The Boso Penisula area suffered from big slope failure disasters caused by Typhoon No. 25 carring torrential rainfall in September 1971.Immediately after the disasters, we carried out the several investigations, that is, about the consciousness of residents for the slope failure, and the situations of slope failure using the ground investigation methods and the aerial photogrophic interpretation.In this paper, we report the characteristics of slope failure which io one part of informations we got.We classified the slope failure to 10 types taking note of geological and topographical conditions.All of them, typical failure is the sliding of top soils on the Narita layer (sand layer) and the sliding or falling of top soils or weathering layer on the bedrock in the tertiary area.The slope failures in the Narita layer area are apt to be dominated by something unusnal on the top of slopes and the location of mudstone layer lying between sand layer. The other hand, in tertiary area, the most inportant factors for slope failure are the locations of small valley on the slope and the dippression of surface plane on the mudstone layer.

In fingertip amputations, surgeons may encounter technical difficulties in vein grafting for anastomosis of small and fragile vessels.In this retrospective study, we evaluated the survival rate, complications, and surgical techniques for fingertip replantation with vein grafting.One hundred and twenty-five fingertip replantation procedures were performed in 116 patients between 1996 and 2017 at our hospital. There were 74 amputations in zone I and 51 in zone II. Twenty-five amputated fingertips in zone I were replanted with vein grafting for arterial or venous repairs. Among the 25 procedures with vein grafts, there were 11 with arterial repairs, 6 with venous repairs, and 8 with both arterial and venous repairs.In the procedures with vein grafting, vascular thrombosis was found in 6, of which there were 4 arterial and 2 venous thromboses. In 4 cases of arterial thrombosis, the circulation gradually deteriorated within 2 or 3 days and subsequent necrosis of the replanted fingertip occurred, presumably because of severe damage to the soft tissue.The overall survival rate of replantation with vein grafting was 84%.Although skillful microsurgical techniques and longer operation times are in high demand, our results using vein grafts for successful fingertip replantation are encouraging.

本研究では、拡張現実感(Augmented Reality:AR)を利用して、避難訓練をより効率的なものとするための手法を研究した。具体的には、建築物内にARマーカーを設置し、3Dモデルにより火災や崩壊を視覚的に表現する。さらに、現実味・緊張感を増すために、サイレンなどの効果音を加える、タイムリミットやユーザの体力なども設定する。一般的な避難訓練というと退屈なイメージが強く、子供などの低年齢層に対しては訓練の意味を理解されることなく行われてしまうことが多々あると考える。そういった対象に対しても、本研究を利用することにより意欲的な訓練への参加を促せ、また実際の消火訓練などでは火を焚くなどの訓練内での危険が伴うが、そういったリスクを回避することも可能である。

We investigated the condition of the liver in a total of 5486 subjects (3889 males and 1597 females) who received adult-disease screening examinations.The following results were obtained.1. Fatty liver was found in 13.9% of the males and 3.8% of the females with a male/female ratio of about 3.7 to 1. In males, the prevalence of fatty liver was lower in those in their 20's than in any other age ranks, while there was little difference in the age range from the 30's to the 50's. In females, the prevalence sharply increased in those in their 50's.2. The percentage of fatty liver increased with the obesity index in both males and females.3. With respect to alcohol drinking, the prevalence of fatty liver was not affected by the presence or absence of alcohol drinking, the daily drinking quantity and total drinking quantity.4. Of those screened for adult disease, 14.7% of the males and 2.7% of the females had abnormal liver function, with a male/female ratio of about 5.4 to 1. In both males and females, the prevalence of fatty liver was higher in those who had abnormal rather than normal liver function.

現在,サッカー選手の動き追跡は人間の目によって行われており非常に手間がかかっている.そのため,これを自動化する技術に対する要望は高い.現在,選手の自動追跡として,色成分を用いたパーティクルフィルタによる方式が研究されている.しかし対象選手全身の色成分を用いた追跡は,似たユニフォームを着用した選手との交差に対し弱いという問題点が存在する.本研究では選手全身の色成分に加え,トランクス部分の色成分を用いることで追跡精度の向上を計る方式を提案する.

本研究では距離空間に現れる位相次元の特性を調べ、その他分野への応用について研究した。その成果を以下に要約する。服部は山田との共同研究により、距離空間上に定義される二つの超限次元、大きい帰納次元lndと順序次元O-dimの関連を調べ、「距離空間Xにおいて、Xがlndを持つことと、XがO-dimを持つこととは同等であり、、かつlndX<O-dimXが成り立つ」ことを証明した。これは、F.G.Arenasの問題に対する肯定解である。距離空間の群構造に関して服部は、「実数空間上の通常の位相より弱く、点列{2n:n=1,2,...}が0に収束し、さらに位相群となる距離位相が存在する」ことを証明し、「そのような位相で線形性を保つものは存在しない」ことを証明した。これは、R.Fricの問題の解である。位相群に関しては更に、山田により距離空間の自由群の位相構造について研究され、自由群の位相構造がその近傍系により表現されることが示された。また、Shakhmatovは、コンパクト生成な距離位相群や、自由アーベル位相群における位相的性質を次元論の観点から調べた。服部は、順序空間における連続関数の拡張性について調べ、「完全正規な順序空間において、ある条件を満たせば、Dugundjiの拡張定理が成立する」ことを証明した。そして、服部はGruenhageと大田との共同研究により、順序空間の部分空間でDugundjiの拡張性を持つものを決定した。これにより、Heath-Lutzer、van Douwenの問題は完全に解決された。順序空間における完全正規性と被覆的性質については、三輪により研究された。野倉とShakhmatovは、距離空間上の超空間における連続な選択関数の存在性について研究した。吉川と前田は微分幾何学的立場より、複素射影空間内における円形の構造について研究した。服部は距離空間おけるfinitistic spacesの性質について研究し、finitistic spacesに対する万有空間の存在、及びPasynkovのタイプのfactorization theoremを証明した。相川は、調和関数と測度そして位相次元との関連について研究した。

本研究では主に計算理論へのトポロジーの応用と距離空間における次元の解析とその応用に関する研究を行った。前者においては、距離空間の計算モデルである形式的球体のドメインのMartin位相に関する研究から示唆された実数直線上のSorgenfrey型位相τ(A)の解析を行い、τ(A)がSorgenfrey位相自身と同相となる必要条件等を得た。また、図形のデジタル化におけるモデル空間であるKhalimski空間の部分空間に対するn次元性の表現を求めた。後者においては、帰納的次元のHurewicz形式と超限分離次元の振る舞い、及び種々定義されてきた小帰納的次元の統一的定義の提唱とそれらの相関関係を調べた。

本稿では,一個体の実写動画を元に,個体が群れるアニメーション生成法の提案を行う.一個体の実写動画から,個体を抽出し個体の大きさの正規化などの前処理を行った動画を作成する.そして,それを元にビデオシンセシスによる動画分析を行い,個体の方向の遷移の記録と,個体が動きの連続性を保ったまま時間の遷移が可能な数フレームからなるビデオクリップを探し出す.その遷移可能なビデオクリップ間をビデオパッチとし,それぞ様々に組み合わせることで無限に長い動画を生成することができる.次に,Boidsアルゴリズムによる群行動生成を行い,それの方向の遷移に注目する.各個体の向きの遷移と,最も近い遷移を行うビデオパッチの組み合わせを探し出しつなぎ合わせる.これにより,個体の動きは実写動画に基づき,移動パスはBoidsアルゴリズムによるパスを用いることで,個体が自然な動きをする群行動アニメーションの自動生成を行う.
