本稿では,日本の都市中心部における特徴である,古くからの街道沿いに発達した旧中心商店街と,鉄道開業後に発達した駅周辺地区との商業の競合関係に着目しつつ,各種の都市整備事業を通じた旧中心商店街の活性化をめぐる,都市内の政治権力構造を考察した.八王子市において大きな政治力を発揮してきたのは,歴史の古い旧中心商店街である甲州街道沿いの地区を地盤とする,「旦那衆」と呼ばれる実力者達である.彼らは商工会議所や商店会連合会等の中枢を占めたり,政治家や市の幹部等との豊富な人脈を駆使したりして,旧中心商店街の開発が優先的に行われるように積極的に活動した.また,自地区以外での事業には消極的な態度をとり,旧中心商店街の活性化を重視する政策の形成に大きく寄与してきた,しかし,大型店が駅周辺地区や郊外を志向するようになる中で,旧中心商店街の商業は衰退を続け,そこでの都市開発事業の多くは採算の目途が立たずに実現できなかった.また,旧中心商店街以外の地区や,旦那衆以外の商業者の反対意見により,八王子市における旧中心商店街優先政策は再検討を迫られつつある.

Though the power supply to airplane warning light installed in transmission line tower is generally carried out by low voltage distribution line, in especially basic transmission line over 500kV with many mountainous area the inside of transmission line, there are many cases in which there is no a distribution line near, and considerable labor and cost for the power supply are needed. Then, authors developed electromagnetic induction type power source equipment which took out the electric power by using current transformer from induced current which flows in overhead earth wire. First, the power source equipment which used the penetration type for CT for the power: was developed, and the demonstration experiment for about 10 months was carried out in Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc. Minami Niigata trunk line. As the result it was able to be verified that operating characteristic and environment-resistant characteristics of the power source equipment were good. For the purpose of applying to Tokyo Electric Power Co., Inc. Minami Iwaki trunk line in continueing, the power source equipment which used winding type for CT for the power was developed. This equipment finishes the installation construction in July, 1999, after the test in the factory is carried out, and it is carrying out the practical use in Minami Iwaki trunk line at present. In this paper, the content is reported on power source equipment applied to Minami Iwaki trunk line on EMTP analysis of the overhead earth wire current and outline of developed power source equipment and means of application to the continuous line road and operation situation in the operation and comparison examination with analytic value.

Utility of a chiral glycerin derivative [(S) -1] as a versatile substrate for the enantioselective syntheses of natural products is described. The glycerin derivative [(S) -1] is converted into both enantiomers of the chiral γ-butyrolactone (3) which are in turn transformed to a -monosubstituted lactones (31) and α, α -disubstituted lactones (34) by stereoselective alkylation under kinetic conditions. Inversion of the α center of the monoalkylated lactone 31 is simply achieved by brief exposure of the enolate (32) derived from 31 to saturated aqueous sodium sulfate solution to give (33). α-Aryllactone derivatives (28) which cannot be obtained from the lactone substrate (3) are efficiently prepared from the epoxide (2) obtained from the glycerin derivative (1) and an appropriate phenylacetonitrile.Using the lactone intermediates thus obtained, a dozen of optically active compounds ranging from monoterpenes and alkaloids to a β-lactam derivative illustrated in Fig. 1 are synthesized enantioselectively.

<B>1. はじめに</B><BR> 近年増加しつつある、駅を中心とした都市整備を行う「駅と街づくり」事業において、都市と鉄道との間の交渉は重要な意味を持つ。両者が共同して事業にあたる必要があるだけでなく、公共の利益を確保する目的を持つ自治体と、自社の利益の確保を目指す鉄道事業者の利害が、鋭く交錯するからである。本研究では、どのような形で都市と鉄道が利害を調整しながら、駅の整備を進めてきたのかを明らかにする。<BR><B>2. 都市と鉄道との間の問題の推移と利害の調整</B><BR> まず、駅や鉄道の整備をめぐる、都市と鉄道との間の問題の変遷を、新聞記事数の集計から概観した。時代が下るにつれて、踏切の改良や駅裏改札口の設置といった小規模な事業から、鉄道連続立体交差事業や駅ビル建設のように、より高度で複雑な事業へと、関心が推移したことがここから分かる。また近年では、自由通路の設置や駐輪場建設等の問題が増加した。これらの場合では、都市と鉄道の間の立場や費用分担等が、現行の法制度によって十分に規定されておらず、交渉が紛糾しやすいことも、記事の数が多くなった一因である。記事の内容を見ても、たとえば駅前広場整備のように、都市と鉄道の利害を調整する法制度や、設計や費用分担の基準等が充実している事業では、両者の交渉が紛糾することは少なかった。このように、都市と鉄道の利害を法制度が十分に調整できていない問題では、都市と鉄道会社との交渉の成否が、駅やその周辺地区での整備事業の帰趨にとって重要である。そこで、都市と鉄道は具体的にどのような交渉を展開しながら、駅の整備を行ってきたのか、駅を中心とする都市整備事業が多く行われてきた、八王子市を事例にして調査を行った。<BR><B>3. 八王子市における都市と鉄道の交渉</B><BR> 八王子市と国鉄の間で特に大きな問題となったのは、八王子駅において1949年に開設された駅裏改札口や、1983年に完成した自由通路と駅ビルの建設であった。駅裏改札口や自由通路の設置は、都市と鉄道の間での費用分担や設置基準等を定めた法制度が無いだけでなく、これらの建設が収入の増加に直結する訳ではない、鉄道側の姿勢が消極的だったことも大きな障害であった。また、八王子のライバル都市での駅ビル推進運動もあったので、必ずしも八王子駅での駅ビル建設を進める必然性が無い国鉄は、八王子市に対して厳しい条件で臨んでいた。これに対して八王子市は、元国鉄職員の市議会議員を中心とするコネを活用して交渉を進めた。また、市内の住民の反対運動に遭って頓挫しかけていた、国鉄のオイルターミナル建設やパイプライン敷設の計画に対して、八王子市が反対運動を鎮めたり用地を斡旋したりする等、国鉄にとって有利となる条件を示して取引することで、自由通路と駅ビルの建設への国鉄の協力を取り付けることができた。<BR> 京王電鉄の駅をめぐっては、京王八王子駅の地下化にあたり、市が構想を持っていた京王線の延伸計画に対応可能なように、設計の変更を働きかけた他、市内各駅の整備を進める必要があった。また京王グループは、市内のバス路線のほとんどを傘下に収めるので、バスターミナルの整備や、山間部への不採算バス路線の維持についても、市は京王グループの協力を得る必要があった。これらの交渉における鍵の一つが、宅地開発への対応であった。市内での宅地開発や様々な開発事業を進める、多角経営の京王グループの収益にとって、市の態度は重要である。八王子市では、担当官の裁量の幅が大きい、宅地開発要綱の運用において便宜を図ること等の条件の代わりに、駅の整備やバスの運行等に関する市の要求が実現されるように、京王グループと取引を行っていた。<BR><B>4. まとめ</B><BR> このようにみてみると、都市と鉄道との間に介在する諸問題のうちで、法制度によって調整が行われる範囲外の問題では、両者の間で様々な条件の政治的取引を絡めた交渉を行うことで解決を図らざるを得ず、事業は滞りがちであった。たとえば近年も、法制度による利害の調整が十分に機能していない、駐輪場の設置をめぐる問題が各地で大きくなっているように、両者を調整する法制度の有無が、今後の駅と周辺地区の整備の進展に大きな影響を及ぼすであろう。また、八王子市の場合では、国鉄と京王グループの性格の特徴が、それぞれの市との交渉の中に表出していた。鉄道事業者としての性格を十分に読み解くことで、駅と周辺地区における都市整備事業の進展の様子も、より明らかになると考えられる。

In order to obtain 2, 6-dicyano-7-ethoxycarbonyl-1, 5-dioxo-1, 2, 3, 5-tetrahydroindolizine as an intermediate for the synthesis of camptothecin, Michael condensation of methyl 3-cyano-4-ethoxycarbonyl-1, 2-dihydro-2-oxopyridine-6-carboxylate (V) with acrylonitrile was carried out but failed to afford the objective substance. A similar condensation of V with t-butyl acrylate also resulted in failure. Ethyl 5-cyano-4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-oxo1, 6-dihydro-2-pyridine glyoxylate (VIII) was synthesized by the reaction of 3-cyano-4-ethoxycarbonyl-1, 2-dihydro-2-oxopyridine-6-carboxylic acid chloride with ethyl t-butylmalonate. Although cyclization of VIII to ethyl 6-cyano-1, 2, 3, 5-tetrahydro-1, 3, 5-trioxo-7-indolizine carboxylate (IX) was unsuccessful, Friedlander reaction of VIII with 2-aminobenzaldehyde gave the expected 8-cyano-7-ethoxycarbonyl-9, 11-dihydro-9, 11-dioxoindolizino[1, 2-b]quinoline (X) in one step.

A new synthetic approach to the alkaloids related to emetine (3) and quinine(5) from norbornylene(1) is described. Norbornylene(1) was transformed into (±)-norcamphor(2) which was oxidized to the bicyclic lactone(8) by Baeyer-Villiger oxidation then alkylated with ethyl bromide and allyl bromide in a stereospecific fashion to give (9) and (29), respectively. The former lactone(9) was converted into the emetine precursor(21) and protoemetinol(4) both in dl form via the α-diketone monothioketal (13). The latter lactone(29) was converted into the homomeroquinene equivalent(37) via the α-diketone monothioketal(32) which was then transformed into dl-meroquinene aldehyde(6) via the olefin formation through the phenylselenide(41). Since norbornylene(1) has been converted into a chiral norcamphor(2), the present method would be applicable to the synthesis of the above alkaloids together with various indole alkaloids in a chiral form.

StarCraft はリアルタイムストラテジー (RTS) ゲームの中でも特に人気のシリーズであり,多数のプロプレイヤーがいる.AI 同士で対戦を行う大会が開催され, StarCraft AI の開発は徐々に盛んになってきているが,まだプロに勝てるほど強くない.2012 年と 2014 年に開催された大会で上位入賞 AI 対プロの対戦が行われたが,結果は AI 側の 12 戦全敗であった.この対戦を分析すると,ユニットの移動時の配置に大きな問題があることがわかった.本研究では StarCraft AI に隊列の概念導入を提案し,実装を行い実験により有効性を調べる.StarCraft is a popular series of Real Time Strategy (RTS) games with which many professional players play. Tournaments for AI are often held and development of StarCraft AI gradually becomes popular, however it can not defeat professional players yet. Higher-ranking prize StarCraft AI programs on 2012 and 2014 tournaments played with a professional player and the result is zero win twelve loses among twelve games from AI. Analysis of these games makes aware that disposition of units while moving has great difficulty. This research introduces a concept of ranks of troops to StarCraft AI, implements it and examines its effectiveness by experiments.

Brugada症候群の症例の心事故発生のリスクを層別化するために, 当科でcoved型ST上昇が確認された115例を検討した. 対象は男性108例, 女性7例で有症候性例は20例であった. 全例で加算平均心電図, 73例でpilsicainide負荷テスト, 87例に電気生理学的検査を施行した. 加算平均心電図のRMS40値は有症候性例で有意に低値(7.11, p < 0.01)でRMS40値が5µV未満の症例には有症候性例が有意に多かった(p < 0.01). RMS40値が10µV未満をLP強陽性とすると, 有症候性例には自然経過のcoved型ST上昇の出現(p=0.0013), LP強陽性例が有意に多く(p < 0.0001), 突然死の家族歴を有する傾向(p=0.065)が見られた. しかし電気生理学的検査におけるVFの誘発性には症候性例と無症候性との間に有意差は認められなかった. Pilsicainideを負荷するとRMS40の値は有意に低下したが, 症候性例と無症候性例を判別するには有用ではなかった. Brugada症候群のリスクの層別化には加算平均心電図は有用であり, LP強陽性例で特にRMS40値が5µV未満の症例はhigh riskである.

We developed an imaging system and image analysis software for phenotype analysis of rice seedlings growth. The developed imaging system could collect rice seedlings growth images in test tubes every 10 minutes. The image analysis software could detect leaf tip points and collect measurement of leaf height. Using this system, we could obtain detailed measurement and analysis phenotype of rice seedlings growth depends on time parameters, germination timing and leaf elongation timing.
