本稿では、各都道府県が青少年保護育成に関する条例により図書類を有害図書類として指定する、いわゆる有害図書規制に関して、指定された図書に関する情報が散逸している問題について指摘する。その問題を解決し、規制の実態や有効性を明らかにするための量的調査を容易にするために、各都道府県が指定した有害図書等に関する情報を収録したデータベースを提案し試作する。

社会学 : 研究ノート本稿では、2007年と2014年に実施したウェブ調査の結果から、「ネット右翼」層の規模と属性・行動・意識等の特徴について報告する。「ネット右翼」とは日本版のオルタナ右翼とも言えるものであり、本研究では、1)中国と韓国への排外的態度、2)保守的・愛国的政治志向の強さ、3)政治や社会問題に関するネット上での意見発信・議論への参加という3点から操作的に定義した。この定義に合致するケースは、2007年調査では全標本中の1.3%、2014年は1.8%であった。これらのあいだに統計学的な有意差はなく、「ネット右翼」層が増えたとは言えない。また調査標本の特性を考慮すると、ネット利用者全般における「ネット右翼」の比率は、実際には1%未満と見積もるのが妥当と思われる。2014年調査データの分析結果によれば、「ネット右翼」層には男性が多く、年齢や学歴には有意な特徴はない。ネットのヘビーユーザであり、ソーシャルメディアのなかではTwitterを活発に利用する。「2ちゃんねる」を含む掲示板全般、「ニコニコ動画」を含む動画サイト全般の利用頻度も高く、右派系のオンラインニュースサイトへの選択的接触傾向をもつ。ネット上で他者とのトラブルを経験した率が高く、オンライン脱抑制の程度もネット中毒の程度も強い。This article reports the results of web-based surveys conducted in 2007 and 2014, in order to investigate the actual conditions of Netto-uyoku, online activists of the Japanese alt-right. In this study Netto-uyoku is operationally defined as those who are: 1) xenophobic toward China and Korea, 2) have a nationalistic political attitude, and 3) post or exchange opinions about political issues via the Net. Respondents who meet this definition were 1.3 percent of total samples in 2007, and 1.8 percent in 2014. Statistically there is no significant difference between these ratios, suggesting that Netto-uyoku has not increased in a recent decade. In addition, taking account of sample selection bias, the actual size of Netto-uyoku is estimated at far less than 1 percent of the Japanese Internet users. Analyses of 2014 survey data showed that over three quarters of Netto-uyoku are males, but there are no significant features in their ages and educational backgrounds. They are heavy users of the internet, and prefer Twitter to other social media such as Facebook or LINE. They use BBS websites such as "2channel", video sharing websites such as "Niconico", and online game sites more frequently than other internet users. Netto-uyoku are more likely to experience online troubles or flaming with others, and it seems partly because of their high degree of online disinhibition and internet addiction.

本稿では,Amazon.co.jpが扱う図書がNDL-OPACでヒットするかを調べる形で国立国会図書館における納本状況を調査し,ポルノグラフィのほとんどが納本されていない現状を明らかにする。また,ポルノグラフィを刊行している出版社の納本状況を調査し,一般出版物は納本しているにもかかわらずポルノグラフィだけは納本していないといった結果も提示する。さらに国立国会図書館,取次,出版社に聞き取り調査を行い,日本の現行納本制度の運用上における諸問題を考察する。

In today’s society, involvement in matters affecting the public is required not only of the national government and local governments, but also of for-profit companies, non-profit organizations and local communities; so, non-profit organizations, in particular, are expected to play a role in seeking the opinions of local residents while negotiating with the various sectors. In Bundesliga, Germany, where non-profit corporations hold the voting rights in professional soccer clubs, there are cases where professional soccer clubs mediate between local governments, businesses, and local residents while playing a common sector role.In this study, we take the example of the Giravanz Kitakyushu Open Mind Program, which offers support for those suffering from social withdrawal, to show that Japanese professional soccer clubs run by for-profit companies also play a common sector role. We illustrate the special role played by non-profit organizations, formed in response to regional issues unconnected to economic matters, in which they negotiate with other sectors, and how there are legal and institutional issues that arise in the course of their performing this role.

企業は,財務的な業績指標だけでは表すことのできない広範な領域で競争しているのだという認識は,ますます広まりつつある.この論文は,こんにちの顧客オリエンテッドな競争戦略の中で,品質,サービス,フレキシビリティーといった要因をとらえるための非財務的な指標を開発しようとするものである.サービス業ではこの試みはさらに難しい.サービスは消えてしまう(保存ができない)ので,製造業のように需要の変動に備えて在庫管理のポリシーを用いるというわけにはいかないからである.その上,サービス提供の場では,比較的若い従業員が顧客と接触することが多く,サービスの質を一定に保つことがむずかしい.この論文は,業績のいい2つの英国企業,つまり職能的専門家としてのサービスを提供するアーサー・アンダーセン社,および,マス・サービスを提供するTNT社をとりあげ,この2社が採用しているアプローチを検討することによって,サービスが業績評価システムに与える影響を考察する.両社の業績評価システムには3つの共通点と2つの相違点がある.3つの共通点とは,Clarity(明瞭さ),つまり組織に属する一人一人に戦略がはっきりと伝えられること,Consistency(首尾一貫性),つまり採用されている業績評価システムが全社戦略にそっていること,およびRange(評価の範囲),つまり業績評価は財務指標だけでなく,非財務的な指標でもなされるというように範囲を明示していることである.一方,2つの会社の相違点は,サービスの質を測るために用いられるメカニズムと,サービスにフレキシビリティーをもたせるためのアプローチの仕方,および業績評価の仕方という諸点についてである.

A survey to investigate environmental behavior difference between the period of programmedblackout (March of 2011)and one month after the finish of the blackout (May of 2011)hasbeen performed. Three respondent groups and three behavior groups are obtained by clusteranalysis of the questionnaire data of environmental behaviors. The positive people forenvironmental behaviors do almost of all listed behaviors, the moderate people do two thirds ofthe behaviors, and the negative people do one third of the behaviors. It has a tendency that thenegative people think public offices have responsibility for environmental conservation, andhave less knowledge of ecorogical information.

本稿では、ダライ・ラマ14 世の諸々の発言から、「宗教と社会貢献」にかんする見解を浮き彫りにすることを目的としている。ダライ・ラマ14 世は「宗教」(religion)と「スピリチュアリティ」(spirituality)とを区別しつつ「普遍的宗教」(universal religion)がすべての人々に必要であるとした。その核心は「利他心」である。また、彼のいう利他主義は、は「賢明な自己利益」(wise self-interest)という言葉によって特徴づけられるものであり、他者の利益の実現のうちに自己利益を見出すものである。

Geometric optimization of the excited states of n-Si5Me12 and n-Si7Me16 was performed using time-dependent density functional theory calculations to compare their structures and emission properties. It was found that the geometry of n-Si5Me12 changes from alltransoid in the ground state to all-anti in the excited state, whereas that of n-Si7Me16 remains all-transoid in both states. This is related to elongation of the Si-Si bond lengths in the excited state, showing σσ* : those of pentasilane elongate to 2.45-2.49 Å with bond angles up to 141° in the excited state, which facilitates its conformation to relax all-anti by releasing the 1,3-repulsion between the methyl groups. Meanwhile, those of heptasilane (less than 2.434 Å and 125°) do not elongate as much as those of pentasilane, which restrict its conformation similar to that in the ground state. Calculated emission wavelengths and oscillator strengths of these oligosilanes effectively reproduced the experimental data: large and small Stokes shifts in pentasilane and heptasilane, respectively, were estimated in agreement with calculated geometric changes.原著2019年度神奈川大学総合理学研究所共同研究助成論文
