我々の日常生活に最も密着した商業施設であるスーパーマーケットには様々な音が無秩序に存在しており、統括的な音環境デザインが施されている状況であるとは言い難い。そこで本論文ではスーパーの運営者と利用者に対してアンケートとインタビューによる意識調査を実施し、理想的な音環境像について検討した。売場において最も利用者に意識されている音はBGMである。利用者はBGMの音量が大きすぎたり、騒がしい曲であること、同じ曲を繰り返すことを嫌うことが分かった。またラジカセなどの販売促進ツールからの音はその音量の大きさや音楽・音声の繰り返しなどから不快に思われることが多く、売場の音環境を劣悪なものにする原因の1つであることが明らかになった。There are various sounds in supermarkets without systematic design. In order to describe the ideal sound environment of supermarket, the questionnaire survey to managers and customers and the interview with managers ware examined. Muzak are most noticeable for customers. Muzak are annoying when they are to loud or noisy. The sounds from promotion tools using public address systems are often felt noisy because they were usually reproduced by loud and low-quality sound reproduction systems. Generally, the repetitious sounds and voices are felt annoying.

In Japan, School Board was regulated by School Board Law for 1948-1956. In this law, there was the clause about openness of school board congress and announcement of convocation of congress. The congress had to hold an open hearing to the public and announcement had to be done for several days before congress was convoked. But there was the clause too in which the chairman of school board could shorten the days of announcement. It could be done in situation of emergency. This exception of the law had applied when government dismissed teachers. This exception about emergency was controlled discretion but it was written only that the clause was adopted when it was in emergency. So this was interpreted as discretion about requirement. In this paper, two cases are studied. In the first case, The School Board Law was still existed. School Board terminated a teacher but juridical decision rejected this termination because it hadn't recognized the situation as emergency. In the second case, School Board Law had repealed and the new law didn't stipulate an order that congress had to hold an open hearing to the public. The chairman's decision of emergency and of skipping the announcement was certified by juridical judge and some teachers were dismissed by undesirable discharge for the reason of advanced age. And in this case, it was the reason of emergency that the budget of next year would decrease and teachers should have dismissed before new budget year started. So this situation of emergency was internalized in the system of routine yearly budget : normal situation.

ナトリウム型スメクタイトの層間水の分子構造と鉱物--水相互作用の関係について分子動力学法に より研究した.層間水の振動スペクトルは3365と3500cm-1 にピークを持ち,赤外吸収測定結果とほ ぼ一致している.後者は粘土表面に向かって配向したO-H 結合に帰属され,前者は配向していない O-H 結合に帰属される.水素結合距離(H...O距離)は,水分子--粘土表面間(0.22nm)の方が水 分子--水分子間(0.19nm)よりも長く,振動数との関係も調和的であった.

All'inizio dell'XI secolo, l'Italia meridionale era suddivisa: Le Puglie e la Calabria erano sotto la dominazione tbizantina, nella Campania c'erano alcuni ducati longobardi e delle citta sotto la supremazia dell'Impero bizantino; la Sicilia infine era nelle mani degli emiri musulmani. Accadde cosi che ogni potere avesse i suoi magistrati che giudicavano secondo le proprie leggi e i propri costumi: furono percio molto diverse fra loro le istituzioni giuridiche. Ma nell'XI e nel XII secolo avenne la conquista normanna. Ruggero II d'Altaviua, il principe normanno, unifico il Mezzogiorno d'Italia compresa la Sicilia. Fondo il Regno di Sicilia mantenendo pero il sistema politico dei suoi predecessori: il suo governo percio ebbe un carattere pluralistico. Gli uffici pubblici erano composti da individui greci, arabi e latini. Negli strati sociali inferiori rimasero come giudici i magistrati precedenti che furono controllati da giudici autorizzati dal potere reale, judex regalis, justiciarius regalis. Sopra gli justiciarii ci fu in piu magister justiciarius, a volte piu di uno. Ma anche questi uffici reali erano generati dal ceto dei magistrati. Anche se il governo normanno esercito la sua autorita, la societa meridionale e i ceti dirigenti non furono alterati grandemente ne rapidamente nei due secoli.

Three oligo[(1,2-propanediamine)-alt-(oxalic acid)] thin films were prepared on SiO2, R-plane sapphire, and MgO(100) substrates, and their proton conductivities were investigated. Conductivity depended on the substrate and varied from 4 × 10−3 to 1 × 10−4 S cm−1 under the same conditions (80% relative humidity and 298 K). The thin films between the R-plane (1102) sapphire and MgO(100) substrates showed different molecular oriented structures. The thin film on the sapphire substrate, which shows higher proton conductivity, has a structure oriented parallel to the substrate. The molecular orientation in the thin film could be correlated with the proton-transport properties.

We describe a new transform that generates a dictionary of bases for handling data on a graph by combining recursive partitioning of the graph and the Laplacian eigenvectors of each subgraph. Similar to the wavelet packet and local cosine dictionaries for regularly sampled signals, this dictionary of bases on the graph allows one to select an orthonormal basis that is most suitable to one's task at hand using a best-basis type algorithm. We also describe a few related transforms including a version of the Haar wavelet transform on a graph, each of which may be useful in its own right.
