現在歯止めがかからない少子化の進行に対し、従来以上に包括的な政策として平成14年に発表された「少子化対策プラスワン」の内容を検討すると、大きく分けて、仕事と子育てとの両立支援(政策Aとする)、子育て費用軽減サービス(政策B)、出生力増加の基盤づくり(政策C)の3つの分野から成っている。また、少子化の要因を示す統計からは、仕事と子育てとの両立が難しい中で育児費用負担が大きいという「経済的要因」と、晩婚化・晩産化のために出生力が低下しているという「高齢要因」が大きなネックとなっていることが分かる。そこで本稿では、今後の少子化対策としては、政策Aの公的保育サービス(保育料金の公的負担)と、政策Cの供給サイドの少子化対策が重要であると考え、理論モデルを用いて政策の効果の分析を行なった。その結果、政策Aについては「保育サービスの拡充と費用補助」を行い、育児と仕事の両立という選択肢が妨げられないような支援を行なうこと、および政策Cについては「出生力増加のための不妊治療の負担補助」などの対策が必要であると言える。今後は、本稿のモデルや仮説に合わせた実証分析を充実させ、各政策の効果の測定を行なう予定である。

Satipatthāna (establishing mindfulness) is one of the most popular practice in various Buddhist meditations, in which the meditator, being attentive to the body and the state of mind, keeps knowing how it moves and how it feels and observing how it arises and ceases. This practice comprises two mental functions, that is, sati (mindfulness) and sampajāna/sampajañña (full-awareness) in Pāli. It is reasonable that sati is the central concept in this “mindfulness” meditation and thus it has been drawn modern scholars’ attention. However, we should note that the Buddhist meditation is to be practiced with collaborative action of sati and sampajāna which could be effective on stress reduction or relief from suffering such as pain, grief and depression. In this paper, investigating what is taught with sati, with sampajāna in Pāli texts and with both words such as “satimā ・ sampajāno”, “sati ca sampajaññañ ca”, “sampajānā satīmatī ”, “sampajāno patissato” and so on, we would explore the importance of sati and sampajāna, both of which bear multiple meanings and functions, and their relation to the reduction of stress and pain.

This paper investigated the meaning of the things that students had to clean at school. The school is a place of learning also a place of living, it is important to consider the way of cleaning as one of daily living acts. First of all, was studied a training of cleaning itself has been done at home. Then, from the literature and previous studies, summarized the history of the clean-up activities in the school, discussed today issues and the flow leading to modern. Finally, summarizes the results obtained from the analysis of two of the contents, it has been described future challenges and significance of school cleaning as seen from the perspective of housing education. Handling of cleaning in the home, from an important position as day-to-day discipline, due to changes surrounding the post-war society and living life, to keep away from him from the parents’ consciousness along with the alleviation of the burden, has buried in a variety of life activities of day-to-day. Daily cleaning of the school has become a place of valuable experience for the students. It is also important for parents to provide opportunities to learn together for the actively cleaning and maintenance of building at school in the future.

大規模なイベントネットワークではネットワーク管理手法の一つとして syslog を用いた運用監視が行われる.syslog メッセージに含まれるキーワード検知や閾値による異常検知などネットワークの異常が運用者に通知される.マルチベンダ機器によって構築される特殊なイベントネットワークでは,ログの意味解析やキーワードによる異常検知が行えない環境下であることが多い.本論文ではイベントネットワークで収集される syslog の総量による分析を行い異常を検知する手法を提案する.株式取引で用いられるボリンジャーバンドアルゴリズムを利用し,Interop Tokyo で構築される ShowNet で収集された syslog の実データを用いて統計学的手法において軽量な計算による異常検出を行い,ボリンジャーバンドアルゴリズムの有効性を評価する.

近年,ビッグデータと呼ばれる大規模データから有益な情報を抽出しようとする試みが広く行われており,テキストデータの解析に関する多くの研究がなされている.本研究では,シソーラスの分類語彙表を用いて,単語の特徴ベクトルである共起行列を生成する手法を提案する.出現単語のみによる共起行列を,単語の意味を考慮した分類語に変換することにより,共起行列の次元数が増大するのを抑えることができ,単語の特徴ベクトルをより的確なベクトルとして表現できる.また,得られた共起行列から分類を行うための学習器には,アンサンブル学習の 1 つであるランダムフォレストと大規模データに対して高度な分析が可能な機械学習フレームワークである Jubatus を用いた.実験では,ニュース記事のカテゴリ分類を行い,複数の学習アルゴリズムについて検証した.
