内胸動脈を左前下行枝へ吻合した.手術当日夜よりヘパリン持続点滴を開始し,手術翌日よりアスピリンおよびチクロピジンを開始したが,術当日に急性心筋梗塞を発症した.緊急心臓カテーテル検査では,バイパスグラフトは良好に開存していたが左回旋枝に留置したステントの完全閉塞を認め,同閉塞に対しカテーテル治療を行い血流再開を得た.薬剤溶出性ステント挿入後はステント血栓症予防のために最低3カ月のチクロピジン投与および無期限のアスピリン投与が推奨されているが,出血性疾患の合併や外科手術のために抗血小板剤の休薬を要する状況も想定される.本報ではそのような患者における抗血小板療法,抗凝固療法につき検討した.

今日では,MMORPGに代表されるようなオンラインゲームが広くプレイされるようになっている.しかし,若年者がオンラインゲームを利用する際の問題は広く議論されているものの,有効な解決策は見出されていない.本研究の主たる目的は,若年者(特に小学生)のオンラインゲームの利用の実態を知ることにある.そのため本研究ではオンラインゲーム「アメーバピグ」での小学生の利用がどの程度あるかを調べ,また,そのゲーム中で小学生プレイヤーにインタビューを行なって,実態の把握の第一段階とした.おおまかではあるが小学生の利用実態の概要を示しつつ,さらなる問題に関して考察を加えた.Online games such as MMORPG are popularly played nowadays. Although the issues about the use of online games in young people are broadly argued, we do not have effective solution to these problems. The main purpose of this researh was to know the real circumstances about the use of online game in young players, especially in elementary school students. We have collected data about elementary school students playing online game "Ameba pigg" by means of a method of half structualized interviews. We also investigated the ratio of elementary school students in the game. A general view of the students in the game was roughly presented and furthur issues were discussed.
