過酸化水素 (H2O2), 次亜塩素酸 (NaClO), 亜塩素酸 (NaClO2) および過酢酸 (CH3COOOH) を用いて, 酸化剤種, 酸化pH, 添加量の違いによるゼラチン中のメチオニンおよびアルデヒドの変化について検討した. 合わせてメチオニン, アルデヒドの変化に伴う物理抑制度変化について調べた, ゼラチンの酸化によりメチオニン, アルデヒド含量は変化し, それらの変化は酸化剤種, 酸化剤添加量および処理pHにより異なることがわかつた. アルデヒドは弱い酸化にて減少し, 強い酸化にて増加する傾向にあった.アルデヒドの上昇は酸化による遊離還元糖の発生が要因の一つであると考えた. 酸化によるメチオニンの低減に伴い, 物理抑制度の上昇が認められた. この上昇の要因の一つとしてメチオニンの乳剤pAgへの影響を考えた.

現在の直流電圧標準において,零バイアス電流軸を横切るシャピロ・ステップ(ゼロ・クロッシング・シャピロ・ステップ)は既に利用されており,電圧標準だけではなく高精度D/A変換器への応用も期待されている.我々は,ゼロ・クロッシング・シャピロ・ステップの生成方法として非対称2接合SQUIDを用いた方法を研究してきた.非対称2接合SQUIDによって得られる非対称な臨界電流-印加磁場特性を利用した方法である.そこで本報告では,非対称2接合SQUIDの代わりに,長いジョセフソン接合を用いて非対称な臨界電流-印加磁場特性を実現させ,それによってゼロ・クロッシング・シャピロ・ステップを生成する.産総研Nb STP2プロセスにより試作したNb接合と,バイクリスタルSrTiO_3基板上に作製したYBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>粒界ジョセフソン接合を用いて動作検証を行い,シミュレーション結果との比較を行った.

A6061-T6 alloy has been used in the liner material of high-pressure hydrogen gas storage container that is mounted on a fuel cell vehicle. The degradation of the properties such as strength, toughness and hydrogen embrittlement resistance, etc., has been pointed out, because the grain structure of the mouthpiece part of the liner becomes coarse in the manufacturing process. The tensile and fatigue test for the specimens with different grain size were done, and the detected AE signals during the testing were analyzed. In the tensile test, the characteristics of the signals on dislocation motion, transgranular and intergranular fracture were extracted. In the fatigue test, it was shown that the possibility of which the damage is evaluated by the spectral analysis that utilizes the slope of an approximation straight line in the both logarithmic scale display of FFT analysis result. Then we proposed the amplitude ratio Rv that is the parameter which divided the maximum amplitude of signal for intergranular fracture by that of detected signal, and the correlation between the grain size and the Rv was recognized. These proposed information are able to be utilized in order to evaluate the damage of the container.

一貫経営養豚場において, 生後30~90日齢の離乳子豚17例が育成豚舎へ移動直後に前駆症状を呈さず急死した. 死亡例では血清ビタミンE濃度の低下がみられ, 病理解剖学的に, 心膜水腫を示し, 心外膜, 心内膜, 心筋に点状ないし斑状赤色部が散在し, 病理組織学的に心外膜下, 心筋, 心内膜に及ぶ広範囲の出血が認められた.セレンを含むビタミンEを投与し, 特定交配雄を淘汰した結果, 病豚の発生は認められなくなり, マルベリー心臓病と考えられた. 家系および発症率の遺伝分析の結果, 本症は常染色体性単純劣性で遺伝することが判明した.

Du 14 Fevrier 1930 an 22 Avril de la meme annee, an grand nombre de seismes ont eu lieu dans la region d'Ito, ville d'eaux situee au bord oriental de la presqu'ile d'Idu. Dans le but d'etudier le mouvement de la croute terrestre a l'occasion de ces seismes, on a installe un paire de pendules horizontaux (clinographes de silice fondu, inventees par le Prof. M.Ishimoto) a Ito afin d'observer les variations de l'inclinaison de la surface terrestre; les observations ont etc effectuees a, partir du 12 Mars. De plus, le 19 Mars une installation iclentique a ete faite a Kawana et les deux observations ont ete poursuivies jusqu'au 30 Juiri. La sensibilite du clinographe a Ito etait reglee de facon a donner 1 cm. de deviation pour 1 seconde d'inclinais-on, tandis que la sensibilite du clinographe a Kawana et les deux fois plus grande que celle du clinographe d'Ito. Les clinographes etaient installees dans des caves creusees dans la masse de scorie volcanique.

ゲノムプロジェクトの進展に伴って、現在までに、数百種のバクテリアゲノム、数十種の植物および動物のゲノムが解読された。植物における二次代謝産物は約20万種以上と推定され、5万種については構造決定されていると報告されている中で、ゲノムサイエンスの一環として、代謝産物と生物種の関係を体系化することを目的に、文献情報をもとに生物種とその生物において発見された代謝物の関係をデータベース化することを2004年より開始した。本論文では、このようにして開発された代謝物データベースKNApSAcK DBの現状を紹介する。さらに、生物資源の多面的な利用の目的からの代謝物検索を容易にするためのウェブサービスとしてKNApSAcKファミリーの研究開発を進めている(http://kanaya.naist.jp/KNApSAcK_Family/)。現在までにLunch Box(目的:食履歴)、KAMPO(漢方生薬)、KNApSAcK from around the world(世界の薬用植物)などのデータベース構築が完了した。これらのデータベースの現状についても紹介する。
