障害者の生活史を通してセルフ・エンパワメントの生成要因を分析している研究は少ない.この論文では,自立生活を送る(計画している障害者1人を含む)6人の重度障害者の生活史に焦点をあてた質的研究に基づき,彼らのポジテイヴな心理的変容と内的成長の視点からセルフ・エンパワメントの生成要因について分析を行った.その結果,(1)価値の転換,(2)感情の共有,(3)自尊感情の醸成,(4)問題解決能力の獲得,(5)自己の障害と向き合う力の獲得,(6)物事の遂行能力に関する自信,(7)物事を相対的にとらえる力が析出された.また,これらの要因は,環境との相互作用を通して獲得されたセルフ・エンパワメントの個人的・心理的生成要因であり,社会的・政治的パワーを獲得していく促進要因でもあることが明らかになった.重度障害者

Image processing is one of the most complex methods around data processing using computers. Many researchers have been developing the systems for solving image processing problems, but it is difficult for them to make features for characterizing images. One example of these problems is an image detection problem, which involves detecting the physical location and direction of one piece which respect to the original full image. In this paper, we propose an example of adapting image processing methods for image detection problems provided by the 16th Programming Contest for All-Japan Colleges of Technology. We have taken part in this contest and will show the results of the contest in this paper.

We have measured the intra-articular pressure simultaneously with arthrography of the shoulder. In this study, changes in the intra-articular pressure were examined in unstable shoudlers associated with loose shoulder, rotator interval lesion, and traumatic recurrent anterior dislocaiton.Of the 731 shoulders (731 patients) in which intra-articular pressure was me a sured from 1981, the measurement was possible in 254 shoulders (254 patients). A total of 91 shoulders, consisting of 20shoulders with traumatic recurrent anterior dislocation,40 loose shoulders, and 31 shoulders with rotator interval lesion, were evaluated.Physiologic saline was in f used into the joint, and canges in the intra-articular pressure were recorded as electric signals through a transducer. The arm was moved up and down passively, and the pressure was measured at intervals of 10.In loose shoulder and rotator interval l e sion, the intra-articular pressure decreased as the arm was lifted higher, but the decreases were smaller than in normal shoulders. In these groups, there was a smaller pressure increase to the position of maximum uplift with a smaller peak value and within a narrower range than in the normal group. These findings were more notable in the shoulders with an FSH angle of 81' or greater. These results suggest that the intra-articular pressure reflects the joint capacity.In traumatic recurrent anterior dislocation, however, the decrease in the pressure in an early stage of arm lifting was the greatest among all groups including the normal group, and the pressure increase with arm lifting was gentler in shoulders with an FSH of 80 °or less, unlike in the other two groups.The changes in the intra-articular pressure in shoulders with traumatic recurrent anterior dislocation may be explained by disruption of the anterior capsular mechanism and muscle contraction due to anxiety over the possibility of dislocaiton during arm lifting as well as the looseness of the articular capsule.

The Purpose of this study was to analyze the articular contact pattern of the normal glenohumeral joint. There are few previous papers concerning the dynamic contact patterns, although the studies of using the cadaver or the tracking device have been reported. The subjects consisted of 10 normal volunteers. The subjects were fixed on a tilted stand with free motion around the scapula.3D MRI images were extracted at the scapular plane at every 30° between 30° and 150° in the supine position. The images obtained at each position were transmitted to a personal computer and the description of the bony frame by digitizing methods using the analyzing software were developed. Three dimensional reconstruction of the glenohumeral joint were performed. The items of measurement were the following (1)The contact area; the distances between the humeral head and the glenoid surface were calculated and the distribution set at the distances were considered to be the contact area. The shortest distance was regarded as the proximity of the joint. The change of the center of the distribution was investigated. (2)The center of the humeral head (3) Kinematics of the humerus; (from the aspect of the scapula) Results: (1)In the contact area; the minimum contact area had shifted superiorly up to 90 or 120° elevation, but after 120° it shifted inferiorly. Concerning the antero-posterior direction of the glenoid, it shifted antero-inferiorly at the elevated position compared to that of the 30Thlevation. (2)In the center of the humeral head; it shifted superiorly at 120° or 150° compaired to the 30° elevation. Its change was within 3mm. (3)In the Kinematics of the humerus; although the glenohumeral movement was totally 66°, it was only 17' after 90° elevation. We conclude that although the contact area shifted superior until 90°, it shifted to the central part of the glenoid over 120°, because the centripetal force might have worked at the elevated position. The distribution of the contact area was assumed to be reflected as a result of seeking a good congruity of the humeral head and the glenoid.

頭蓋骨固定用チタンプレートにより術後頭皮断裂および美容上の問題が生じた3例を報告する.1例目は68歳男性,開頭術2年後に頭皮にチタンプレートが露出し,これを除去し,bioabsorbable polymerによる頭蓋形成術を施行した.2例目は74歳女性,開頭術11年後に手術部位感染でチタンメッシュによる頭蓋形成術を施行した.その後メッシュは表皮より透見され,美容上の問題がある.3例目は65歳女性,開頭術6年後に頭皮にチタンプレートが露出した.骨削除・プレート除去術を施行した.頭皮断裂の主原因はチタンによる頭皮への刺激の他,皮膚切開に伴う皮膚脆弱化や骨欠損部への頭皮陥凹と思われ,チタンプレートによる頭蓋形成で頭皮断裂の可能性がある症例には,bioabsorbable polymerの使用も考慮するべきと考えられた.

There are many cosmetic companies and visual appreciation is undertaken by human expert though, skin texture has not been investigated quantitatively and automatically so far. In this study, image processing method for analyzing skin texture is proposed. Since sulci is very important for expressing skin texture, we apply cross binarization method for extracting sulci and by matching short lines onto sulci extracted, sulci is expressed by short lines. By analyzing short lines in terms of number, direction, and so on, quantitative indices are suggested for displaying feature of sulci. We then investigate whether it is available or not to predict visual appreciation score by quantitative indices. By using multiple linear regression analysis, we find that visual appreciation score is predictable in high rate by using quantitative indices we have proposed. This method comes into practical use since January 2009.

本研究は、東アジアの地方社会を「地方的世界」という観点から、地方社会の形成の論理、現代的な変化の特質、そして今後の発展の可能性や課題を明らかにした。東アジアの地方社会では村落と都市(町)は対立しているのではなく、歴史的文化的伝統の上に成り立つ両者の有機的な関係が形成されてきた。そして、それに立脚して「地方的世界」が存在してきた。したがって村落はもとより、地方都市(町)、そして両者の関係の繁栄や再生こそ、地方社会、延いては東アジア自身の豊かな発展に不可欠であることを明らかにした。
