Purpose: Occupational health nurses are considered specialists of health management for the workers in their companies, but they are working with many kinds of difficulties.Nevertheless there are little studies of influences owing to the numbers of workers in the companies, therefore, we tried to make it clear that there exist the component pattern of the difficulties which effects on occupational health nursing activities and the differences depend on the number of workers, between less than one thousand and more.Object: A questionnaire survey was conducted for the occupational health nurses who were on the active services and attended the seminar held by the Occupational Health Promotion Center in the Tokai area. 28 items of experiences felt difficult in the business, were used for exploratory factor analysis, and t-test of the factor scores were conducted between the groups composed the numbers of workers. 4 items of experiences felt difficult in the business, and learning environment such as possibility study of in/out office were compared using Mann-Whitney’s U testResult: The response rate was 75.4% and number of valid respondents was 240 (73.8%). According to the exploratory factor analysis of difficulties in business, 4 factors were obtained, and called Factor1 co-operation and using information with related workers, Factor2 Activity and evaluation of the occupational health activities, Factor 3 activity one’s company and Factor 4 treatment of mental health. No differences on the numbers of the companies were seen the means of factor score by using t-test.Conclusion: We found it clear that there are four component factors which effect the difficulty business of the occupational health nurses. About the difference of difficulty in the activity to be able to put according to a scale, the significant difference was not recognized.

<p><tt>現代では,「化粧は女性がするもの」とされている.しかし,自分を美しく見せたい,他人に良く思われたいという気持ちで化粧をする女性がいるのであれば,同じ気持ちで男性が化粧をしても良いのではないか.男性の化粧行動に対して,周囲の違和感がない環境になれば,生きやすいと感じる男性も出てくるのではないか. </tt></p><p><tt>そこで,日本の男性の化粧行動の経緯を概観し,今後の男性の化粧行動について個人の意識,意見も踏まえて考察した. </tt></p><p><tt>男性は化粧をするものではないという意識が広がり始めたのは明治時代である.その後,男性用化粧品,男性用エステ,男性向け美容雑誌,化粧をした男性有名人の影響,眉を整えたスポーツ選手の活躍で,男性の化粧に対する周囲の意識は徐々に変化していった.化粧をしたい,また,普段からしているという男性や,男性にも化粧をして欲しいという女性も存在していることもわかった.</tt></p><p><tt>今後,男性の化粧行動も受け入れられていく可能性は大いにあるだろう.しかし,男性の化粧行動が受け入れられたとしても,現在,成人女性に対して存在する,化粧をして当たり前であり,すべきであるという社会風潮が男性にも広まってはならないと考え</tt><tt>る. </tt></p>

組込みシステム向けにコンパクトに開発されたmRuby/cというRuby処理系がある.組込みシステムの実行環境は一般にメモリが少なく,CPUも非力であるため,時間的オーバヘッドや空間的オーバヘッドが小さい方法でにプログラムを処理する必要がある.現状のmRuby/cのガベージコレクタ(GC)には,参照カウント方式が採用されている.参照カウント方式は,再帰的なオブジェクトの解放が起こらない限り停止時間が短いという利点がある.しかし,参照カウントの操作は時間的なオーバヘッドとなる.また,各オブジェクトが持つ参照カウントを保持するフィールドも空間的なオーバヘッドとなる.さらに,循環参照を回収できないという問題もある.そこで本研究では,mRuby/cで参照カウントの妥当性を調査する.そのために,比較対象としてマークスイープGCを実装する.そのうえで,いくつかの性質の異なるベンチマークプログラムを用いて停止時間や時間的,空間的オーバヘッドの面で比較する.

現代中国の劇作家曹禺の建国後初作品「明朗的天」について、「思想改造」の情況をどのように描いたかを考察する。曹禺は「思想改造」に賛同するのだが、この作品で、集団による運動の場面をことごとく舞台上で再現していない。しかし、それは曹禺の見識とみるべきであって、けっして批判すべきものではないことを提示する。

本論では、社会的距離(social distance)というものの理論的な存在の可能性が、検討されている。階層間通婚のデータからは、数学的に厳密な意味での距離というものは導くことができないことが示されている。また階層間通婚傾向というものは、種々な要因のアグリゲーション・ゲインとしてみなすべきである。比喩としての社会的距離は、ミクロの社会的行為に基づいたメトリックな社会階層の理論のための基本的変数とするにはそれほど純粋な概念ではないと思われる。

After the discovery of new class of autoantibodies against neuronal cell surface antigens or synaptic proteins (NSA), the concept of acute encephalitis has dramatically changed. Encephalitis can be divided into infectious and autoimmune encephalitis (AE). AE may have autoantibodies against intracellular onconeuronal antigens (e.g. Hu, Yo, Ri, CRMP5, Ma2), intracellular synaptic proteins (e.g. amphiphysin, GAD65) or NSA (e.g. NMDAR, AMAPAR, GABAaR, GABAbR, LGI1, Caspr2, DPPX).Most of the classic paraneoplastic anti–neuronal antibodies are less likely pathogenic but IgG NSA antibodies are more likely pathogenic, and the presence of the NSA antibodies implies that patients may respond to immunotherapy. Although early initiation of immunotherapy is often emphasized in AE, antibody testing is not readily accessible in most situation, thus initiation of immunotherapy may be delayed. In 2016, a practical diagnostic approach to AE was published as a position paper in Lancet Neurology to achieve prompt immunotherapy at 3 levels of evidence for AE (possible, probable, and definite) with several new diagnostic criteria including possible AE, probable AE, probable and definite anti–NMDAR encephalitis, autoimmune limbic encephalitis, ADEM, and Hashimoto encephalopathy.In this lecture, I focus on recent progress in antibody–mediated encephalitis, stiff–person spectrum disorder, and cryptogenic new–onset refractory status epilepticus (C–NORSE) with development of a clinically–based score that predicts C–NORSE.

La poésie d'Henri Meschonnic est inséparable de la théorie qu'il a construite. Les recherches qui précèdent mettent donc en évidence certains concepts de la théorie de Meschonnic, par exemple, l'« identification de soi et des autres » ou la « poétique de la vie », dans son dernier recueil de poèmes L'obscur travaille (2012). Nous abordons pour notre part d'autres aspects dans ces poèmes. Tout d'abord nous analysons la relation entre l'obscurité et la lumière, car Meschonnic y emploie maintes fois le mot « lumière ». Le concept de « lumière » qui vient de l'essai sur Pierre Soulages est analogue à celui du « rythme » meschonicien. Meschonnic tente-t-il par là de décrire la lumière comme rythme par l'intermédiaire de la pensée héraclitéenne ? Ou développe-t-il cette pensée en passant par celle de Émile Benveniste, pour conclure que la relation entre « lumière » et « obscur » est réversible, en citant les termes de Victor Hugo ? Dans cet article, en analysant le flux dans l'identification entre soi et l'autre, nous montrons que c'est la mort qui l'immobilise, et que ce qui suggère cette mort n'est que la date ou le fait biographique.
