<p>This paper proposes a method for classifying informative reviews based on personal values. Reviews of an item are useful for a user who is considering purchasing it. However, it is difficult for readers to find informative reviews from vast amount of reviews because of existence of too many uninformative reviews. This paper supposes that the value of a review is affected by reader-dependent and independent factors. Typical uninformative reviews in terms of reader-independent factor are copy-and-paste reviews, which do not provide any readers with useful information for their decision-making. On the other hand, it is supposed different readers regard different reviews as informative, which is affected by their personal values. This paper focuses on such a reader-dependent factor, and proposes a methods for classifying informative reviews based on reader's personal value. Experiments are conducted using actual review data provided by Rakuten Inc., of which the results show about 0.7 of average accuracy is achieved. Furthermore, it is also shown proposed method can model judging criteria common to those who have similar personal values.</p>

鉄道会社が鉄道車両を取得する方法としては主に、車両メーカーに発注し新造車両の引渡しを受ける方法と、他社の中古車両を譲り受ける方法の2 つがある。比較的財政的余裕のあるJR 旅客会社や大手私鉄では、メンテナンスコスト削減や省エネを図ること等を意図して、新造車両を導入することも可能である。そして、旧型車両を廃車にすることが決定された場合、解体処分または他社への譲渡等を選択することとなる。しかし、中小私鉄にとっては、新造車両を導入するための初期投資資金を捻出することは困難な場合が多いことから、JR 旅客会社や大手私鉄で廃車となった中古車両に目を向けることとなるのである。鉄道車両のうち「電車」の法定耐用年数は13 年であるが、通常鉄道車両の使用期間は30 年~ 40 年である。本論は、新造車両の取得と減価償却に係る会計処理、および中古車両の売買と減価償却に係る会計処理をそれぞれ検討し、廃車時期としては比較的短期と判断される年数として新造から20年以内に廃車となることが意思決定された鉄道車両に係る減損処理について議論する。そして、減損処理を実施することで、投下資本利益率(ROI)向上すること、および資産の過大表示は、ROI を押し下げる要因となることを明らかにする。

This paper proposes a novel method for on-site software customization to improve performance of facial image sensing. Facial image sensors have been increasingly useful in various fields such as the driver monitoring system in the automobile and the elderly person monitoring system in the lifestyle support service. However, it is difficult to perform facial image sensing with high accuracy in cases that a user has large scars on the face, or defects/deformations of the facial parts such as eyes, nose, and mouth. So, for example, the driver monitoring system doesn’t help very much in safe-driving. In such cases, it is necessary to customize the software for the facial image sensing on-site like a dealer shop. According to this presented proposal, only setting some simple parameters is needed, on the other hand, no relearning process on facial feature values is needed. So, it brings high performance of his/her facial image sensing as well as general. Also, it is shown how to collect the intended user’s facial images for the software customization and its accuracy validation by using the portable and user-friendly equipment. It is confirmed that the proposed method is effective by the experiments using actual facial images.

数10nm オーダーの金属粒子相と粒子表面の数nm の酸化物誘電体層を基本構造として持つ材料を作製した。この材料の電波透過特性と材料構造の関係を調べ、電波透過のメカニズムが金属粒子相間の電気的なパーコレーション現象に起因することを明らかにした。また、金属相粒子相直径と金属相体積率の関係を制御することにより、数10GHz の周波数帯域におい60%以上の電波透過率を持つ材料を実現した。特に、金属相の体積率が20%以上、試料暑さ1mm 以上の材料において、電波透過性を持つ誘電体と同等の電波透過率である透過率80%を実現できた。

最近3年間の鍼灸学校卒業者の進路と実態についてアンケートを行なった。回収数288で, 回収率は28.8%であった。結果, 鍼灸学校卒業者の進路は, 鍼灸院開業41%, 鍼灸院関係勤務27%, 病院関係勤務25%であった。現在開業している者と将来開業を希望している者とを合わせると, 76%であり, 卒業生の多くは開業を目的としており治療費, 患者数, 年収などについてはそれぞれの進路により差があることが判明した。
