In current Japanese culture, the rise of one particular subculture has been especially conspicuous in recent years. The “hobby-world” (called otaku in Japanese) has been a powerful social force which has transformed Akihabara, the electronics discount district fo Tokyo. It has been the birth of a new community: “community through hobby/interest.” The influence of this subculture is reflected in the novels of Haruki Murakami.

就学援助の現物給付化を提案する前提として、就学援助制度の現状について述べ、就学援助の課題と限界を指摘したい。これらを踏まえて、大規模災害時に所得要件が緩和されて普遍化に近づいた就学援助の効果と限界について述べる。また、学校給食費の無償化には、主として経済的な基準が設けられている就学援助による給食費支援を、誰もが受けられる制度として普遍化、現物給付化する意義が大きいことを述べる。

2007年参議院選挙は、自民党の大敗と民主党の大躍進という結果に終わった。自民党が国民の支持を受けなかった要因には、社会保険庁における年金記録問題が選挙の際に争点となったことがあげられる。政府は、2004年の年金制度改革法案の審議の際に発覚した社会保険庁の不祥事とそれに端を発する年金保険料の収納率の低迷に対応するために、二度にわたって、社会保険庁改革法案を国会に提出した。最終的に成立した日本年金機構法案は、非公務員型の公法人に社会保険庁を廃止・分割するというものであったが、その内容は、組織設計の具体化を第三者機関に委ねるなど年金業務に対する国民の不信を払拭するものではなかった。こうした法案自体がもつ問題点と政策決定過程における説明責任の不足が、有権者による安倍政権に対する低い評価につながったと考えられる。

カントは30年以上にわたる哲学的思索の末に,批判哲学を樹立するに至ったが,この批判哲学へと向かう思索の歩みの途上において決定的な役割を果たしたものは,カントの空間論(の変遷)であったと思われる。カントはその哲学活動の開始以来,自然哲学と形而上学との関係というテーマ,より正確には,ニュートン力学に代表される近代自然科学の形而上学的基礎づけというテーマを自己の主要な哲学的課題の一つとしていた。カントは初期には,この問題をライプニッツやヴォルフの形而上学のうちに受け継がれている伝統的な形而上学の枠組の下で考えていたが,ニュートン力学の理解が深まり,とりわけ,その基礎に絶対空間という形而上学的前提がおかれるべき必然性を理解するにつれて,空間の関係説を内包する伝統的形而上学に対する深刻な疑念が生じてきた。そして68年の『方位論文』における絶対空間の存在論証を経て,69年には,空間・時間をわれわれの感性的直観の形式として捉える空間・時間の超越論的観念性の理論へと至ったと思われる。その成果が70年の『就任論文』であったが,そこに展開された形而上学は,批判哲学への扉を開いただけの過渡期の形而上学であり,批判哲学の完成には,なお10年余にわたる茨の道を歩む必要があった。

This set of studies examined the association between mother-child relationships in early childhood and object relations in adolescence. Cognitive assessment of that association was done using a questionnaire, and projective assessment was done using mother-and-child drawings. In Study 1, quantitative data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis (stepwise procedure). Results revealed that an ambivalent mother-child relationship in early childhood was associated with object relations in adolescence involving internal working models that mainly characterized one's relationship to others. In Study 2, interview data were analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach. Results revealed that a mother-child relationship characterized by ambivalent feelings towards one's mother was linked to avoidance or a lack of attachment. A strong mother-child relationship must be formed to satisfy a child's desire to be doted on and feel the warmth of physical touch. In addition, later attitudes towards personal relationships may be altered depending on one's current mother-child relationship or friendships. In addition, mother-and-child drawings were quantitatively and qualitatively assessed in accordance with the methods of Baba (2005). Results indicated that new interpretations provided deeper insight into a subject's inner world.

A boy who lived in a poor area of China walked 4.5 km to school even on cold days. On a frigid day in 2018 winter, the boy had his hair and eyebrows whitened by frost when he reached the school. The teacher took the boy’s picture and posted it to social media. In the blink of an eye, the boy was nicknamed“Ice Boy” and became famous online. This paper focuses on the“Ice Boy” case and analyzes what kind of online public opinion was formed, and how it was formed on Sina Weibo. The analysis clarifies the following four points. First, the Chinese Communist Party’s official Weibo account,“@ People’s Daily,” played an important role in disseminating information about the“Ice Boy” case. Second, the “Ice Boy” case was related to the Chinese government’s education policy for poor areas. For this reason, @ People’s Daily delivered repeated news about the incident, following which the government announced a series of education policies for poor areas. @ People’s Daily took the initiative in forming public opinion by handling the case carefully. Third, the online debate expressed interest in and sympathy for“Ice Boy” while critically discussing the government policies. Fourth, @ People’s Daily did not address topics that could lead to the government’s criticism, such as the uncertainty in donation flows. In addition, @ People’s Daily positively evaluated the“Ice Boy” case and led to the formation of online public opinion.
