Valere Novarina, dramaturge francais ne en 1942, est connu pour son theatre hors du commun qui s'affranchit de toutes formes d'intrigues et de psychologie. Consideres comme poemes plutot que comme pieces, ses textes n'ont ete analyses jusqu'alors que d'une maniere litteraire. En analysant La Scene, mise en scene en 2003 par l'auteur luimeme, nous tentons dans cet article de reveler son dynamisme theatral, structure par <<le sacrifice>> et <<le carnaval>>. Comment echapper a l'opposition entre l'esprit et le corps, a l'egolsme et a l'orgueil qui sont propres a l'etre humain? Voila les questions autour desquelles tourne la piece. En ayons recours a la parodie et au rire, <<le carnaval>> de La Scene fete alors tout a la fois la mort d'un monde ancien et la naissance d'un nouveau monde. Sur la scene, l'acteur mange ce texte comme it mange de nourriture: d'une part en mangeant, it se laisse envahir par le son et le rythme du langage, d'autre part it fait bruler le corps, en parlant, jusqu'au <<sacrifice>> pour revenir a un etat ou les separations, notamment entre le corps et l'esprit, n'existent pas.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is one of the most useful techniques to predict the air distribution in air-conditioned and ventilated rooms. The supply airflow such as free jet, wall jet and combined flow of these jets has a great influence on the air distribution in rooms. Most of supply air diffusers have complex geometry, however, the shape of diffuser is usually oversimplified in CFD with coarse grids system. The results of such simulation may give incorrect prediction due to the poor modeling of diffusers. Even if the complex geometry of air diffuser can be described in detail, huge computer capacity and very long calculation time were required. In this paper, several modeling methods to simplify the boundary condition around air diffusers, such as BOX Method (P.V. Nielsen; 1976,1992) and P.V. Method (Prescribed Velocity Method, P.V. Nielsen et al.; 1980), are compared. These modelings require the distribution of air velocity, turbulence properties, temperature and concentrations around the diffuser beforehand. These data as the boundary condition for CFD with coarse grids can be obtained from the experimental measurement or the unstructured CFD simulation with fine meshes. In this paper, the full scale experiment was carried out at isothermal condition, and the airflow data around complex air diffuser installed at ceiling was obtained. With the basis of the flow data around the diffuser by the measurement, BOX Method and P.V. Method were applied to the air diffuser. The results of coarse grids CFD showed the good agreement not only around diffusers but in other part of rooms with the measurement.

2003年4月に相次いでデビューした新型車2車には,共通した特徴がある。「ELEMENT(エレメント)」(ホンダ,図1)と,「RX-8」(マツダ,図2)が後部ドアのヒンジが後ろに付いた"観音開きドア"を採用したのだ。広い開口部が特徴で,乗り降りが容易な観音開きドア,今後も採用例は増えそうな勢いだ。

難治性尋常性乾癬に対しPUVAバス療法を行い,外用PUVA療法より優れていることを以前明らかにした。しかし,今までのPUVAバス療法では0.3%メトキサレン液であれば1回の治療につき50ml(150 lの浴槽の場合)必要で費用がかかること,同じ浴槽を他の患者と共有することなどの問題があった。新しいPUVAバスインバス療法は,0.0001%メトキサレン温水の入ったビニール製浴槽(家庭で温泉を楽しむために考案されたもので20 l)を風呂に浮かべ,15分入浴後,直ちにUVAを週に4回照射する(初期量=0.2J/cm<SUP>2</SUP>,増量幅:0.2~0.3J/cm<SUP>2</SUP>)。今回,他施設からの紹介もしくは今までの外来治療で難治性であった尋常性乾癬患者14人にPUVAバスインバス療法を行った。平均年齢48.1歳(27~73歳),平均罹病期間12.9年(1~24年)。14人中13人に皮疹の寛解がみられた。13人の寛解までのPUVAバスインバス療法は平均27.0回(7~51回),総照射量73.9J/cm<SUP>2</SUP>(7.7~166.8J/cm<SUP>2</SUP>)。1症例で,照射量増量に伴う紅斑反応がみられたが,増量幅を少なくすること(0.1J/cm<SUP>2</SUP>)でみられなくなった。このほか照射に問題はなかった。PUVAバスインバス療法は難治性尋常性乾癬に有効であると思われる。

甲状腺クリーゼは甲状腺機能亢進症が極端に増悪し,生命の危機に直面した状態である.甲状腺機能亢進症の患者に,急激に,高熱,頻脈,流れるような汗,下痢,精神不安がでてきたものを甲状腺クリーゼという.やがて意識がなくなる.手術,感染,糖尿病性昏睡などが誘因となる.早期に診断し,治療することが大切である.適切な治療が行なわれないと死に至る.治療は循環系を中心にした全身管理と急速に甲状腺ホルモン産生・分泌を抑制することである.甲状腺ホルモンを下げるためにヨードを投与する.

鉄道分野でもEthernetの利用が今後広がりそうだ。契機となるのがIECでの標準化。その作業は最終段階に来ており、2014年にも仕様が確定する見込みである。世界で通用する標準規格の登場は、日本の電装品メーカーに市場開拓のチャンスをもたらす。

本論文は、平坂・御園(2003)で作成し、その後、本学の web サーバー上で公開している英語音声学のための音声教材を全面的に改訂し、それまで Internet Explorer のみにしか対応していなかったものを、2014年に最終勧告が予定されている HTML5.0を用いることで、複数の web ブラウザに対応させ、近年普及が著しいタブレット端末などで利用できるようにしたものである。
