There is an increase in the popularity of small spacecraft because they are expected to introduce large opportunities in the space industry. However, there are two issues with increased use of small spacecraft: enhancement of cost-effectiveness and improvement in the mission failure rate. This study defines the battery state as the most important parameter in spacecraft operations because it directly relates to the health status of the spacecraft. We propose solving problems by introducing high-accuracy in situ state estimations for real-time operation mode selection and on-ground future state estimations of the battery in spacecraft operations planning by utilizing a suitable numerical model. The high-accuracy in situ state estimations allow us to minimize operational margins for battery protection, improve the efficiency of each spacecraft, and achieve safe spacecraft operations. The combination of a model-based system development approach and numerical optimization methods helps establish an efficient autonomous mission operations planner system to maximize mission duration. This enables us to reduce the human resource costs for spacecraft operations. This study addresses two topics: battery and spacecraft modeling, and establishing a mission operations planner system. The details of the system and battery modeling considering temperature dependence are explained using parameter identification results from the experiments. The design policy of the mission operations planner, which utilizes the battery status as the threshold of the operations and constraints, is explained via numerical optimization details. Numerical and experimental case studies are performed to evaluate the proposed method and show its effectiveness.

本稿はシンガポールの一党優位支配を支える選挙システムに対する人々の評価に影響を与える社会経済的な属性を探るものである。検証には, シンガポール国立大学リー・クアンユー公共政策大学院の政策研究所が2011年と2015年に実施した選挙直後の世論調査を使用する。選挙システムに対する見方に関し, 世代間亀裂, 所得格差, 教育レベルの相違, エスニシティといった四つの社会的な亀裂が影響を与えているとの仮説に基づき, 年齢, 所得, 教育レベル, エスニシティの四つの変数を独立変数とし, 選挙システムの公平性評価および選挙システムの維持に対する選好を従属変数として回帰分析を行った。結果として, 世代間の亀裂, 教育レベルの違いが統計的に有意なレベルで選挙システムの公平性, 維持に対する選好に影響を与えていることが分かった。一方, 所得格差の影響は頑強ではなく, エスニシティの影響も限定的だった。

The authors have invested during 5 years since April 1939-March 1944 into 1200-3800 pupils of Toyooka Aviation Academy about the seasonal fluctuation of principal food and the relation between the basal calorie, weight of body, temperature and moisture, that is:(1) The seasonal fluctuation of principal food (monthly meandeviation of principal food) indicates the wavy curve as follows:This curve is estimated to represent the normal appetite of healthy Japanese young men and we named it “Appetite curve”(2) The relation between the appetite curve and the temperature, moisture, temp. × moist is, the appetite decreases during summer when temperature and maisture ascend, and in winter it shows the contrary. The correlation the two is:Appetite curve & temp. γ=-0.91±0.0524Appetite curve & moist. γ=-0.80±0.0723Appetite curve & temp×moist. γ=-0.02±0.0313(3) The relation between the appetite curve and the weight of body is, the body weight decreases during summer when the principal food decreases and in winter it shows the two is:Appetite curve and weight of body. γ=+0.809±0.0693(4) The relation between the appetite curve and the basal calorie is:Both the principal food, the basal calorie are low in summer and high in winter. The rate of principal food is more remarkable than basal calorie.This fact shows the close connection between decrease of weight in summer and increase of weight in winter.(5) The above relation between the appetite curve and the weight of body, temperature, moisture, temp.×moist is as the following graph.

The subcrustal structure beneath the Kanto plain was studied by geological and gravity data. Bouguer gravity anomalies were corrected by the thicknesses of the sedimentaly layers, and then Bouguer gravity anomalies were reduced to the basement. This correction coresponds to the Bouguer's correction.The reduced gravity anomaly represents the structure under the basement if the thicknesses of the sedimentaly layers are correct. But the depthes of the basements (the thicknesses of the sedimentaly layers) are not always so correctly measured that the reduced gravity anomalies will represent the structure beneath the basement and the structure of the basement as well.The reduced gravity anomaly map shows that the high gravity belt, or the anomalous gravity gradiant zone exists along the north side of the Tama-gawa river and the low garvity zone exists north side of the high gravity belt around the Sayama hill.These gravity anomalies also show that the geological tectonic line (the fault) lies along the north side of the Tama-gawa river with the drop in its north-east side near the Sayama hill. This fault passes the western part of Tokyo from north-west to south-east.

目的 高齢者において,余暇活動の充実は,主観的幸福感の維持,介護予防の推進にとり重要である。本研究は,地域高齢者における余暇活動の実態を報告したIwasaら(2018)をふまえ,「現代高齢者版余暇活動尺度」を開発し,その計量心理学的特性を検討した。余暇活動に積極的に取り組む者は,認知機能が低下しにくいとされることから,余暇活動の測定尺度を開発するにあたり,認知機能との関連について検討する必要があると考えられる。本研究では,当該尺度の,因子構造の検討,信頼性の検証,基本統計量の算出,性差・年齢差の検討,認知機能との関連の検討を行った。方法 都市部に在住する地域高齢者(70-84歳)594人を無作為抽出して訪問調査を行い,316人から回答を得た。このうち,「現代高齢者版余暇活動尺度」,認知機能検査に欠損のない者306人(男性151人,女性155人)を分析の対象とした。「現代高齢者版余暇活動尺度」(4件法,11項目),外部基準変数として認知機能検査(Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Memory Impairment Screen(MIS),語想起検査),基本属性(年齢,性別,教育歴,有償労働,経済状態自己評価,生活習慣病,手段的自立,居住形態)を測定し分析に用いた。当該尺度の再検査信頼性を検証するため,インターネット調査を2週間間隔で2回行い,192人(70-79歳)のデータを取得した(男性101人,女性91人)。結果 確証的因子分析の結果,「現代高齢者版余暇活動尺度」の一因子性が確認された。当該尺度におけるクロンバックのα係数は0.81,再検査信頼性係数は0.81であった。当該尺度得点の平均値は14.44,標準偏差は7.13,中央値は15,歪度は−0.12,尖度は−0.73であった。分散分析の結果,当該尺度得点における有意な年齢差が認められたが(70-74歳群>80-84歳群),性差は認められなかった。重回帰分析を行った結果,当該尺度得点は,MMSE(β=0.31),MIS(β=0.24),語想起検査(β=0.25)といずれも有意な関連を示した。結論 地域高齢者を対象として,「現代高齢者版余暇活動尺度」の計量心理学的特性(因子構造,信頼性,基本統計量,性差・年齢差,認知機能との関連)が確認された。今後は縦断調査デザインを用い,余暇活動尺度と認知機能低下や認知機能障害の発症の関連について検討していく必要がある。
