日本では法学と数学という学問分野の断絶は著しい。しかし、かつては数学的論理を用いて法学の学術体系を構築しようとした時代もあった。本稿は、このような法学と数学には実は密接な関連があるということを、外国の先行研究を翻訳し、紹介するものである。本論は、ライプニッツが幾何学的モデルを参考に法学の体系を形成していったことについて述べる。しかし、数学は実在しない観念的な概念を用いることもあり、この点で現実社会に用いる法学とは異なる点もあるということを述べる。

日本における教育は文系と理系に区分されている。この区分に対して今まで多くの疑義が示されてきた。本稿は文系の代表的な分野である法学と理系の代表的な分野である数学が実はその本質は同じものなのではないかというアプローチから、文理区分に対して疑義を示すものである。本稿は、文系思考とは何か、理系思考とは何か、学説対立の有無、数学者と法律家は歴史的に一体性などを見る。その結果、法学も数学も共に人間の造ったものであり、共に論理であるがゆえ解釈の違いがあることを明らかにする。さらに、その問題解決法にも類似が見られ、歴史的にも法律家と数学者は同一人物であることが多く、両者には非常に密接な関係にあることも述べる。これらのことから法学と数学は一体的なものであり、単に「文系と理系であるために異なる学問である」とすることは、法学の発展、数学の発展の双方にとっても望ましいこととは言えないと述べる。

中国的少数民族之一、彝族的婚姻习惯法至今被认为 “在彝族血缘等级制度和意识形态的庇护下,彝族实行严格的本族内婚、家支外婚、等级内婚、姑舅表优先婚等,这些牢不可破的婚姻法则历经数千年不变”。但是,住在不同的地方的彝族的习惯也不同。所以,本文是住在云南省的各彝族按住在的地方分类,考察各个地方彝族的婚姻习惯法的。 本文指摘“彝族实行严格的本族内婚、家支外婚、等级内婚、姑舅表优先婚”的认识不对,要认为“彝族的婚姻习惯法有本族内婚、家支外婚、等级内婚、姑舅表优先婚的倾向。

From 1976 to 1984, 126 cases with angular fractures of the mandible were treated in Department of Oral Surgery, Sapporo Medical College Hospital. These were analysed clinicostatistically and the following results were obtained:1) Age of patients distributed widely with peak of second and first (74.6%).2) Fight injuries were the most frequent (32.5%) followed by traffic accidents (27.8%), athletic injuries (18.3%), work accidents (11.9%), and falls (9.5%).3) Wisdom teeth were 88.3% of the line of angular fractures of the mandible and the extraction of wisdom teeth in the line of angular fractures of the mandible were carried out in 46.0%.4) The procedure of wisdom teeth in the line of angular fractures of the mandible must be decided for each individual case, i. e., vitality, periodontal disease, luxation and positions of these teeth and degree of displacement of the bone fragment.

災害後の経過と発生頻度の多い感染症を考慮する場合,発生直後~3日以内(急性期)においては外傷・熱傷・骨折に伴う創部感染症(特に破傷風に注意)が多く,4日目以降~復旧(亜急性期~慢性期)までの段階ではかぜ・インフルエンザ・感染性胃腸炎・結核・麻疹が多数発生する.被災高齢者がこれらの感染症に罹患しやすい環境(避難所)に置かれている点を忘れてはならず,疾患の早期発見・早期対応および感染予防の対策が医療従事者に求められている.本稿では,東日本大震災における感染症や感染対策に関する各種報告を踏まえて概説する.

This paper is the first half of the report on the study on microbubbles carried out by the SR239 project of the Shipbuilding Research Association of Japan, and describes the preparatory study for the full-scale experiment using a 116m-long ship. In the present study, first the skin friction reduction effect by microbubbles was investigated including the use of an array-of-holes plate for bubble generation, the effects of streamwise pressure gradient, surface curvature, and vertical plate, the sea-water effect, and the effect of bubble size. Bubble generators for the full-scale experiment were designed and built, and a preliminary injection experiment was carried out. Two new measuring devices for the full-scale experiment were developed; they are skin friction sensors and local void ratio sensors. Microbubble experiments were carried out in a 400m-long towing tank using a 50m-long flat plate ship, in order to obtain the scale effect data and to confirm the validity of the new devices for the full-scale experiment. The use of adhesives to fix measurement devices and cables on the hull surface was tested and established. The hydrodynamic fairing of the cables was also tested and established. Finally, a preliminary microbubble experiment using a small ship was carried out and the bubble behavior was observed.

モデル検査技法は,仕様に対する設計の妥当性検証への適用において,近年大きな成功をおさめている.この技法の適用範囲をさらに広げるためには,状態数爆発問題を解決することが必要である.この問題を解決する方法として注目されている抽象化技法,およびそれを実装したツールを紹介する.

卵が原因食物と推定された成人気管支喘息症例において経口摂取誘発試験を実施した結果, 5例中3例が喘鳴を呈して誘発陽性と判断された.誘発試験前後での血清中ovalbumin特異的IgGサブクラス抗体およびC1q結合性免疫複合体の変動をあわせて検索したが, 5例中1例において卵摂取15分後に血中IgG 1抗体の低下, 免疫複合体の増加を認めた.本例では摂取8時間後に1秒量の低下をともなう喘息症状を認めており, あたかもIII型アレルギー反応が症状発現に関与している印象をうけた.なお, 卵アレルギーにおけるIgG 4抗体の役割に関してもあわせて言及した.

ワモンゴキブリの性フェロモンの一つペリプラノンA (PA) とそのエピマー (EPA) を使って, Periplaneta 属, Blatta 属6種の雄に対する性フェロモン活性を実験室内で生物検定した. PAのワモンゴキブリに対するフェロモン活性はペリプラノンB (PB) の約1/1000で, EPAの活性はPAの約1/1000であった. PA, EPAおよびPAとPBの混合物はワモンゴキブリ以外にヤマトゴキブリ, トビイロゴキブリ, コワモンゴキブリ, トウヨウゴキブリの雄にもフェロモン活性があった.

在中国,表面上吹捧民族平等,但在立法层面却存在很大漏洞。在中国,少数民族保护和民族平等的法律依据不仅是《民族自治区法》,还有《宪法》和《刑事诉讼法》的一些规定,其中规定少数民族语言可以使用。那么,没有关于少数民族权利保护的法律规定是不正确的。在中国,每个省在地方性法规层面都有少数民族权利保护的规定。不过,只要是地方性法规,并不是所有部委都有相同的规定,可以说各个地区都有差异。因此,本稿将找出各地区少数民族权利保护规定的温差,考察这个构造。

In this lecture, a cold drainage mechanism of heavy oil from sandstone cores has been presented by using immiscible CO2 gas dissolution into the oil. Dissolution curves of CO2 and CH4 gases for Japanese heavy oil were measured using with a PVT apparatus to decide the pressures of bubble point for the gases. CO2 swelling factors of the heavy oil and Oman intermediate oil were measured from surface movements of oil columns placed in a high-pressure cell which was controlled less than 10 MPa for the oil reservoir temperature 50°C. Two oil swelling factors increased with increasing gas pressure, and swelling coefficients were evaluated for CO2 and CH4 gases. The swelling-time curves for an oil column were fitted with the analytical solution of one dimensional gas diffusion derivative equation, and CO2 gas diffusion coefficients in the oils, D(m2/s), were evaluated. The values of D in the heavy oil were presented as 1.1 to 1.6 % of that of the intermediate oil, and the empirical equation for values of D has been presented with function of exponential to API gravity. Based on the observation tests on oil drainage from the sandstone cores saturated with the heavy oil, gas dissolution in the heavy oil does not make any oil drainage, however foamy heavy oil including huge number of micron CO2 gas bubbles, that were generated in depressurization process, effectively contributed to oil drainage out from the cores.

中国自古就有男尊女卑的传统。但是中国共产党曾致力于保护女性及提高女性权利。因此,当今的中国法律条文对女性的保护非常周到。但是在中国农村,直至2005年仍然存在传统的男尊女卑习惯。现在的中国是个管理较为彻底的社会,可以说政府掌握着国民的动向。因此,本文指出,中国政府可能默许了传统的男尊女卑习惯。

広大な滝のような大規模な流体現象を計算流体力学による数値シミュレーションによって表現するには,膨大な計算コストがかかってしまう.本研究では,滝の本流,飛沫,落水により発生する水煙,波といった滝の構成要素の総合的なアニメーションの生成法として,シンプルな粒子ベースの落水シミュレーションにノイズによる派生的な現象の表現を加えた効率的な手法を提案する.
