昨今、自然科学、社会科学を問わず、複雑系が注目されている。複雑系を構成する要素は相互作用しながらこれまでの経緯・状態を踏まえて時間的に発展する。構成要素の歴史性が重要であるこのような系の統計性に注目するとき、対数正規分布がもっとも自然な分布関数であり、系全体の統計性をみわたす際の規準としてふさわしい。実際、身近で典型的な複雑系の統計性の例として、老人病の介護期間、都道府県や市町村人口、バクテリアの細胞サイズや私たちの身長・体重などをとってみると、対数正規性が顕著に現れていることがわかる。これらのことを踏まえて、新しい科学としての社会物理学の可能性を議論してみる。社会物理学が学際的な学として成り立つためには、社会科学的な複雑系の構造、統計及びダイナミクスがそれなりに一貫して議論されるようにならなければならないが、今はまだ準備の段階である。

This document develops experimental inquiryinto critical thoughts about "Anshin" and "Anzen" by clarifying differences between "Anshin" and "Anzen" in terms of notion. "Anzen" is risk-take based while "Anshin" is risk-averse based. The difference means that it is contradictory to pursue both "Anshin" and "An-zen" simultaneously. It is also important to know that Japan is "Anshin" oriented society while the Western is "Anzen" oriented society. The argument extends to how ICT fits "Anshin" and "Anzen" and finally refers po-tential risk when ICT based "Anzen" and "Anshin" society building is pursued .

企業において、包括的法務リスクマネジメントが企業価値を維持するうえで必要であることは言うまでもない。そして、企業、特に技術志向型企業においては、法務リスクマネジメントのうち知的財産侵害訴訟に関するリスクマネジメントシステムは、知的財産侵害訴訟自体が、技術志向型企業の製品そのものの製造、販売に直結する大問題と発展する可能性を秘めているため、その重要性は大きく、企業においては必須のリスクマネジメントとなる。わが国において知的財産権侵害訴訟は損害賠償請求訴訟、差止請求訴訟があげられるが、このうちの損害賠償請求訴訟にあっては民法709条と産業財産権にかかる法律の双方が適用されることになる。他方、そのリスクマネジメントの内容は具体的なものではない。本研究においては、企業がいかなるところまで他社の知的財産を調査していれば免責されるのか、または損害賠償を軽減することができるのかについて、調査義務の外縁と内包を研究することを目的とする。

On April 7, 2020, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency in seven prefectures in response to the spread of COVID-19. On April 16, the area covered by this declaration of a state of emergency was expanded to include the entire country. During that period, “behavioral change” was strongly emphasized. This report explores the reality of this “behavioral change” through a survey of university students.

This paper makes clear differences between the fads in former times and the internetfads mediated by social media today. Then, it points out that various fads or collective effervescenceshave been triggers of big social changes, or rather the triggers of social formation. Finally, itdiscusses that in today's world, which can be called as "inter-media" society because multi-layeredmedia including social media are embedded, collective effervescences are easy to be caused.

Adaptive behaviors that living things show are thought to be generated from brain / body / environmentalinteractions. However, in order to understand this essence, it is necessary to pay attention to a minimalisticset of interactions of the brain, the body, and the environment, and to extract the underlying controlstructure there. Therefore, in this research, we propose a novel methodology to observe behavior by stepwiseinhibiting (zombizing) the upper brain functions of living things.

Most interdisciplinary research has been limited to the fusion of two fields, such as physics and economics, statistics and political science, and etc. In contrast, fusion in the computational social science involves multiple fields. The social system has become more and more complex with globalization, and social issues can only be solved by tackling them in multiple fields. Using the example of economic security in an increasingly complex global shareholding network, we will show that it is difficult to solve social issues without the fusion of economics, political science, and information science. Furthermore, this paper shows the history of the fusion of political science, economics, and information science, and we will discuss how computational social sciences have a significant place in economic security.
