Global warming measures are desired, in addition to reducing CO2, for improvement of the dwelling environment that is appropriate for the climate and the trait in the region. In snowy region, there are attaching windbreak space in front of the entrance used usually as the place for brushing off snow and the depository for tools of raking away snow. The purpose of this study is to clarify the realities and the effectiveness of the place. In this paper, it introduces the result of the field survey on thermal environment and of the study on profit use of the place.

The article focuses on the Book Twelve: A Judicial Error, which describes in detail the trial of Dmitrii Karamazov, who was accused of murdering his father. The most mysterious part of the Judicial Error is why innocent Dmitrii was sentenced to twenty years of penal servitude, while the jury decision made to Raskolnikov, who had murdered the two sisters with the ax in "Crime and Punishment" was just eight years. Dostoevsky was a man of compassion, always ready to take up the pen to assault injustices perpetrated by Russia's new court system, which had undergone a substantial reform in the previous decade. In this paper special attention is paid to the lengthy and impassioned closing remarks from the defense counsel in order to come as close as possible to know what Dostoevsky was trying to say both for the future of Russia's court system and for the best benefit of the next generation. The feature of the defense counsel had been dramatically changed from the one Dostoevsky hated and criticized the most in "Writer's Diary". The reason why Dostoevsky changed the defense counsel's feature probably has something to do with what the author was trying to say.

本研究では,人間が一次元の手先の目標軌道を追従する,一次元軌道追従タスクを行う動作を計測し,解析を行った.このタスクにおいて,追従方向と直交する方向はタスクの達成とは関係の無い方向である.計測結果として,終端姿勢において被験者の手先はタスク達成と関係の無い方向に大きくばらついた.また,接線速度の概形はベル型であり,小さなピークが多く含まれていた.UCM解析を用いて関節間協調を定量的に評価した結果,タスクの達成に影響を与えないばらつきが時間と共に増加した.これらの運動学的な特徴や関節間協調の特徴は,我々が提案したUCM参照フィードバック制御法によってよく再現された.UCM参照フィードバック制御法は,時々刻々と目標UCM空間を生成し,UCM空間上から最適な一点を選び続ける制御方策である.これらの結果は,人間はUCM空間を参照することによって,タスク達成に関係の無いばらつきを許容しながら,多関節を協調的に制御していることを示唆している.また,人間の視覚運動制御系においてUCM空間の神経表現が存在している可能性があることを示唆している.In this paper, we measured and analyzed a one-dimensional target tracking task in which human subjects tracked one-dimensional target trajectory of the hand. In this task, the direction orthogonal to the movement direction is task-irrelevant. As a result, the hand position at the movement end was more varied in the task-irrelevant direction. Moreover, the profile of tangential hand velocity was roughly bell-shaped but they also had small peaks. Results of UCM analysis which is used to quantify the joint coordination showed that the task-irrelevant variance increased with time. These characteristics of kinematics and joint coordination were well reproduced by our UCM reference feedback control. UCM reference feedback control generates a target UCM space each time step and selects one point in UCM space. These results suggest that the human refers to UCM space step by step to control a multi-joint arm allowing the task-irrelevant variability. Moreover, it is suggested that the human would represent UCM space in visuomotor control system.

サンドは旅行好きで、イタリア、スペインなど外国のほか、オーヴェルニュ、ノルマンディなどのフランス国内を旅し、またパリと故郷のノアン(ベリー地方)は幾度となく往復している。しかしどんなに他の土地の風景がよくとも、ベリーに勝るものはなかった。「よその国の槲(かしわ)の木より、自分の村の蕁麻(イラクサ)の方がいいんだ」と『笛師のむれ』の主人公エチエンヌは語る。ジョルジュ・リュバンによればこの言葉はサンド自身を代弁している。 農民の平穏な生活と森の住民の奔放な生活との対立と融合という、作者独自のテーマを展開しつつ、少年少女の微妙な恋愛心理を描きだす『笛師のむれ』。作品の背景となったベリー地方とブルボネ地方に着目し、シャンソン・ポピュレール「三人のきこり」(ショパンとポーリーヌ・ヴィアルドが愛したという)を分析しながらサンド文学の秘密に迫ってみたい。
