近年,さまざまなセンサー類が搭載された携帯電話やスマートフォンの普及により,人間の行動をデジタルデータとして保存するライフログに注目が集まっている.記録されたデータの有用性は利用時に判明するものであり,ライフログでは可能な限りすべての行動を詳細に記録することが望ましい.しかし,RDBMS で構成された現行システムでは膨大なデータを扱うことが困難である.そこで,本研究では,ライフログの収集端末として Android OS が搭載された携帯電話を用いて位置情報データの取得し,ログの保存と解析に Hadoop と HBase を利用したライフログシステムの試作を行う.本稿では,その有用性と課題について検討する.The mobile devices and smart phones which have many types of sensors in it, is becoming common. Because of this, life log which stores digital data of human behavior, action, or movements which is called life-log is getting more atttentions these days. The availability of the data that is stored in can only be known when actually using it. Therefore, it is desirable to have all the data we can get out of life-log when collecting. However, the existing systems which is constructed using RDBMS does not have the ability to compute floods of data. In this paper, we propose a Life-log system which uses a smart phone with an Android OS in it. This system will get location data and save them. After saving the data, it will be sent and analysed using Hadoop and HBase. we made a prototype system and disqus the availability of the system.

近年無線LANサービスを提供する施設が増加している。<br />無償の無線LANサービスは、共通パスワードやパスワードなしで提供されており、<br />利用者を特定する方法がないため、悪用されたときに対処できないリスクがある。<br />一方、利用者を特定できる有償の無線LANサービスは事前に契約等が必要であり、<br />すべての施設利用者にサービスを提供するのは困難である。<br />本論文では、利用者の所属機関が発行するIDや施設利用情報をサービス利用認可の判断属性として使用し、<br />認可条件となる属性を認証する仕組みをOpenIDで実現する無線LANシステムを提案する。

沖縄県は亜熱帯気候の島嶼地域であり、東西南北に広く島が点在している。そのため、高速インターネット網が行き届いていない地域(デジタル・ディバイド)が多くある。その地域を救済するには、Ka帯衛星通信WINDSやFWAの様な、高帯域化が容易な準ミリ波帯無線通信を使用することが必要となる。使用周波数帯はと周波数が高いため降雨による電波の減衰(降雨減衰)が無視できない。降雨減衰によっての通信品質の補償についての技術は、長年研究されてきた。しかしながら、衛星通信分野での研究は、Kuバンドがメインであった。したがって、Ka帯の地上波通信および衛星通信での降雨減衰特性の調査事例はまだほとんどない。18GHz帯と26GHz帯FWAを用いた伝搬実験が、津堅島と琉球大学間(約17Km)で行われ、貴重なデータを取得することが出来た。本研究では、実証実験を通して得られた知見を発展させて時系列解析手法を用いた降雨減衰特性ついて検討し、台風などの豪雨による比較的短時間の減衰特性モデルを提案する。

本論文では、沖縄県で始まった「沖縄地域インターネットエクスチェンジ接続実験(以下OIX実験と称す)」と、そこで行われる実験項目について述べる。沖縄県は、地理的、政治的な観点から非常にユニークな県である。政府は、沖縄県に対して他府県とは異なる政策を行っている。また、沖縄県は平成9年9月に「マルチメディアアイランド構想」を打ち出し、高速な情報通信のための地域インターネットインフラの整備が求められている。このような状況下において、OIX実験は沖縄県における地域インターネットインフラの1つのモデルケースとして注目されており、現時点では実験ネットワークであるが、将来的には公式な地域IXになることが期待されている。

<p>We developed a fishery and marine skill learning support system as a self-training teaching material. In this study, we evaluated the usefulness of the proposed system by using text mining and searched for the points to be improved in this system. Using this system, we conducted a survey among the students of a fisheries high school using an evaluation sheet with free-form answering. From the results, we extracted five points, namely "learning method using this system", "video operation and technology confirmation", "promotion of understanding by this system", "skill learning at home", and "fun to learn fisheries skills". Among these five points, "promotion of understanding by this system", in which an understanding of the skill is promoted through explanations of skill and skill videos, was evaluated positively. It was also found that a review is effective in utilizing this system. As a point to be improved, it was found that narration should be provided along with the presentation of the subtitles.</p>

<p>The grade of a mango is determined by its color. Traditionally, the classification of mangoes is manually performed by humans. Such classification is subjective and then the quality of mango's is not uniform. In order to overcome the problem, automatic classification method to classify mango based on RGB histogram of their images and certain threshold. However, this process might be influenced by variations in the luminance. In this study, we implemented alternatives of the traditional method and compared them with sampled images.</p>

<p>In 2019, we proposed an industry-school education skill succession (I-SSS) process and used it to develop a fisheries and marine skill learning system. In this study, we evaluate the appeal of the teaching materials in this system by using the ARCS motivation model from the perspective of learning motivation and search for the components of this system that would motivate learning. We used a teaching material evaluation sheet based on the ARCS motivation model to conduct a survey of students at a fisheries high school after using this system. From the results, we obtained many positive answers with all ARCS model factors, which confirmed that our proposed system had a high degree of usefulness for students. In addition, the results of the factor analysis on the motivation factor for student's learning show that the following the components lead to increased motivation for learning: "Procedure confirmation image, Presentation of finished form", "Basic skills listed in textbooks", "Explanation of practicality of skills", "Explanation of the relevance of skills and work/Qualification", and "Adoption of terms in textbooks, Easy-to-understand expressions".</p>

<p> 水産高校には乗船実習等の長期の校外実習があり,その中では授業も行われる。この実習期間中,生徒は自習により学力を維持することになるが,容易なことではない。そこで我々は自習を支援するツールとして映像授業に着目し,水産専門科目の映像授業を開発した。この映像授業の学習効果を測るために,水産高校の分野の異なる2つのコースの生徒を対象に介入実験を行なった。各コースの生徒をくじにより映像授業を受ける群(映像授業群)と教師から直接講義を受ける群(講義授業群)に分け,授業後に記述式のテストを実施した。その結果にt検定を行ったところ,映像授業は講義授業と同等以上の学習効果があることが示された。これにより,開発した映像授業は生徒の自習を支援し,学習効果が高いことが分かった。</p>

<p>Mango is a popular seasonal fruit in summer, and mango production in the Okinawa prefecture is the largest in Japan. However, the growth process of mangoes is susceptible to changes in sunshine, temperature, and other factors. In this research, to produce mangoes without being influenced by the natural environment, we will develop a production system that can positively realize environmental measurement and control by using an IoT sensing system. Specifically, we introduced local CO₂ application technology and a supplemental LED lighting system with the aim of activating photosynthesis by mango trees.</p>

<p>We developed a mobile learning system for fishery and ocean techniques using video contents. The system aims to improve the current situation in the field of education on fishery and ocean for skill succession. The proposal is based on the industry-school education process for skill succession. By accessing the web site and watching practical videos, the users can learn methodologies on fishery and ocean. As a result, we showed that the system is effective for sharing and succession of techniques for the learner. Application of the proposed system in the class showed improvement in the students' autonomous learning.</p>

<p>Crop growth is influenced by various environmental factors. As a condition for effective plant growth, it is necessary that control of the habitat environment, such as soil moisture content, temperature, humidity, solar radiation amount, is adequately delivered. We focused the fact that soil moisture is important. It is desirable that moisture is uniformly distributed in the soil. In order to avoid physiological disorders caused by water related stress on agricultural crops, it is necessary to use soil with appropriate permeability. By calculating and estimating some characteristic amount related to water permeability, it is possible to identify soil with appropriate water permeability. In this research, we realize the visualization of the planar soil moisture volume by arranging the soil moisturemeter at multiple points. In addition to a system that realizes planar visualization of soil moisture, we propose a method for estimating soil permeability parameters in combination with computer simulation.</p>

In this work we consider unstable control objects such as an inverted pendulum. Two evaluation procedures in genetic algorithm (GA) are set. The first involves the following steps : set two limits, -Θ and Θ, on both sides of the unstable equilibrium point, set an initial point θo in [-Θ, Θ], initiate a motion, measure the time when the motion reaches one limit, repeat simulations of neuro-control, select neural networks in order of length of holding times, and apply GA-crossover to superior neural networks of long holding times. The second involves the following steps : select neural networks in order of shortness of settling time to the equilibrium point, and apply GA-crossover to superior neural networks of short settling times. We adopt only the first evaluation procedure in the early generation stages of GA. After the number of neural networks of controllability reaches a sufficient percentage of all the neural networks in a computer, we adopt the second evaluation procedure, and GA evolution is continued. Neural networks of controllability appear at about the 10th generation and evolve to the ability limit predetermined by the structure of neural networks.

Genetic algorithms (GAs) with rough evaluations can prompt the evolution of neural networks that are able to control unstable dynamic systems. The proposed control method exploits the advantage of GAs that time-varying evaluations can be easily incorporated. First an easy evaluation in GAs induces the appearance of neural networks with controllability. Second, an evaluation of settling time prompts the evolution of neural networks that show high performance. The method is applied to the stable control of a bicycle. Neurocontrol of the steering at direction change causes reverse response like that of a human cyclist.

近年,AjaxやHTML5の台頭により,JavaScriptを用いたWebブラウザのリッチクライアント化が進んでいる.これにより,プラットフォームに依存しないアプリケーションの開発が可能になってきた.しかし,現在のJavaScriptの機能では,Webブラウザ間でP2P通信を行うアプリケーションを開発することはできない.そこで,本研究ではJavaScriptに新たな機能を追加し,WebSocketを用いることでWebブラウザ間P2P通信を実現する.また,その有用性を示す例として,Webブラウザ上で動作し,さまざまな気象情報を伝送するP2Pアプリケーションの開発を行う.

近年注目を集めている仮想OS技術の一つであるOpenVZは,導入の容易性やコンテナの集積度高めることが容易な点等からレンタルサーバ業者等に急速に普及している.しかし.仮想OS技術は仮想マシン技術に対して,カーネルの影響が全コンテナに及ぶなど,安定したサービス運用を目的とした用途としては信頼性に欠ける.本発表では,仮想OS技術の一つであるOpenVZと仮想マシン技術である一つであるXenを比較し.それぞれのパフォーマンス特性について評価する.

In order for the Okinawan economy to grow independently, creating new businesses is essential. This will require the cultivation of technologies that will form the seeds of those businesses as well as the training of technicians and researchers.  To promote the creation of new businesses and innovation that are "unique to Okinawa," the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan set up a cooperative research committee for Okinawa-style robot-embedded/sustainable systems.  We proposed the concept of Okinawa-style robot-embedded systems. To realize this concept, we organized technical meetings and promoted research on this topic. At present, our research is focused on the development of ① a playback-type navigation robot for land and air, ② the learning-based super resolution (LBSR) method and hardware implementation for Bilateral Filter (BF), ③ a goat information and communication technology (ICT), and ④ the Bone Cloud for planning and verifying 3D bone models without performing a surgical procedure. Our promotions are now ongoing.

本論文ではICTを活用した畜産分野における情報管理システムである「Pinza Cloud System」の概要について述べ,これを活用した畜産関係者,特に獣医学分野の研究者と農業者による共同での,テレワークによる家畜防疫体制の確立に関する可能性について議論する。またこれらのシステムを活用して地域畜産物である山羊のブランド化に挑戦する沖縄県多良間村での取り組みを取り上げ,システムの活用における課題を明らかにすることを目的とする。
