本研究は,東日本大震災によって発生した災害廃棄物の広域処理について,受入自治体の特徴をマスコミ報道内容等の調査および統計的手法によって明らかにした。ロジットモデルによる分析の結果,義援金額,ボランティア参加率が災害廃棄物の受け入れに有意な正の影響を与えていることが示された。すなわち,住民による被災地への支援が大きい自治体ほど,災害廃棄物の受け入れに積極的であり,その傾向は東日本の自治体において顕著であることがわかった。また,福島第一原子力発電所からの距離,農業従事者の人口割合が受け入れに有意な負の影響を与えていることがわかった。これらは放射性物質のリスクに対する懸念が,広域処理にとって大きな障害となっていることを示しているものと解釈できる。

新拡大内視鏡分類にもとずいて,胃粘膜表面にみられる胃小区よりもさらに細かい模様像である胃粘膜微細模様を観察し,胃局在病変の微細形態を検討した.新拡大内視鏡分類を用いるにあたって,今回は局在病変部の粘膜微細模様を正確に表現するために,さらに細かく分類し,CおよびDについて,C<SUB>1</SUB>(整),C<SUB>2</SUB>(粗大),C<SUB>3</SUB>(不整),D<SUB>1</SUB>(整),D<SUB>2</SUB>(軽度不整),D<SUB>3</SUB>(高度不整)の亜分類をもうけた. 一般に,過形成性ポリープはBCCD.異型上皮巣(ATP)はC<SUB>3</SUB>.隆起性胃癌はC<SUB>3</SUB>をとることが多く,一方陥凹性胃癌ではD<SUB>3</SUB>,胃潰瘍は病期により異なるが,CD D<SUB>1</SUB>D<SUB>2</SUB>をとることが多かった.潰瘍の病態との関係では,難治性胃潰瘍では,Dをしめすことが多い.

We report a case of extensive bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (BRONJ) associated with a mandibular fracture, which improved after treatment with teriparatide and surgical therapy. An 83-year-old woman was referred to our hospital because of swelling of the submandibular region. At presentation, clinical examination revealed swelling of the right submandibular region and discharge of pus. A computed tomographic (CT) scan confirmed osteolytic changes and a fracture of the mandible. Three months after bone curettage, fixation with a titanic plate, and treatment with teriparatide, new bone formation was observed. Five months after this therapy, the fractured segment had completely healed. Teriparatide may contribute to the improvement of BRONJ.

133Xe Gas concentration during the examinations of the lung ventilating scintigraphy using 133Xe for three cases, was measured continuously by the flow type ionization chamber to estimate effective dose equivalent to the operator. The air flow distribution of the examination room was also measured for reference to examining the behavior of 133Xe gas. The air around the patient lingers for few minutes or more. Based on the derived air concentration (DAC) in ICRP Publication 30, effective dose equivalent to the operator per examination was estimated to be 0.1-1.0μSv, which was lower than expected.
1 0 0 0 OA 分散型エネルギー取引市場制度設計に関する理論構築、経済実験及び社会実装
本研究では、分散型電源及び既存電源を協調させつつ、長期安定的に稼働可能な電力システムの構築を目指し研究を実施してきた。再生可能エネルギー発電設備についてのLCA(Life Cycle Assessment)を実施し環境負荷の定量化を行った。また、インセンティブ制度設計にあたっては特に省エネが遅れている家庭部門に着目しHEMSデータを活用しライフスタイル別のエネルギー消費実態を特定すると同時に実験経済学の手法によって電力需用者の省エネインセンティブについての知見を得ることができた。仮想電力取引市場設計にあたっては各市場毎のライフスタイル変容が重要な課題であると言う今後の課題を得た。

Children often play with foreign objects such as a toothbrush in their mouths and sustain intraoral lacerations. Rarely, the objects penetrate into the parapharyngeal space and have to be surgically removed in cooperation with other specialties. We report a case of an intraoral penetration injury caused by a toothbrush entering the parapharyngeal space. A 2-year-old girl who was brushing her teeth before bedtime was intraorally impaled with a toothbrush after falling from an indoor jungle gym for infants. The patient was transferred to the emergency room in our hospital. CT scanning showed the toothbrush head near the internal carotid artery in the parapharyngeal space. Antibiotics were intravenously administered, and the foreign body was removed under general anesthesia, followed by wound suturing. The patient was discharged on the 7 day without any complications such as post-traumatic thrombosis of the internal carotid artery or deep neck abscess. It is important to adequately educate parents and their children about the dangers of a toothbrush as a foreign body that can cause serious penetration injuries.
