目的:反すうの概念を分析し,その構造を明らかにすることにより看護実践における有用性を検討することである.方法:91文献を対象として,Rodgersの概念分析アプローチを用いて分析した.結果:属性には1カテゴリー【思考の制御困難】が得られた.先行要件には5カテゴリー,帰結には3カテゴリーが得られた.結論:反すうは,【精神的苦痛】や【ストレス負荷】,【客観視の不足】,【注意の調節困難】,【生物学的特徴】によってもたらされる【思考の制御困難】であり,その結果【精神的健康の悪化】,【身体的健康の悪化】,【ストレスの増悪または立ち直り】が生じる.反すうの概念を看護実践に用いることは,既存の看護実践に新しい視点をもたらすことに貢献する.

Researchs for financial time series in stock or foreign exchange markets, have been one of traditional themes of financial market analysis. Statistical model approaches such as ARMA and GARCH were mainstream of conventional analysis. However, it is difficult to understand and predict financial time series structures, which are generally characterized by high noise level and low autocorrelation. Meanwhile, researchs to capture the structure by artificial intelligence has been increasing in recent years. In particular, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), which can capture time series structure, is already widely used in the field of natural language processing and speech recognition. Therefore, in this study, we investigated the model performance in each TOPIX core30 constituent stock by using logistics regression (LOG), random forest (RAF), gradient boosting (GBT), support vector machine (SVM), and LSTM. The performance was evaluated by metrics such as prediction accuracy, F1 measure, AUC, and return. As a result, LSTM showed the best performance in the models. Moreover, we discussed the effectiveness of the stock market neutral strategy by applying the above prediction models. 10-quantile portfolios using the predicted probability outputted by the model, remarks higher accuracy and returns than individual stock trading in all models. Furthermore, LSTM outperformed the others and it is consistent with the result of S&P500 constituent stocks analysis.

The recently developed biphasic calcium phosphate cement (BCPC) consists of α-tricalcium phosphate-tetracalcium phosphate as the solid phase and calcium phosphate solution as the liquid phase. BCPC powder is composed of a single solid solution with a monomodal size distribution. Here, we used a bacterial leakage model to examine the utility of BCPC as a seal for root-end filling. We prepared large (median particle size=9.96 µm; BCPC-L) and small (median particle size=4.84 µm; BCPC-S) BCPC powders. In total, 45 single-rooted teeth were instrumented, resected at the root-end, and retrofilled with experimental materials. Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) was used as the control. After visual confirmation of BCPC powder size and retrofilling quality by microscopy, bacterial leakage tests were conducted using Enterococcus faecalis. The bacterial leakage tests did not reveal any significant differences between BCPC-S and MTA. Our findings suggest that BCPC-S is useful for root-end filling.

A case of dysmorphobia that developed after submucous resection of the nasal septum is reported. The patient presumed that his dysphonia had developed due to a perforation of the nasal septum that developed after submucous resection 15 years ago. Rhinologic examination revealed pieces of chopsticks in the nasal cavity and also several perforations in the eardrum. The patient had been trying to close the septal perforation by inserting various materials into the nasal septum. The perforations of the eardrum had also been incurred by himself as he tried to relieve discomfort in the ear, that he believed also due to the perforated septum. Neurosis and personality disorder were suggested as diagnoses on psychiatric consultation. His complaints have been alleviated by cooperative treatments by rhinologists and psychiatrists.

The vagus nerve is one of the 12 cranial nerves, which is considered as the 10th nerve. The vagus nerve extended from the medulla oblongata to the second segment of the transverse colon. This nerve innervates the majority of the muscle of the pharynx, soft palate and larynx. In cases of vagus nerve paralysis, palatal arch movement is restricted. The arches cannot move up and back in order to close off the nasopharynx. This causes hoarseness, nasal speech, aspiration and regurgitation of liquid through the nose. In this article, we report 10 cases of the vagus nerve paralysis. The patient’ mean age is 59.4 (range 34-83). There were 5 male and 5 female patients, among which there were 6 cases of right and 4 cases of left side paralysis. In six cases the chief complaint was vocal disorders. The causes included 5 cases of Varicella-Zoster virus infection (all confirmed) and 4 cases of central paralysis. In 9 cases of the 10 patients, nasopharyngeal incompetence, elevation or constriction of the paralyzed side and saliva pooling in the pyriform sinus were observed. In 4 cases of the 10 cases, the vagus nerve paralysis improved after treatment within 6 months. In cases of vagus nerve paralysis immediate and accurate diagnosis and treatment are crucial. It is important to observe the palatal arches as they contract and the soft palatal as it swings up and back in order to close off the nasopharynx.

1) From the results of paper partition chromatography it was concluded that katuranin is present in the heartwood of Larix Kaempferi SARG. in very small content, companying with distylin.2) Two semiquantitative methods, applying the procedures of paper partition chromatography were elaborated to detect the most probable content of distylin in the heartwood of Karamatzu.
