多くの大学で,ICカード化された学生証(以下,IC学生証)を利用した出席管理システムが採用されている.本学でもIC学生証の導入を機にこの種のシステムが開発されたが,高価な専用ICリーダーが必要であり,それ程使われていないのが現状である.そこで,入手が容易なAndroid端末をICリーダーとして使用できる出席管理アプリを開発した.本アプリはNFC機能を搭載したAndroid端末で動作するため,リーダー用デバイスが別途必要なく,携帯性にも優れる.実際の講義で本アプリが使用され,教員により運用面に関するレビューが行われたので,今回はそれをもとに改善した点を中心に報告する.

Hybrid incompatibility is important in speciation as it prevents gene flow between closely related populations. Reduced fitness from hybrid incompatibility may also reinforce prezygotic reproductive isolation between sympatric populations. However, the genetic and developmental basis of hybrid incompatibility in higher vertebrates remains poorly understood. Mammals and birds, both amniotes, have similar developmental processes, but marked differences in development such as the XY/ZW sex determination systems and the presence or absence of genomic imprinting. Here, we review the sterile phenotype of hybrids between the Phodopus dwarf hamsters P. campbelli and P. sungorus, and the inviable phenotype of hybrids between two birds of the family Phasianidae, chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus) and Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica). We propose hypotheses for developmental defects that are associated with these hybrid incompatibilities. In addition, we discuss the genetic and developmental basis for these defects in conjunction with recent findings from mouse and avian models of genetics, reproductive biology and genomics. We suggest that these hybrids are ideal animal models for studying the genetic and developmental basis of hybrid incompatibility in amniotes.

Three kinds of accent systems exist in the Tochigi prefectural area. One is the "No-pattern accent system", which can be seen in general all over the prefecture. The second is the "Tokyo accent system" which is most noticeable in the prefecture's Ashikaga city. The third, which is the "Ambiguous accent system", has characteristics of both the above mentioned accent systems and is mostly found in Sano city. This study investigates the characteristics of the present accent of the Tochigi prefecture which possesses all these three kinds of accent system. It also considers the influence which "the phenomenon of doing the common becoming the word" exerts.

For the Incentive Award of the Mass Spectrometry Society of Japan Incentive Award, this review will over view the works of mass spectrometry from Setou lab. Mainly, papers 2002–2010 are about development of imaging mass spectrometry. Papers 2010–2015 are mainly the application of imaging mass spectrometry for clinical samples. Recently, several papers are about the applications of secondary ion mass spectrometry. Most significant findings are that various lipid species have their own tissue distribution pattern in tissues and cells through these studies.

本稿は、小学校低学年において、学習指導要領の目標を基準に、体育科の授業に伝承遊びを導入することの効果を、現代社会の子どもたちが直面している様々な問題との関わりから考察することを目的とした。また、日本古来の伝統文化である伝承遊びの意義についても考察した。これらは、今の子どもたちが抱える社会問題を解決する方策となり得る可能性をもつと思われるからである。先行研究を調べてみると、伝承遊びについては、幼児教育における伝承遊びの意義や導入、民俗学や社会学あるいは文化人類学などの分野で伝承遊びの特質や分類などが研究されている。また、日本における伝承遊びの実態などの調査研究はある。これらから、本課題について取り組む意義があるといえる。研究方法は、文献研究によった。平成20年改定の小学校学習指導要領解説・体育編と伝承遊びに関する様々な文献をもとに、学校体育、文化、遊びに関する文献などを加えて考察を行った。その結果、以下の考察に達した。学習指導要領にある改訂の基本方針と体育科の6領域について検討した結果、伝承遊びの導入がいずれにおいても可能であるといえた。体つくり運動では「けんけんずもう」、器械・器具を使っての運動遊びでは「馬のり」、走・跳の運動遊びでは「けんぱ」、水遊びではプールの中での川づくり、ゲームでは「たすけ鬼」、表現リズム遊びでは「電車ごっこ」が、学習目標に照らしてみた場合、有効であると考えられた。これらは、現代社会を生きる子どもたちが直面している様々な問題を解決する手だてとなり得る。また、伝承遊びの実践は、日本の伝統文化の保存・伝達、和の精神的価値を顧みる契機ともなる。
