This study provides a new approach to grammatology from the viewpoint of cognitive linguistics. In western linguistics, written language has been researched less extensively than spoken language because the former has been regarded as a simple reflection of the latter. However, there are many linguistic phenomena which cannot explain without referring to letters, especially in Japanese which utilizes four writing system: Chinese character (kanji), two Japanese characters (hiragana and katakana) and Latin alphabet. Such writing systems should be taken into consideration in analyzing phenomena I handle in this paper: abbreviated forms of Chinese characters, a part of abbreviation words, young people's languages and a technique in traditional Japanese poems (waka). Previous studies have only described and analyzed these phenomena individually, not in a systematic and unified way. Therefore, in order to capture them holistically, I propose a network model by adding a space for letters (graphemes) to phonological and semantic poles of conventional cognitive models (e.g. Langacker (1987), Bybee (1985)). Then, I illustrate how effectively this model can treat issues of writing as above. This approach provides cognitive linguistics with higher affinity with other fields of cognitive science such as psychology and neuroscience in analysing language change and variety concerning writing, because they usually distinct written language from spoken language as subject of research.

イオタラム酸(IOT)の猫における体内消失を検討するために健常猫及び実験的腎不全猫にイオタラム酸(IOT: 118.3 mg/kg)を静脈内投与し, その血漿消失速度を測定した. 一区画モデルによる解析で実験的腎不全猫のIOT血中消失速度は2.16±0.240×10-3μg/ml/minと健常群の値(4.10±1.00×10-3μg/ml/min)に比較して有意な低値を示し, 血漿IOT消失速度は猫の簡便なGFR測定法となる可能性が示唆された.

This paper discusses the reprocessing plant concept suitable for the transition period from the Light Water Reactors (LWRs) to the Fast Breeder Reactors (FBRs). This transition requires the reprocessing of spent fuels in order to supply an adequate volume of fissile plutonium (Pu-fissile) for the FBRs. The transition period would continue for more than 60 years, and the reprocessing plant should match with the change in the power generation plan during the transition period. The ability to supply Pu-fissile has been evaluated for two plant concepts. One is the independent-type concept, which contains two processes for reprocessing either LWR or FBR fuels. The other is the modularized-type concept, which contains only one process for reprocessing both the LWR and FBR fuels. The result showed the superiority of the modularized-type concept over the independent-type concept, because the former can enhance the ability to supply Pu-fissile with less reprocessing capacity. Therefore, the reprocessing plant suitable for the transition period is that based on the modularized-type concept.

背景 : RA 治療に MTX を使用した症例に悪性リンパ腫の発生することが知られている. 今回われわれは, MTX を用いた RA の治療中に発生した CHL 2 例を経験したので報告する.症例 : 症例 1 は 50 代女性, 6 年間の MTX 治療後, 右腋窩リンパ節の腫脹がみられ, 生検が行われた. 症例 2 は 60 代男性, 1 年間の MTX 治療後カリニ肺炎を発症, その後右鼡径部および左頸部リンパ節の腫脹がみられ, 左頸部リンパ節生検が行われた. 2 例ともに捺印細胞診では, 小型のリンパ球, 組織球などを背景に著明な核小体を有する大型の HRS 細胞を散在性に認めた. 組織学的にも HRS 細胞が散見されたが, それらは免疫組織学的に, 症例 1 では CD30 と CD15 が陽性, CD20 陰性, 症例 2 では CD30, CD79a が陽性, CD20 が一部の細胞に弱陽性, CD15 が陰性を示していた.結論 : 細胞学的には典型的な CHL の像であったが, 本 2 例は臨床経過を踏まえると, WHO 分類で免疫不全関連リンパ増殖症の亜型として分類される MTX 関連リンパ増殖症に相当するものと考えられた. また, 免疫組織学的に症例 1 は通常の CHL のパターンであったが, 症例 2 は Hodgkin-like LPD と診断すべきだったと考えられた. このような症例は複雑な臨床経過をたどることが多く, 診断には疾患背景をよく理解したうえでの総合的な判断が必要と考えられた.

本研究では、実践や学問観が多様化する比較教育学に関し、学問観を整理、マッピングするとともに、異なる研究アプローチを持つ者がチームでフィールドワークを行った。成果として、「比較教育学の地平を拓く:多様な学問観と知の共働」という本(分担者の森下稔氏と共編)を刊行した(平成25年3月、東信堂)。また、共同フィールドワークは、モルディブ国で4回にわたって行われ、その成果は平成25年2月に、モルディブ国における成果報告会で発表された。この報告会は、教育省主催で行われ、強い関心を集めた。モルディブ調査に関係した研究者が個別に論文を投稿したほか、25年度に繰り越した予算で和文での報告書も作成した。

本研究の成果は、政治経済社会のグローバリゼーションによって、従来国家(ナショナル)のレベルにおいて主な政策決定がなされてきた教育においても、世界的(グローバル)もしくは地域的(リージョナル)なレベルでの政策の立案や実施の重要性が増しつつあることを明らかにしたことである。これらの成果は、様々な国際会議や出版を通じて、日本や国際社会の国際教育交流・協力・連携の実践・政策過程に対して、実際にインプットされた。
