2 0 0 0 IR 全国盲学校児童生徒の視覚障害原因等の実態とその推移 : 2005年度全国調査結果を中心に

2005年7月に、全国盲学校71校に在籍する児童生徒に対して視覚障害原因等の質問紙調査を実施し、3,746人の回答を得た。1970年以来5年ごとに実施している調査結果と比較し、その推移を検討した。盲学校に在籍する児童生徒数はこの5年間に219人減少する一方、盲学校に占める重複障害児童生徒の割合は漸次増加している。視覚障害原因は、先天素因(57.10%)、中毒(17.59%)、原因不明(9.02%)、全身病(6.30%)、腫瘍(5.87%)、外傷(2.80%)、感染症(1.31%)の順に多く、1970年度以来、第1位は先天素因である。眼疾患の部位と症状は、網脈絡膜疾患(48.02%)、眼球全体(21.73%)、視神経視路疾患(15.48%)、水晶体疾患(4.70%)の順であった。このうち、網脈絡膜疾患・視神経視路疾患の増加と水晶体疾患・眼球全体の減少が顕著である。視力分布は、在籍児童生徒のおよそ4割が0.02未満で、その割合の増加傾向が認められた。小学部以上の文字使用者は2,981人(85.44%)、文字指導困難は440人(12.61%)であった。文字使用者のうち、点字使用は865人で、その割合は1990年度から減少傾向が続き、逆に普通文字使用は増加している。

The National Diet Library has legal deposit of all kinds of published materials, including publications printed by government and local public entities and other publishers. This function is based on the National Diet Library act (Law no. 5, Feb. 9, 1948. Amendment, Law no. 194, June 6, 1949). However, the stability of these activities has entailed much effort, because of the unhappy history of censorship in the era of the World War Г. In this paper, the writer focused on the National Diet Library's activities to build up the legal deposit library, acquiring the effective cooperation of influential publishers. Frankly speaking, it was Yamashita Nobutsune, Section Chief (1949-54) and Division Chief (1959-66) of Acquisitions who stood in the center of these activities.

90年代のインターネットの爆発的な広がりによって我々の情報環境は大きく様変わりした。このことは図書館の環境にも大きな影響を与え,電子図書館が注目され,研究開発が盛んに行われてきた。本稿では,これまでの研究開発を振り返り,電子図書館を指向した情報技術の研究プロジェクト,図書館を基礎にしたサービスにおける取り組み,インターネットの視点から見た電子図書館の取り組みについて述べる。その後,相互運用性,ディジタルコンテンツの長期保存といった電子図書館における課題について,メタデータを中心にした視点から述べ,IFLAのFRBRモデルやOAIS参照モデルなどを紹介する。

The detection properties of alkanes by proton-transfer-reaction plus switchable reagent ion mass spectrometry (PTR + SRI-MS) were investigated. Alkanes (RH) were commonly detected as R+ by PTR + SRI-MS using NO+ as the reagent ion, and detection sensitivities were comparable to those of aromatics observed by H3O+ ionization. It can be concluded that sensitive online measurement of multiple alkanes is possible by PTR + SRI-MS using NO+ as the reagent ion.

The ferroelectric properties of perpendicularly oriented, highly crystalline vinylidene fluoride (VDF) oligomer thin films were investigated by using a planar device configuration consisting of comblike Cr–Au electrodes with a 1 µm gap. In-plane polarization switching was induced by the rotation of the VDF oligomer. As the measurement temperature was increased from 295 to 380 K, the coercive field (E<inf>c</inf>) decreased drastically from 124 to 7.7 MV/m. Furthermore, the thermal stability of our device significantly improved compared with that of conventional sandwiched devices utilizing VDF oligomer films with a parallel orientation.
