本稿は、いわゆる「限界集落論」を批判的に検討し、さらに実際の調査でこうした集落の姿を違った角度から明らかにしようとするものである。限界集落論とは、疲弊する地方の中でも高齢化が進み地域経済の担い手が喪失しつつある集落を限界集落と名づけ、その集落の困窮を明らかにする主張である。とはいえ、現実のそうした集落は、外部との交流が閉ざされているわけではないし、自動車などの交通手段の発達のために周辺の地方都市と密接に結びついて日常交流圏を形成している。また、こうした集落の生活者も高度に自立した人々であり、その生活は悲惨でも憐憫の対象でもない。地域の悲惨さを強調する議論は、無駄な地域の再開発や復興の議論に結び付く危険がある。本稿はこうした傾向には継承を鳴らし、真に必要なのは生活者の現在の生活を快適なものとするためのメンテナンスを行う地域福祉であると主張する。手続きとして、まずは限界集落論についての概要の説明とその批判的検討を行った。次に、著者の行った調査の対象地域である山口県山口市徳地地域の概要を紹介した。その後、地域調査の結果を検討し、もう一度限界集落論の主張と、ここで明らかになった事実をつき合わせ、地域生活の生活基盤維持のために真に必要な方策の方向性について提案した。最後に、著者が提唱する「空間戦略」概念に基づいた地域の把握の仕方でもってこの地域の状況を改めて俯瞰しまとめとした。

この論文の目的は、戦後日本におけるナショナル・ミニマム論の展開を追いかけ、この議論の可能性と限界を探ることである。ナショナル・ミニマム概念は、その起源から、最低生活費保障に留まらない多義的なものであった。その多義性が歴史的にどう展開したかを追い、ナショナル・ミニマム概念の現代社会福祉行政における位置付けを明らかにする。まずは、第2節において、本来多義的であったウェッブ夫妻が生み出したナショナル・ミニマム概念が、ベヴァリッジ報告に受け継がれる際に最低生活費保障に意味合いを限定させたことを確認する。第3節において、1960年代後半にナショナル・ミニマム概念が、シビル・ミニマム概念やソーシャル・ミニマム概念といった概念に姿に変え、その多義性を取り戻す状況について確認する。第4節では、多義的となったナショナル・ミニマムが、中央集権的再分配機構の手段に転嫁した結果、地方分権論者によって批判の対象となってしまったことを確認する。その後、ナショナル・ミニマム論を擁護する立場からの抵抗が起こったことについても確認したい。最終節においては、ナショナル・ミニマム概念の今後を考察し、社会福祉行政におけるこの概念の可能性について検討することにしたい。

The issue of anti-intellectualism has been widely discussed in Japan for the last few years, but only a cursory glance has been given to Richard Hofstadter in this debate. This relative neglect is regrettable not just because this American historian is the author of Anti-Intellectualism in American Life(1963)but also because his intellectual life itself was a struggle against what he called anti-intellectualism in America. The purpose of this paper is to fill this gap; it also aims to induce Japanese intellectuals to discuss further about their own roles in the future of the Japanese society. This paper focuses on Hofstadter's scholarly life in mid-twentieth century America. His intellectual career had been guided by his strong sense of duty as an intellectual, which he acquired when he was still a junior scholar. In Hofstadter's belief the duty of intellectuals lies in resisting any social, political, and cultural forcethat coerces conformism, and also in defending the plurality of society. Anti-Intellectualism is surely his most important contribution in this regard, but this sense of mission also underlies in his other works.

美容医療の苦情は1997年から増加の傾向にあり、女性の美意識に関連した大きなビジネスが発展するとともに問題も生じているといえる。そこで、女性の美意識に関連する行動である女性の化粧、補整下着の着用、美容外科についてその意識を分析し、女子短大生の実態を明らかにしようと試みた。アンケート調査は2005年に短期大学生を対象として実施した。その結果、短大生は自分の身体に対して否定的な意識を持ち、現在使用している化粧、補整下着は限定されているが、今後、しみやたるみ、しわには化粧品を使用し美容外科の治療をしたい、補整下着であるガードルやボディスーツ、ハイヒールを利用したいと考えていることが明らかとなった。

The aim of this paper is to envisage Chantal Mouffe's theory of politics. Her theory consists of "the political" and theory of discourse. This paper, in especial, addresses the concept of the "the political." On "the political" she refers to Carl Schmitt and said we need to "think with Schmitt, against Schmitt", by which is meant "to use his insights in order to strength liberal democracy against his critique." According to her to strength liberal democracy, we should the concept of "the political", because the social always involves conflictual moments. What political theories need is not to negate or preclude these moments -like the liberal theories, but to transform Schmittian way of solution. Schmitt solves these conflictual moments only an antagonistic, or friend- enemy way. Instead, democratic politic could employs an agonistic way. And this is the key task of conflictual plurarism and radical democracy.

山梨県の自殺率と既存統計を用いた生態学的分析から自殺との関連が示唆される人口学的、社会学的要因の抽出をおこなった。その結果、人口世帯要因では、老年人口割合、単身高齢者割合、死別高齢者割合が正の相関、平均世帯人員が負の相関を示した。産業・経済要因では、管理的職業従事者割合、生活保護率と正の相関、課税対象所得と負の相関を認めた。医療・福祉要因では、腎不全死亡率、老人クラブ加入率と正の相関、精神作用物質による精神・行動の障害による受療率と負の相関を認めた。また神経症障害、ストレス関連障害および身体表現性障害の受療率と正の相関傾向、気分障害 (躁うつ病を含む)、その他の精神および行動の障害による受療率、精神保健福祉相談 (心の健康づくり相談) 件数と負の相関傾向を認めた。本研究の結果、山梨県の自殺率に関連する要因として、人口の高齢化や脆弱な経済基盤、精神障害に関わる相談や受療行動が低いことなどが示唆された。

Dictionaries in Ancient Japanese have been inflected by Chinese Dictionaries. These are divided into three classes, Bushu(部首:parts of Kanji), Igi(意義:meanings of Kanji)and Jion(字音:readings of Kanji)from the point of view about there search systems. These systems were not fit for Japanese Language. And so, Dictionaries by the use of Iroha(イロハ)search system were composed in late Heian period. "Iroha-jiruisyō" is one of them. This study analyzes the tone 'Toku-syō'(徳声)in "Iroha-jiruisyō".

本稿は、山梨県内の中央市・昭和町が合同で設置している基幹相談支援センター職員と大学教員1名との共同研究の一部をまとめたものである。本稿は、大きく分けると、①基幹相談支援センターの概要、②基幹相談支援センターに求められる役割とその取組みの現状、③基幹相談支援センターに求められる役割とその取組みに向けた創意工夫のための考察という3点から構成されている。本研究では、基幹相談支援センターに求められる役割とその取組みへの創意工夫を人材育成といった側面から考察した。その結果、「相談支援専門員のピア・スーパービジョン及び連携を通した展開的ソーシャルワークの構築」といった試行的な研修が2018年度より実施されることとなった。

農福連携を具体的に推進する農作業工程分析と障害のある人のアセスメントによる支援方法の開発を行うため3つの実践の場においてインタビュー調査を実施し、工程分析の例、農作業を導入する際の課題を把握した。また、先行実践事例蓄積段階にある農業と福祉の連携の形態と機能を事業形態、地域特性などとの関連も含めて把握検討し、連携する上での3つの大枠の農福連携事業形態を提示し、更に推進するための事業形態で想定される4つのパターンを提言した。

This paper is an international comparison of the common use of personal information in the common number system South Korea, Singapore, and Australia. To compare the institutional mechanism of the common use of summary and personal information of the common number system in these three countries. In the following, an overview of the common number system, the characteristics of the type described. Finally, the analysis of the joint-use system of personal information in South Korea summarized its suggestion.

Automobiles are one of the most significant inventions not only in society but also in cultures in the United States. We can often find its symbolic use in the works of American writers, and Paula Vogel is no exception. This paper examines how she depicts cars in The Long Christmas Ride Home and How I Learned to Drive. The Long Christmas Ride Home tells a story of seemingly typical American family.All the characters are played by puppets and performers. The puppets make it easier for the audience to imagine their invisible cars, which confines the family within its small space; the family cannot escape from the car. The car is sometimes regarded as their home, and other times it is like a human being, one of the family members who share their mortality. On the other hand, How I Learned to Drive focuses on the relationship between the niece and the uncle who teachers her how to drive as well as sexually abuses her in the car. Here Vogel makes the best use of the sexual images of automobiles in American society. Furthermore Vogel show the similarities between cars and human bodies; they both offer the joy of gratifying any deadly impulse and of controlling everything. Thus, these two plays theatrically reveal the close connection between a human body and car.

「活力に満ちた地域づくりの指導者養成を目指す」が目的の高齢者のための生涯学習大学校に在学し,看護学生との交流事業に参加した24 名を対象に,若者イメージと事業に対する期待感について調査を実施した.対象の地域リーダー高齢者は「世間一般の今どきの20 歳代の若者」イメージとして,「話やすいが何を考えているかわからない」という傾向を持っていた.また「若者との交流」への期待度は95.8%と高く,分かり合いたい思いがある一方,自分から知恵を伝授するという意識を持って参加した人は少なかった.交流では,高齢者が老年期の意味を理解し,歳を重ねたからこそ備えている知恵を若い世代に伝授するという意識を持って参加できるような導入と,若者に対する理解し難い感情を払拭し,若者から求められているという実感を持って,自発的,積極的かつ自然に交流を求める姿勢が持てるような企画・調整が必要である.

Situated to the east and the west of the Eurasian continent, the British Isles and Japan both possess cultures with root extending into the distant past. In both areas numerous genealogies have been fashioned from the seventh century, the time from which the first written materials are extant. These genealogies have played a central role in the determination of an awareness of history. This article introduces the Japanese translation of Kathleen Hughes's, The Early Celtic Idea of History and the Modern Historian: An Inaugural Lecture, (Cambridge University Press; Cambridge,1977, 24 pp.). Hughes treats the era during which Christianity, a religion that served on the basis of Celtic culture, was accepted by medieval Ireland. By examining numerous genealogies, Hughes examines the development of historiography. This report introduces Hughes's work in order foster a better understanding from a comparative perspective of the culture of genealogies and the development of historical writings in Japan.

人間形成の基礎を培う乳幼児期を中心に、アメリカのアンチバイアス教育を手がかりに異質なものへの理解と寛容について検討するため、『幼稚園教育要領解説(2008 年)』及び『保育所保育指針解説書(2008 年)』から、国際化対応、異質なものへの理解と寛容に深い関わりがある箇所を整理した上で、日本でどのような固定観念や偏見、不正確な情報があるか質問紙調査を実施した。調査協力者はアンチバイアス教育についての概説を聴いた後、質問紙に回答した。一番多かった回答は洋服や紙おむつの色等、ジェンダーに関するものであったが、物事をクリティカルに見る「気付き」の感性が敏感でないと、知らず知らずのうちに差別や偏見のある行為をとってしまう危険があることが見出された。ヘイトスピーチ(憎悪表現)と呼ばれる動きが増えている状況の中、家庭の教育力が低下している現代において、幼稚園や保育所等で異質なものへの理解と寛容の心を育む教育が重要であると結論づけた。This paper is intended as an investigation of understanding different people and tolerance in early childhood. It is based on anti-bias educational considerations. First, passages about internationalization, the understanding different people, or tolerance are extracted from two Japanese governmental missives such as "The Commentary on Course of Study for Kindergarten" and "The Commentary on Guidelines for Nursery Care at Day Nursery." Second, after a lecture on anti-bias education in USA, university students are given a questionnaire about stereotypes,bias, and incorrect messages in Japanese society.The most answers of students are concerned with gender issues related to the color of clothes or paper diapers. And it is also demonstrated that people are prone to unwittingly behave discriminately or with bias if they lack the critical or sensitive awareness.Recently, hate speeches are increasingly being made in Japan. It is concluded that nowadays to teach understanding different people and tolerance at kindergarten or day nursery in early childhood is becoming more important because of less educational function at home in Japan.

アスペルガー症候群(Asperger syndrome 以下AS と表記)を持つ3人の若い女性において見られた、恋愛と性の課題の特徴をまとめ、援助の仕方について検討した。AS を持つ女性にとって、恋愛や性の課題のみがとりわけ特別な障害というわけではない。しかしこれらの課題は、健常人でも各自の認知バイアスの歪みを受けやすいもので、AS の方にとっては、とりわけその個性の独自性に修飾されやすいものであった。また、危険な対処行動に至る場合もありうることがわかった。このため、3 例のそれぞれが持つ、AS 独自の認知特徴に焦点を当てた治療とカウンセリングの仕方について検討し、考察した。Romance and sexual behavior are two of many behavioral problems in people suffering from Asperger's Syndrome (AS). The problems are easily affected by distorted cognitive bias in both AS individuals and normal subjects, which may lead to unsafe coping behaviors. Problematic behaviors related to romance and sexuality of three women with AS were investigated, and methods of psychological support are suggested.Based on the results of the study, the authors recommend methods of treatment and counseling utilizing supportive psychotherapy focusing on their own cognition..

県内の介護療養型医療施設、介護老人保健施設、介護老人福祉施設で生括する高齢者の終末期における意思決定について、看護職の視点からその現状を明らかにする目的で、これら施設に勤務する看護職への郵送質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、以下が明らかになった。(1)回答者は全国の介護保険施設に勤務する看護職の属性と同様の傾向であった。(2)高齢者本人への終末期に関する希望確認を実施しているのは16.5%で、施設種類別に大差がなかった。(3)終末期の生活の場所の決定権は、高齢者本人が10.8%であった。(4)8割弱の看護職が意識的に話し合いに参加していたが、介護療養型医療施設では積極的に同席しない傾向にあった。これらから、高齢者の終末期における意思決定と権利擁護の判断や判断を支える科学的、倫理的な根拠に関して、介護保険施設の特殊性を考慮した継続教育が必要となることが示唆された。

過疎農山村地域の独居後期高齢者の現在・今後の生活への思いを明らかにすることを目的にA町の6名に半構成的面接を行った。【猿や猪が農作物を喰い荒らして困る】【欲を言えばもう少し交通の便を良くして欲しい】と山間部特有の問題【年々歳をとってこのまま元気でいられるかどうか先のことはわからず不安だ】【みんな歳をとり昔のようにいかなくなり悔しい】【災害や跡継ぎがないことが心配だ】等の加齢変化の実感と不安を抱えていた。これらに【みんなとの交流は楽しみだ】【みんなが支えてくれてるので安心して生活できる】と田舎ならではの良さが勝り【ここでの今の生活は幸せだ】【子供の所へ行くより住み慣れたここに最期までいたい】と自ら今の生活を選択し【今の生活を維持する為にいろんなことを心掛けている】と日々努力をしていた。鳥獣被害対策、交通サービスの充実、現存の住民支援ネットワークの活用、役割保持の支援の必要性が示唆された。

本研究は、米国と日本の産業革命期における金融機関行動を象徴する「インサイダー・レンディング」と「機関銀行論」に係る既存研究の論点整理・再検証をするとともに、それぞれの地域の金融機関行動の特質や類似点を析出する比較史的試みである。対象とした主な地域は、米国ニュー・イングランド地域と日本の山梨県である。これに加えて、独特の州法銀行制度の発展を見た米国ネブラスカ州についても、その経済的な発展における銀行等金融機関の役割と州法銀行制度の変遷を中心に分析を加えた。とくに、海外調査により膨大な一次資料の収集が実現したので、所蔵元との調整をしつつ、徐々に公開を進めているところである。
