本稿の目的は、クリティカルシンキング教育をカリキュラムや授業レベルで考察している文献を調査し、学士課程の学生のクリティカルシンキングをどのような授業で涵養すべきであるかを検討し、そのためには教員個人の取り組みだけでなく、組織的な取り組みも不可欠であることを示すことである。最初に、米国でクリティカルシンキング教育が哲学における論理学の授業で行われていたことや、マックぺックの提起した、クリティカルシンキングを教える際には学問分野の教育内容等が必要となるという議論を検討する。次に、現在はあらゆる学問分野でクリティカルシンキング教育が展開されるようになっていることを紹介する。さらに、クリティカルシンキング教育をあらゆる学問分野で行う際の論理や授業にクリティカルシンキングを涵養する活動を取り入れる際のガイドラインを検討する。クリティカルシンキングを養成する授業をカリキュラムに組み込む際、どのような方法がふさわしいかについては、クリティカルシンキングスキルそのものを教える授業と、各分野の授業で行う方法とを検討した。最後に、2つの大学の事例を紹介することにより、クリティカルシンキング教育をより効果的に行うためには、カリキュラムレベルでの組織的な取り組みが効果的であることを示した。 The purpose of this paper is to show whether undergraduate students’ critical thinking skills can be fostered by what class and curriculum by examining the literature of critical thinking. First, this paper shows that critical thinking education in the United States started with teaching logic in philosophy classes and has been developed in a variety of academic disciplines. This transition was influenced by McPeck’s view that thinking is always about some particular object or subject. Logic and guidelines for teaching critical thinking have also been introduced in a variety of academic disciplines. This paper examines the effectiveness of approaches for fostering critical thinking, including a general approach, an infusion approach, and a mixed approach. By using two case examples, this paper shows that not only individual efforts but also institutional efforts are indispensable in developing students’ critical thinking skills fully.

ミラクル・クエスチョンはソリューション・フォーカスト・アプローチで用いられる有益な技法である.しかし,この技法に好反応を示さないクライエントがいる.本研究ではミラクル・クエスチョンの用い方に関する研究を展望し,ミラクル・クエスチョンを効果的に用いるための要点について考察した.ミラクル・クエスチョンを効果的に用いるためには,SFAの哲学の十分な理解と高度な面接スキルに基づいて,面接の過程において様々な取り組みを総合的に行わなければならないことが,本展望で示唆された.行うべきことには,特に,ミラクル・クエスチョンを尋ねる前に,それがクライエントに受け入れられやすくなるように慎重に準備することや,ミラクル・クエスチョンに対するクライエントの全ての応答をコンプリメントすることが含まれる.

この論文は,"多元的価値を持つ SNS 的な community (社会システム)" に組み込む情報フィルタ agent を設計する上で,なぜ哲学的考察が関与するのか,に関して述べる. agent は,covert channel を分析し,アクセス制御する. (1) セマンティック Web の情報検索やデータベース・スキームに使われる RDF (Resource Description Framework) は,『客体の存在の枠組みと,主体のアクセス行為の枠組みをグラフとして記述する"意味ネット"』と見做せる. (2) 一方,主体の代理となってデータベースを管理する agent は主体の認識行為,存在に対する主体の向き合い方が反映されなければならない. (3) しかし, agent は他の agent の意味ネット,即ち存在論と認識の規則が全て分かるわけではない.また, agent は自己自身に関しても世界の全てを意味ネットで記述可能ではない.(4) 従って, agent システムは,"RDF (意味ネット)で推論する agent の振舞い"に関して,存在論と認識論をオートポイエシス的なシステムの中で捉える必要がある.更に論文では,RDF をベースとするアクセス制御の哲学と,情報倫理との連関を指摘する.This paper describes why philosophical consideration takes part in designing information filter agent built into "SNS community (social system) with pluralistic value". Agent analyzes covert channel, and executes the access control. (1) RDF (Resource Description Framework) used for information searching and the data base scheme of semantic Web can be considered to be ' "semantic net" which describes the frame of the existence of the objects and the frame of the access act of the subjects as a graph'. (2) On the other hand, it is necessary to reflect the recognition act of the subject and the interpretation of existence by subject in agent which manages data base as deputy of subject. (3) However, agent doesn't understand all the semantic nets of other agent (that is, rule of existence and recognition).Moreover, agent cannot describe everything in the world with the semantic net for oneself. (4) Therefore, it is necessary to consider the agent system by ontology and epistemology in autopoietic system for "behavior of agent inferred with semantic net" And the relation between the philosophy of the access control based on RDF and information ethics is pointed out in this paper.
