2015年4月から、生活困窮者自立支援法に基づく支援事業がスタートした。この生活困窮者自立支援事業に、学習支援をはじめ、日常的な生活習慣の修得や仲間と出会い活動ができる居場所づくり等、子どもと保護者の双方に必要な支援を行う「生活困窮世帯の子どもの生活・学習支援」がある。本稿は、この生活困窮者自立支援事業の「生活困窮世帯の子どもの生活・学習支援」を実施している独立型社会福祉士へのインタビューから、独立型社会福祉士によるソーシャルワーク実践の価値について明らかにした。独立型社会福祉士によるソーシャルワーク実践も社会福祉士の業務実践の専門性と守るべき規範を広く社会に宣言した『社会福祉士の倫理綱領・行動規範』をよりどころとしている。この『社会福祉士の倫理綱領・行動規範』の基盤とされたのが、国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟による『ソーシャルワークのグローバル定義』である。この定義から、社会変革、社会開発、社会的結束、エンパワメント、解放、社会正義、人権、集団的責任、多様性尊重の9つのキーワードを抽出し、独立型社会福祉士の実践と照合したところ、そのソーシャルワーク実践は、『ソーシャルワークのグローバル定義』の具現化に他ならないものであった。当事者主体の基本姿勢を基盤としながら、自身のソーシャルワーク技術を向上させるべく、日々研鑽に努めている姿勢こそが、『ソーシャルワークの価値』の自覚であり、この独立型社会福祉士のソーシャルワーク実践が、「社会が危機的状況にある時代」に変革を起こし、新たな社会を構築していくと考える。

This essay focuses on fashion design for agriculture development in Japan. Specially, I talk about a case study of the Fashion Show `Agriculture Style Collection 2013 in Nagato-Yuya with Aizu-Wakamatsu'. This project was motivated by our First Lady, Ms Akie ABE, who has been working in agriculture since 2001. I have already researched and created rural fashion incited from the daily wear of farmers. In this paper my co-researchers and I discussed about the planning of new developed Mompe pants, called Mompekko, and Haolina whieh is a shirt like the upper half of Samue(Japanese working wear), and newly developed hats and Saruppakama pants originating from Aizu-Wakamatsu-city. In this theme, we collaborated with traditional textiles, specializing in both striped clothes of Yamaguchi Prefecture(Yanai-jima)and Aizu-Wakamatsu-city(Aizu-momen). Additionally, I use the Kuga-tijimi, which Kuga people had asked me to develop into a proper design with them.

This article introduces three letters of Sata Ineko addressed to Narasaki Tsutomu. Narasaki Tsutomu (1901-1978)was an editor of the literary magazine Shincho in 1926-1945,and Sata Ineko(1904-1998) was a female writer known for her masterpiece KURENAI. Through the investigation of these letters, some of the new facts on Sata Ineko's and Narasaki Tsutomu's biographies were made clear.

本研究の目的は、保育園における医療的ケア必要児の保育実態を明らかにすることである。医療的ケア必要児の保育実態調査の結果、医療的ケア必要児の医療への依存度の高さや看護師の雇用形態によって、看護師と保育士の保育における役割の割合に違いはあるが、どの保育園においても看護師と保育士が連携しながら、医療的ケア必要児の保育を行っていることが分かった。保育園で医療的ケア必要児の保育を行うには、保育園で働く保育士が安心して保育が行えるように、訪問看護の活用も取り入れた看護師確保方法を検討し、保育士が医療的ケア研修を受けられるような保育現場の体制を整備する必要が示唆された。

褥瘡予防等身体への弊害を考慮し行われる2時間おきの体位変換に代わる方法として、身体の一部に対する介入としてスモールチェンジ法を提唱し、その効果について、体圧・ずれ量・費用対効果の面から検討した。結果、従来からの体位変換方法と比べ同等以上の効果が得られた他、80%以上の看護師・介護士に体位変換に伴う負担の軽減が示された。よってスモールチェンジ法は、従来の体位変換方法に代わる優れた有効な方法と言える。

近年,高齢者ケアの現場において音楽,ゲーム,園芸などを手段としたアクティビティケアが頻繁に行われているが,その効果については未だ十分な検討が行われていない.本研究では,介護療養型医療施設に在住する認知症高齢者女性10名(平均年齢84.4±7.1歳,Barthel Index平均得点37.0±30.4点,HDS-R平均得点6.4±6.0点)を対象に,アクティビティケアを実施した日と実施しなかった日の9時から17時までの,携帯式行動量測定装置アクティカルを使ったエネルギー消費量測定による活動量およびタイムスタディによる対人交流時間の調査を実施し,アクティビティケアの効果を検討した,その結果,アクティビティケアが実施された日とされなかった日のエネルギー消費量は,それぞれ338.9±70.4kcalおよび344.0±86.4kcalであり,有意差は認められなかった.対人交流時間については,アクティビティケアが実施された日の対人交流時間の合計は137.9±45.0分で,実施されなかった日の対人交流時間96.1±40.4分と比較して有意に多かった(p=0.042).本研究結果から,アクティビティケアの実施が活動量の増加にはつながりにくいものの,対人交流の時間の確保につながることが示唆された.

本稿は、中山間地域等に関する定義の確認、精神科訪問看護に関する文献の検討、中山間地域等を対象とした精神科訪問看護の文献の検討、精神保健福祉士と精神科訪問看護に関する文献の検討を中心に行った。中山間地域等について、農林水産省による中山間地域等に関する定義と、社会学の領域における知見について整理した。また、精神科訪問看護については、看護師による文献があること、中山間地域等を対象とした精神科訪問看護に関する先行研究では実践に関する研究があり、理論的な研究の必要性について見出された。今後は、地理的な条件が不利と見られることの多い中山間地域等における精神保健福祉士による訪問型の相談支援についての調査に取り組んでいく必要が見出された。This study went mainly on the examination of documents about the confirmation of the definition about the intermediate and mountainous area, the examination of documents about the psychiatry temporary nursing at home, the examination of documents of the psychiatry temporary nursing at home for the intermediate and mountainous area, mental health welfare person and the psychiatry temporary nursing at home. About intermediate and mountainous area, I arranged it about there being a definition about there being a pioneer study in sociology, the intermediate and mountainous area by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. In addition, about the psychiatry temporary nursing at home, there was a study on practice in the precedent study on psychiatry temporary nursing at home for a thing, the intermediate and mountainous area where the documents by the nurse were found, and the need was found about the theoretical study from now on. Above all, in psychiatry temporary nursing at home in the intermediate and mountainous area, it was thought that the role that a mental health welfare person achieved was big, and the need that wrestled was found in future by an investigation about the visit-shaped consultation support by the mental health welfare person in the intermediate and mountainous area where there was many that I was seen if a geographical condition was disadvantageous.

本研究は、少子化対策基本法の理念に基づいた思春期における支援のあり方を考える基礎資料を得ることを目的に結婚観および母性理念の性差による比較をする研究を行った。高校生の結婚願望および将来の子供の希望については80%の学生が結婚し、子供が欲しいと思っており、性差はみられなかった。性別役割分業については男女とも否定的であり、男女共同参画の概念が浸透しつつあると考えられる。さらに、結婚、出産後、また、子供が大きくなったら仕事を再開することについては男女とも肯定的で、女子にその傾向が強かった。性差と母性意識との関連については、男子の方が女子より伝統的な母親役割を肯定していた。また、女子は、妊娠・出産・育児が女子の自己実現につながるという項目に対して否定的な答えが多かった。また、母性理念尺度27項目のうち18項目は男女とも30%以上が「どちらとも思わない」と回答していることから、母性理念尺度からみた高校生の母性意識の形成は準備段階にあることが示唆された。

Nouns in the Iki Katsumoto dialect have two types of accent systems ; one is the oxytone, and the other is the proparoxytone. However, there is only one type of accent system in 1-mora nouns. Compound nouns also have two types of accent systems ; one is the oxytone, and the other is the proparoxytone. When a 1-mora noun is independent, the accent has only one type. However, when it becomes the second element of a compound noun, a potential distinction between the oxytone and the proparoxytone is maintained. By observing the rule of compound accents, it becomes possible to point out the internal reconstruction of the pitch of the past 1-mora nouns.

Sho-gyo-mu-jo (諸行無常. sarvasamskara anityah in orignal Sanskrit) is one of the most fundamental ideas of Buddhism. It has been generally regarded as "everything is evanescent" in Japan, but this interpretation represents only a small part of the idea since the word sarvasamskara means not only "everything" but also "mental conformation or creation of the mind (such as that of the external world, regarded by it as real, though actually non-existerit) ," and the word anitya means not only "evanescent" but "coming into existence." The purpose of this paper is to re-examine the idea Sho-gyo-mu-jo by referring to the usage in the context of Indian Buddhism and to show its proper meaning.

The theme of this paper is the forms of "homeland" may take. The author asserts that two forms of "homeland" exist:One is the homeland as substance, that is as a physical space, and the second is the homeland as meaning, something that exists in our field of consciousnesses or memories. This phenomenon can be clearly seen in the case of immigrants who have lost their physical homeland but still retain their homeland in their mind and heart. The experience of losing one's substantive homeland results in gaining a meaningful homeland in abstract form. This is the result of the vivid symbolism of human experiences. In Chapter 1, the author discusses "homeland" as birthplace and the very important meaning of nativity for us. A discussion on the contingency of one's birth which draws from Tonnie's category "Gemeinshaft", Cooley's "primary group" and Schutz's" world of everyday life" follows. The author contends that social personalities are formed by the social-cultural orders and habits experienced in one's homeland. In Chapter 2, the author asserts that so long as any experience with homeland is based on Schutz's "umweltichen Erliberness" (the situation founded on face to face relationships), immigrants will vividly live in the homeland as a meaning in place of their substantive homeland. In Chapters 3 to 5, the author describes the homeland of the peple who live in Kamagasaki, a town of day laborers in Osaka. The town is populated by immigrants from Okinawa and people who have experienced Hansen Disease in Okinawa.

幕末の長州藩士や奇兵隊等の緒隊の活躍に比べて明治維新につながる動きの精神的な支柱や政治的な影響、さらには具体的な軍事行動において仏教僧の果たした役割についての解明は研究の蓄積が少なかった。この研究では、真宗僧の活躍に注目して、その史料や口承を集めることに集中した。その結果、長州4傑と呼ばれながらほとんど史料がなかった香川葆晃について、その辞令や新潟での現地調査を踏まえて、四境戦争の前夜に長州藩の密偵として活躍したことを明らかにした。精力的な社会改革運動をおこなった島地黙雷の日記のデジタル化に着手し、吉田松陰の倒幕思想に大きな影響を与えた呉の僧宇都宮黙霖の残した膨大な手稿のデジタル化を完了した。

平成18年度は本研究計画の最終年度に該当しており、研究課題に関する書誌調査・文献収集・資料解釈などの作業に継続的に従事しつつ、新声社出版物の書誌データベースを作成した。ここでは書誌データを、書名・著者名・判型・製本・構成・目次細目・奥付データ・出版広告情報等の項目に、簡易に分類し、書誌情報を一覧する環境を整えた。最終年度においても、残存未確認出版物が若干残ったが、研究計画終了後においても継続的に情報を充実させていきたい。そして、佐藤儀助が森山吐虹に新声社を売却し、さらに森山吐虹が新声社の出版活動を停止させた後、旧新声社出版物紙型によって他の出版業者から出版された異本についても、判明した情報をまとめた。これらの出版業者は、文学同志会・人文社・上田屋書店・精華堂書店・渡辺書店・文禄堂書店ほかで、実に多岐に亘っている。また、『創作苦心談』『花吹雪』を昭和一〇年代に朝日書房が刊行した事例があり、新声社異本の問題は、さらなる未発見の書物について継続的に探索することが不可欠である。上記のような研究活動のために、国内旅費、謝金、物品費(コンピュータ関係消耗品、雑誌購入費、複写費など)、その他(図書相互貸借送料など)を支出した。なお、平成18年度中の成果公表ではないが、平成19年度刊行予定の国文学研究資料館編・リプリント日本近代文学において、新声社出版物である、小島烏水『扇頭小景』・正岡芸陽『嗚呼売淫国』・田山花袋『ふる郷』の解題を担当し、それを公表する予定があることも申し添えておきたい。

日常生活援助を要するために施設に入所している高齢者では,おしゃれに対して消極的になる傾向が顕著である。社交性を高め,生活意欲を引き出す手段の一つに化粧がある。そこで,老人保健施設の入所者8名を対象に化粧を実施したところ,化粧によって対象者の日常生活が活性化した。対象者の化粧についての感想・意見では,年相応でありたいという高齢者自身の意識が根強いことがわかった。
