COVID-19感染拡大により,人同士の接触を回避するという観点から社会生活のあらゆるものがオンラインでの利用を原則にしたものへとシフトしつつある.薬剤師に関連する動きとしては,「オンライン服薬指導」が,改正薬機法により2020年9月から全国的に可能となった.そこで,患者が「オンライン服薬指導」についてどのように考えているかを明らかにするために調査を行った.その結果,患者の「オンライン服薬指導」の認知度は,10%程度と低い状況であった.しかし,約100%の患者が「オンライン服薬指導」を必要であると回答し,その選択理由は,時間的負担を重んじている傾向が推察された.一方で,「オンライン服薬指導」の問題点として,受診から医薬品の受け取りまでの時間的制約等が問題であることも明らかとなった.したがって,メリットだけでなくデメリットも考慮した対応を検討していく必要があると考えられた.

This study aims to explore (a) how a demotivated and struggling English learner regained motivation to study and (b) how demotivating and remotivating factors influenced the student’s learning process. A semi-structured interview was conducted with one female college Engineering student who made significant motivational as well as academic improvements after two years of failing English classes. In order to analyze the data from a qualitative point of view, the Structural Construction Qualitative Research Method (SCQRM), developed by Saijo (2007, 2008), was used. Two possibilities can be derived from this interview. First, the student’s perception that her difficulty in understanding learning content is being acknowledged by others without judgment or criticism could influence motivating factors, such as help-seeking, effective study strategy acquisition, an attitude toward learning without fear of making mistakes, and self-efficacy. Second, while these factors might not independently affect the student’s learning attitude and behavior, they seem to be closely related.

安珍・清姫で知られる紀州・道成寺の縁起の異本。三井寺の僧賢学は清水寺で遠江国橋本の長者の娘と出会い、契りを結ぶ。娘の胸の傷跡から、賢学はかつて仏道修行の妨げになるため殺めた因縁の相手と知り、女を捨て熊野詣でに旅立つ。賢学を追いかけ、想いのあまり大蛇と化した女は鐘の中に隠れた賢学を巻きつけ、紀州の日高川へと沈んでいったとする。「賢学の草子」「日高川」とも称され、根津美術館、天理図書館に室町後期から江戸初期の写本が伝わる。掲出本は冒頭部分を欠く酒井家旧蔵『賢学草紙』(室町後期写、小絵)を江戸後期に模写したもの。同様の模写本が西尾市岩瀬文庫や早稲田大学図書館などにも伝存する。(恋田知子)(2018.11)

腰部への持続的圧迫刺激(以下,CPS)後の自律神経活動が腸音(以下,BS)の変化に与える影響を検討した。対象者は健康な若年成人男性10 名とした。BS は,左下腹部に聴診器をあて録音し,周波数解析により音圧を算出した。自律神経活動の評価は,心電図RR 間隔を用いて心拍変動解析を行った。循環動態は血圧を測定した。CPS は,T12 からL2 棘突起の3.5 cm 外側に50 mmHg で押圧を開始し,10 分間持続した。CPS 後10 分で313 Hz のBS の音圧が上昇した。CPS後5分のBS,LF/HF,DBP の変化がCPS 後10分のBS の上昇に影響していた(CMIN =1.214,p =0.750,GFI =0.941, RMSEA <0.001)。これらの結果は,CPS が心臓や末梢血管の副交感神経活動を修飾し,腸の蠕動運動を促進することを示唆している。

This paper discusses a tendency to diversify of abstractions of Long(龍)in the Han dynasty(漢代). Before that time, Long was considered to be a symbol of one village like a totem. By the unification of ancient China in Qin(秦)and Han dynasty, Long was elevated to be a god with sacred power and started to be diversified in its attributes according to the books of that time. It was believe to have a ability of making rain or control water, and because of that power, a soil image of Long(土龍)was used as a sacrifice to pray for rain when it was in a drought. And Long was also believed to have a function as to be a transportation between the human world and the immortal world. And it turned out that, in Han dynasty, all those abstractions of Long could once be seen in a representative sample called Qing Long(青龍), which is a constellation in ancientastronomy of China. 診療看護師(NP)としての役割と成果 飯野雅子 はじめに 昨今,わが国では医療の質,医療の安全性を問う国民の声が大きくなってきている。医療の現場に目を向けると,医療の高度化・複雑化に伴う業務の増大や高齢化による合併症患者の増加などにより,わが国の医療は疲弊してきている。このような現状のなか,「チーム医療」の重要性が謳われている。 そこで2010年3月,厚生労働省はチーム医療の推進を図るための1つとして,看護師の業務拡大の必要性をあげ,特定看護師(仮称)の設置,法制化に向けての素案を示した。このような社会背景を踏まえ,クリティカルケア領域でも対象患者の高齢化,疾病の複雑さにより,医療者の業務は増大している。そのため,周術期の患者管理においても多職種によるチーム医療の必要性が高まっている。 チーム医療の一員にナースプラクティショナー(Nurse Practitioner;NP)が存在できるのであれば,NPの特性である医療的,看護的の両側面からアプローチすることで,タイムリーかつ質の高い医療を患者に提供でき,患者や医療者の満足度も上げることにつながると考える。 今回,所属する消化器外科病棟の看護師に対し,診療看護師(NP)の活動についてのアンケート調査を行なった。その結果から得られたNPの成果について述べる。

We investigated the microbicidal effect of weak acid hypochlorous solutions of pH 5.0 - 6.0, produced by mixing NaClO and HCl in water, against various bacteria, fungi, and virus in vitro. The weak acid hypochlorous solution had excellent microbicidal effect against a broad microbicidal spectrum of standard strains and clinical isolates in a short time. The microbicidal effects of hypochlorous solutions did not depend on the available chlorine concentration but on the HClO concentration. These results show that the weak acid hypochlorous solution has practical applicability in such places as hospitals and establishments related to the food industry.
