人材活用を成功に導くポイントは大きく分けて3つある。「多面的なノウフー情報を集める」「情報の透明性を高める」「社内のしがらみから解き放つ」の3つだ。 「多面的なノウフー情報」とは、通り一遍の勤怠管理や履歴だけでなく、人材活用の目的に応じて、各人のスキルや業務経験、心理面などを様々な角度で調べる取り組みだ。

<b>1.</b><b> </b><b>はじめに<br></b> これまで、観光回遊行動に関する研究においては、観光地を訪れている観光者に対するアンケート調査やGPSロガーを用いた調査により、観光者がどのようなルートをたどってどこを訪れたのかについて、分析が行われてきた。これらの分析においては、主に観光施設内や観光地間での観光者の典型的な移動パターンや、距離や時間などの回遊行動を規定する要因などについて明らかにされてきた。一方、実際に観光者を誘引している個々の観光対象のもつ属性や観光対象間の関係性について、議論の対象となることは少なかった。しかし、情報入手手段や観光者の旅行形態が多様化した現代における観光行動を把握するためには、観光対象の本質的な特徴を捉えることが必要となるだろう。そこで、本研究では観光対象の特徴が観光行動にどのような影響を与えるのかを明らかにする。<br><b>2.</b><b> </b><b>研究方法<br></b> 本研究では、観光者の回遊行動を把握するための第一段階として、定期観光バスなどによるパッケージツアーにおいて、それぞれのツアーの訪問地について分析する。具体的には、「はとバス」ホームページ上のツアー検索を用いて、日帰り・宿泊のツアーがともに存在する東京発長野行きのバスツアーについて整理した。<br><b>3. </b><b>結果<br></b> 検索の結果得られた16ケースのツアーを対象に、訪問地の整理をした。まず、特徴的であったのが、観光入込客数の多い観光地である善光寺(2位)や上田城跡(8位)がすべてのツアーで訪問地になっていなかったことである(括弧内は長野県主要観光地の平成24年度観光入込客数の順位)。必ずしも観光入込客数の多い観光地を訪問地として選択しているわけではなかった。また、図1はすべての訪問地の位置を特定できた8ケースのツアーについて、最初の訪問地から最後の訪問地までの行程を直線でつないだものである。図1からは、多くのツアーが県の外縁部で行われていること、上高地にツアーの訪問地が集中していることなどがわかる。 今後は、他の地域や他の旅行会社のツアーの分析、マイカーによる個人での旅行における訪問地の分析を通して、観光行動においてそれぞれの観光対象がもつポテンシャルを明らかにする。

Elementary processes of nuclear fusion reaction in solids have been studied by providing the sample in a vacuum system. The key factor of this study is heterostructures fabricated by depositing thin film oxides and Au on one and the other surface of deuteron-loaded palladium (Pd-D) plate. Using this method, we have detected ^4He production by the real time observation using high-resolution quadrupole mass (Q-mass) spectroscopy. It has been shown that the peak attributable to ^4He mass (4.0026 amu) appeared chaotically when the sample's temperature increased rapidly. The system of H-loaded (Pd-H) heterostructure, on the other hand, produced no peak at 4.0026 amu. We have also confirmed that the peak at 4.0026 amu in the Q-mass spectra is not due to the existence of contaminated ^4He in the air or in the D_2 cylinder used. This result indicates that a new class of nuclear fusion occurs in condensed matter.

A product's emotional attributes, including attractiveness, beauty, and creativity, have gradually become the key factors that influence consumers to choose a certain brand. A pleasant feeling often makes people feel joyful and addresses people's inner desires on a sentimental level. The use of the affective value of a product to confirm its market position can enhance its brand image and facilitate the identification of its product advantages. Our study used measuring scales for product qualia factors, brand love, and brand image to perform a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Results show that 1) product qualia factors positively affect brand love; 2) brand love positively affects brand image; 3) product qualia factors positively affect brand image; 4) brand love provides a mediating effect on product qualia factors and product image; and, 5) through the use of brand love, the effect of product qualia factors on brand image is enhanced. Finally, we propose recommendations based on the researchresults to relevant study groups as well as to assist future studies.

重水素化パラジウム(Pd-D)の一表面にAuを蒸着し,もう片面に酸化膜MnO2を蒸着した試料を真空中に置いて,通電加熱することにより,4Heの生成をリアルタイムで観測した.測定は,高分解能(4amuにおいて0.001amu)四重極質量分析装置を用いて行った.4Heの質量(4.0026amu)に等しいピークは,重水素分子の質量(4.0282amu)に等しいピークと明確に分離し得,その出現は,通電加熱を始めて数時間後に突然起きる試料温度の急激な上昇と時間的な相関を有していた.一方,軽水素化パラジウム(Pd-H)を用いた同様の実験では,4Heの質量に等しいピークの出現は観測されなかった.以上の実験結果は,固体中で新しいメ力ニズムによる核反応が生じていることを示唆する.

Recent progress of “cold fusion” research is reviewed.Accumulated experimental results in these three years since March 1989 are classified as 1) weak neutron emission, 2) tritium generation with anomalous n/T ratio, 3) charged particle emission with anomality, 4) He-4 generation, 5) large excess heat generation and 6) anomalous enhancement of D/Pd ratio.Resutls of 1) through 4) suggest the existence of unclarified nuclear reactions in Pd (or Ti) /Deuterium systems.Relation between excess heat and nuclear products is yet to be clarified.Subjectives of further research are mentioned.

1989年3月23日にユタ大学とサザンプトン大学の2人の研究者によってアナウンスされたcold fusion(常温核融合)の可能性は,comfusion(condenced matter confinement nuclear fusion)と呼ばれ,もし実際に起りうるとすれば今世紀有数のトピックスとなる。一方,ミュオン核融合の研究は10年以上の歴史を持ち,ブリガムヤング大では,これに類似の現象が観測されたと主張する。 本稿は水素エネルギーの立場から,金属水素化物と重水電解系の界面でのダイナミックな非平衡系で核融合が可能なことを提唱する。この現象は,まだよく知られていないこともあって,特に今日までのcold fusion研究の経緯について述べ,理解を容易にした。 要点はcold fusionは優れて表(界)面の特徴的現象でsurfusionとも呼ばれてよいことも併せて提案した。

手掌多汗症は、精神的緊張により手掌の過剰発汗(精神性発汗)を生じる疾患である。0.6〜1%の頻度で生じ、幼小児期〜思春期に発症することが多い。これまでに当院でETSを受けた手掌多汗症患者において、約半数で家族発症が認められたことから、患者約400名に対し家系調査を行った。その結果、完全に把握できた家系では、環境因子の関与、多因子遺伝の可能性もあるが、常染色体優性遺伝、つまり単一遺伝子病の可能性が高いことがわかった。我々は32家系178人の血液又は爪からDNA抽出を行い、そのうち三世代以上の比較的大きな家系を用いて全ゲノム解析を行った(ABI PRISM Mapping Set使用)。その結果、LOD scoreが高値を示す10カ所のマーカーをピックアップした。さらにhaplotype解析を行い、三家系に共通して、D14S283周囲に疾患遺伝子があると予測された。(二点解析にてLOD score 2.92)また、その他の家系において、6番染色体、7番染色体にもLOD scoreが高値を示す部分を認めた。多数の家系に共通する新たな遺伝子座を決定するため、さらに三世代以上のサンプルが得られる家系3家系を集めた。内、1家系は手掌多汗症と足底多汗症が合併した患者が混在しており、解析に不適当であったため、除外された。残る2家系をLOD scoreが高値を示す10カ所のマーカーについて解析を行ったが、同部位でのLOD scoreは低値で、連鎖は認められず、今回行った解析部以外の原因遺伝子の関与が考えられた。そのため、多因子遺伝の可能性も否定できなかった。

This study used daily diary methods to investigate if fear of interpersonal stress in daily affect could be explained by coping strategies, and if daily affect and coping would vary randomly across personality traits. Every day for one week, 103 undergraduates recorded their daily events, perceived interpersonal stress, cognitive appraisal, coping strategies, positive events, and positive and negative affect twice a day. A hierarchical linear model and multilevel structural equation modeling were used to examine the relationships between variables. Results suggest that problem-focused coping was associated with within-level maladjustment, while positive reappraisal was associated with within-level adjustment. In addition, neuroticism appeared to moderate the relationship between coping and daily affect. Furthermore, there is evidence that higher fear of interpersonal stress predicts greater active coping, and positive affect.
