〔目的〕足把持力と50 m走の疾走速度との関係について明らかにすることを目的とした.〔対象〕健康な男子学生101名を対象とした.〔方法〕足把持力は,足指筋力測定器を用い,片足で椅座位姿勢にて3回行った.50 m走は,裸足と靴の2条件で行い,それぞれ2回行った.〔結果〕靴よりも裸足の疾走速度は大きかった.また,両条件において,足把持力と正の相関関係が認められ,相関係数には条件間で差は認められなかった.〔結語〕足把持力は,疾走能力に重要であり,基礎的な身体づくりに役立つ能力であると示唆された.

To assess the cause of hip lesions when combined with pelvic posterior inclinatiop such as osteoarthritic and rapidly destructive coxopathy-like changes, coverage of the femoral head to the acetabulum was measureed on computed torn ograms of 35 patients, and the relationship between degree of inclination and coverage was investigated. Patients were divided to in three groups according to their degree of pelvic posterior inclination: Group 1; less than 20° of inclination, 18 hips; Group 2; 21-25°, 6 hips; Group 3; more than 26°, 11 hips.There was no statistical difference in total coverage of the head among the three groups. Coverage of the anterior part of the head decreased and coverage of the posterior part of the head increased with an increase in posterior inclination.These findings suggest that the decrease in anterior coverage of the head with increasing pelvic inclination may lead fo the developmenf of some hip lesions.

患者のすぐそばで行える医療診断 (その場診断) が重要であるという考えが,臨床現場において普及しつつある.近年,マイクロ流路を紙の上に設けることで,コストやユーザーの負担を抑えながら,実用に即した分析ができる検査チップを開発する研究が世界的に盛んである.2007年,Whitesidesらにより提唱されて以来注目を集め,現在ではmicrofluidic paper-based analytical devices (μPADs) の呼称が定着している.マイクロ流路と身近な素材である紙の組み合わせにより,複雑な操作を伴う分析や多重項目測定を,比色法や蛍光法,電気化学的手法などを用いて,低コストかつ簡便に行えるμPADsが数多く開発されている.μPADsは基材が紙であることから,主に印刷による作製技術が進歩を見せている.中でも,様々なデバイス生産で工業的にも活躍しているインクジェット技術が,μPADsの大量生産や機能性付与が可能なアプローチとして着目されている.本稿では,将来の実用化に期待の集まるμPADsの製作技術や応用例の現状について,特に汎用性の高いインクジェット技術に焦点を当てながら解説する.

〔目的〕足把持力と足関節周囲筋との関係について明らかにすることとした.〔対象と方法〕健康な男子大学生8名を対象とした.足把持力の計測は,足指筋力測定器を用いて任意の片足とした.最大把持時における前脛骨筋,腓腹筋外側頭,母趾外転筋,短趾屈筋の筋活動量を計測した.〔結果〕足把持力と筋活動量との関係において,前脛骨筋,母趾外転筋,短趾屈筋との間に正の相関関係が認められた.〔結語〕足把持力と筋活動量の関係が明らかになった.足把持力には,母趾だけでなく全ての趾が重要であることが考えられ,全ての足趾を鍛えることが重要であると推察された.

Background. The present regulation of the Public Electoral code in Japan prevents people with special needs on impairment from exercising their right to vote. Objective. This study will examine the relationship between Japanese Electoral Code and the voting behavior of cognitive disabled people live in the own flat, also the service about election for them. Design. I researched the voting behavior and living environment in their flats, in particular the services provider gave them about the election in Gumma pref. And I analyzed the correlation those factors mutually related. Results. Over 50% of participants in this study did not vote. This rate is almost 12-22 points lower than general data in Japan. When considering the voting behavior of them, cognitive disability and also its degree was not a barrier, rather, environmental factors were. As mention concretely in these factors, information the voting day, time, where a polling station was, political party, candidates, and so on, and whether the voting card electoral office sent reached them or did not. Conclusion. Therefore the people got the information, card voted consequently. Cognitive disabled degree was not correlated with their voting behavior from the results within this research. The regulation in Electoral Code let the person who supported by guardian because of cognitive disability forfeited the right to vote is irrational as the mentioned in the above.

The paper presents a design and characteristics of a new holonomic omnidirectional moving vehicle, which simultaneous and independently controlled translational and rotational motions. The moving vehicle has four rubber balls instead of wheels. Each ball is driven by two rotating rollers. But the system has only four actuators. The kinematics of the moving vehicle is analyzed and the control algorithms are derived for the holonomic and omnidirectional moving vehicle. The experimental results show that the proposed new type of moving mechanism has good characteristics and the sensor on board is useful for autonomous moving under relatively large disturbance.

This study was designed to identify the change in radiological shape of the pelvic cavity caused by sagittal pelvic inclination and to learn the correlation between inclination and progression of osteo-arthritis (OA) of the hip joint.<br>As a preliminary study, antero-posterior (AP) and lateral radiographs of 10 bleached pelves were taken simultaneously in seven different sagittal tilt angles.<br>The degree of sagittal tilt of the pelvis (A) was then compared to the longitudinal: transverse axis length (L/T) ratio of the radiological shape of the pelvic cavity in AP radiographs. This study revealed a linear relationship between the two parameters that led to the equation: A=-67.0°×L/T+55.7° in males and A=-69.0°×L/T+61.6° in females. Using this the sagittal pelvic tilt can be calculated from the radiological shape of the pelvic cavity.<br>Applying this equation to pelvic radiographs of 212 patients; 52 normal hips and 160 with OA hip of varying severity, pelvic tilt was calculated to investigate whether it relates to the aging of the patient or involves progression of OA.<br>There was a significant correlation between age and pelvic tilt angles of patients in both normal and OA hip groups; the pelvis tended to incline posteriorly with increasing age. Further studies are required to elucidate the participation of the pelvic inclination on progression of OA of the hip.

症例は1ヶ月前に三叉神経第一枝領域の帯状疱疹をアメナメビル内服で治療された78歳女性.帯状疱疹後神経痛に対し入院治療中に左片麻痺が出現し,頭部MRIで右放線冠に急性期梗塞を認め転院した.発熱と意識障害がみられ,髄液検査と頭部造影MRIで帯状疱疹性髄膜脳炎と脳血管炎の合併と診断した.抗血栓療法に加えアシクロビル点滴とステロイドパルス療法で加療したが,意識障害が遷延した.アメナメビルは髄液移行性がほとんどないため,結果的に脳神経領域の帯状疱疹に対して不完全な治療となり,本例が重症化した経過に関連している可能性が示唆された.

リビングラジカル重合(LRP)が基礎,および応用化学の両面から多大な注目を集めている.その理由は,このような重合系の開発が化学における大きな挑戦であるとともに,ラジカル重合とリビング重合の優れた特徴を併せ持つこの方法が,高度な機能を持つ高分子材料創製の基盤技術となることが期待されているからである.本報では,この 15 年弱の間に開発されてきた,代表的な LRP 法であるニトロキシドを介するリビングラジカル重合(NMP),原子移動ラジカル重合(ATRP),可逆的付加・脱離連鎖移動重合反応(RAFT),有機テルル化合物を用いるリビングラジカル重合(TERP)を中心として,それらを重合機構から比較することで,それぞれの方法らの特徴を明らかにすることを目的とする.これを通じて,LRP の現状を概観するとともに,この方法の将来の展望を図るものである.本報は 2 回にわたり掲載される予定である.初回の本報では,LRP の定義とその開発の歴史的な経緯,共通する反応機構,および NMP の機構について紹介する.次論文では,ATRP, RAFT, TERP の反応機構と,LRP における最近のトピックスを紹介する予定である.
