軽水炉の炉心溶融事故時における原子炉圧力容器の溶融破損を回避するためのアクシデントマネジメント策の一つとして考えられている外面冷却方策の有効性を調べるため、原子炉圧力容器冠水を想定した模擬実験及び一連の解析を行った結果について報告する。

この論文が取り組んでいるのは、ある種の思考実験である。そこで著者らは、TEI P5を用いて文脈に即した人物研究や地名誌のマークアップをするのと同じような形式で、財務記録史料に含まれる財政上の特定の意味内容を表現するために利用し得る符号化システムを提案している。ここで想定されるシステムは、TEIを「拡張」するカスタマイズとして表現され、「複式簿記」と呼ばれる財務記録の一形態をも符号化できるほど柔軟なものである。「複式簿記」とは、商品やサービスと貨幣や信用貸しとの交換過程で行われる、様々なモノの移動(転位:transfer)を記録するための簿記の方法論である。マークアップの実例は、Wheaton College Digital History Projectから引用している。ODD文書の暫定的なバージョンについては、「財務記録史料の符号化」(http://www.customization.encodinghfrs.org/) で利用可能である。東京大学大学院人文情報学拠点における2014年度大学院授業「人文情報学概論 II」(下田正弘、A. ホワイトヘッドにおいては,西田幾多郎のいう無の世界との近似性を把握できる側面がある。特に,「根底無」の世界に広がる「極微の存在」が人間の意識的存在に連続して在ることを知ることができる。このような作用連関と捉えうる有機的世界がホワイトヘッドのいうプロセスの内実であるとわれわれは考える。このように捉える時,個という存在を,そこにある福祉的可能性から明らかにしていく道を根底的に提示できるようになる。そうした議論について論理的解明をなすとともに,この第二部の後半部分においては,ハーマンス等の思想を福祉次元における有機的作用連関の具体的な方途の開発例として取り上げ解題している。 Whitehead's theory includes a theorized part through which we can grasp the approximation to the world of "nothing," as advanced by Nishida. In particular, we can learn about the submicroscopic existence that spreads into Nishida's world of "fundamental nothing" by scrutinizing the intentional existence of man. We realize that the organic world as such an operational connection is the reality of the "process" propounded by Whitehead. With such an understanding, we can fundamentally show the way toward clear individual existence with the possibility of welfare. Where operational connection exists, continuous meaning formation, i.e., creative working, is also present. While making a logical elucidation about such an argument, in the second half of part II of this study, we consider and expound the thoughts of H. Hermans and others as an example of developing a concrete way of organic operational connection in a welfare dimension.

障害児臨床現場で培った認識や思考方法により行った講義と、同講義に対する学生の感想や疑問に答え、さらに掘り下げた、次回の講義の記録である。まず合意的理性によるやりとり、ズレを認めあえる関係や場作りが重要。次に、問いを立て、状況をとらえ、実践との間を往復して進める方法を採用している。This is the record to the next lecture which base on the lecture given with the experience fostered at the field of clinicalpractice in disabled child's clinical site, and byanswering to the student's impressions and questions, studied in depth. As for the beginning, it is important to have a communication based on the cooperative rational mind and to establish the relationship and atmosphere where can accept the discrepancy. Adopting a method which then put a question, understand thesituation, and to go back and forward betweenan actual practice.
