Through art appreciation, viewers are sometimes inspired to express or implement creative ideas. Such an experience is thought to be important for art learning. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire to examine how art appreciation promotes creative inspiration in non-experts. We hypothesized that: (a) individual experience with art-related activities and self-evaluation of artistic expression affect creative inspiration, mediated by the method of appreciation of artworks; and (b) the type of artworks affects creative inspiration, mediated by the method of appreciation of artworks. The participants were 373 adults, who were not art professionals (179 women, age: M = 45.02, SD = 13.45, range: 20–69 years). The data were analyzed using structured equation modeling for the two hypotheses. The two hypotheses were mostly supported, suggesting that self-evaluation of artistic expression and the type of artworks (especially classical works of art) influence creative inspiration, mediated by the method of appreciation of artworks. However, experience with art-related activities has no significant direct effect on the inspiration to create something.

肺アスペルギルス症は死亡率が高く,重要な深在性真菌症である.しかし,抗アスペルギルス活性をもつポリエン系,アゾール系,キャンディン系のなかでも,経口投与が可能な抗真菌薬はアゾール系に限られ,日本では慢性肺アスペルギルス症の外来治療には,イトラコナゾール (ITCZ),ボリコナゾール (VRCZ) の2種類のアゾール系薬しか使用できない.したがって,アゾール耐性アスペルギルスの出現は臨床的な脅威となる可能性がある.われわれは,日本においてもアゾール耐性のA. fumigatusが臨床現場において存在すること,その耐性機序はアゾール標的分子の変異が原因であること,ITCZ長期投与によりCYP51AのG54変異が誘導され,ITCZ耐性株が産生されることを明らかとした.現在の日本において,複数のアゾールに耐性を示す株は臨床的にも環境においてもまれであり,アスペルギルス症の初期治療において耐性株の存在を考慮する状況ではない.しかし,アゾール耐性株は世界的な拡がりがみられる問題であり,今後も臨床分離株および環境株の継続的調査が必要である.

Some ports of Yoda River had gradually changed since ancient times. Through the study of the transportations process, I have made it clear that the function of P. Yoda was most important in the middle ages, and consider that the changes of the economic location by Historic-Geographical Research.The welfare of P. Yodo can be divided into five stages as follows.1) The transpartation of Yodo R. and the Locatian of “Yodo” in pre Nara Era [710∼784. A.D.]2) The change of main road and the beginning of the P. Yodo in the first period of Heian Era [794∼907. A.D.]3) The comparative consideration about the function of P. Yodo and P. Yamazaki[_??__??__??_]4) The enlargement of P. Yodo's hinterland and change of P. Yamazaki's functions.5) The divided process of P. Yodo's fuction. The centre point of problem lies in the function of P. Yodo and P. Yamazaki.Two port competed to obtain the hinterland of Miyako Kyoto in the first period, but P. Yodo is more developed by the forwarding agents (Toimaru)[_??__??_]of Shoen[_??__??_].With the advancement of the Shoen at P. Yodo consequently P. Yamazaki, P. Uji[_??__??__??_], P. Kizu[_??__??_]had been on the decline. Since P. Fushimi[_??__??_]had established (about A.D. 1594) and set up marine products market (Sakkoba)[_??__??__??_]in Osaka P. Yodo has gradually been declined.

千葉県は2008年3月に「千葉県良好な景観の形成の推進に関する条例」を初めて公布した。今後、具体的な広域景観資源を発掘することが重要である。本研究では、県北部の利根川水系の景観に着目し、市町村を越えて広く分布している4市1町1村の「水塚及び屋敷林」について、現状と所有者意識等の実態を明らかにする。調査対象は現存する水塚(101軒)及び屋敷林(88軒)で、以下のことが明らかとなった。1)水塚の保存状態別に見ると、「水塚と蔵が共に現存するもの」は全体で42軒 (41%)、「水塚の全体が現存するもの」は21軒(21%)、「水塚の一部が現存するもの」は38軒(38%)で、保存状態は必ずしも良い状態ではない。2)中でも栄町は最も多くの水塚(59軒)と屋敷林(61軒)を残している。3)「水塚を大切にしたい」という所有者意識は白井市で64%と比較的高いが、その他の市町村で50%以下である。4)栄町では、水塚59軒の52軒(88%)で屋敷林を確認することができ、水塚と屋敷林を大切にしたいという意識の持ち主は半数程度である。しかし、水塚や屋敷林の存在を負担に感じている住民も少なくなく、負担軽減や景観条例に基づく支援が必要である。

人工呼吸は肺のみならず横隔膜を傷害し,横隔膜機能障害は不良な転帰に関係する。 人工呼吸による横隔膜傷害の機序には,①過剰な補助による低活動,②不十分な補助による過剰活動,③呼気相における奇異性収縮,④高い呼気終末陽圧の急激な減量,が挙げられる。 人工呼吸中の横隔膜傷害を予防するためには,適切なレベルの横隔膜活動を維持することが重要であり,吸気努力のモニタリングと注意深い人工呼吸器設定,患者-人工呼吸器非同調の回避がこれを可能にする。敗血症などの重症病態は横隔膜傷害を加速させるため,横隔膜保護を意識した人工呼吸戦略はICU患者の予後改善のために考慮されるべきである。本稿では,横隔膜の基礎知識,人工呼吸に関連した横隔膜機能障害の臨床エビデンスと発生機序,横隔膜保護戦略の要点を概説する。

The current status of oxide superconductors is briefly reviewed from a crystal structure perspective. Tokura et al. recently classified high-temperature superconductors using block layer concept. We propose a new “layer” concept and discuss the possibility of new block layers by reconstructing the layers. As an example, we present new high-Tc materials containing CO3 by combining an “old” and new block layers recently discovered. Finally, main roles for realizing the high-Tc superconductors are discussed from the structural point of view.
