平成16年度から18年度までの3年間に渡って採択された科学研究費補助金(基盤研究(B)(1))「幼児教育における教師の保育観の日米比較文化研究:ビデオ刺激法による検討(課題番号16402042)」において、まず、多声的エスノグラフィー法を援用したビデオ再生刺激法の開発が挙げられる。その研究方法に基づいて、以下の2点を主たる研究成果としてここに記す。◆良質の保育を保育実践に照らし合わせて検証する本研究を通して、日独米の保育者それぞれが考える【良い保育】の要素が導き出された。「保育者の持つ"良い保育者"イメージに関するビジュアルエスノグラフィー」(質的心理学研究第4号/2005/No.4/152-164)では、日本の保育者を対象に"良い保育者"イメージを明示化することを試みた。その結果、"良い保育者"イメージは『子ども中心』志向と密接に結びついていることが示唆された。◆保育実践文化における保育者の暗黙的実践知・信条を描き出す海外での発表を数多くこなすことで、色々な分野や文化背景を持つ研究者から教示を得ることができたが、研究協力者であるドイツ人研究者からは色々な刺激を受けた。彼らと共有し合ったデータを用いた「多声的エスノグラフィー法を用いた日独保育者の保育観の比較検討一語頻度に注目した実践知の明示化を通して一」(教育方法学会掲載)では、ビデオ映像を用いた多声的エスノグラフィーの手法によって、日独の保育者の暗黙的な実践知として作用している保育観を明示化し、比較検討することを試みた。ビデオ視聴における保育者の語りを語頻度を軸に分析し、3つの共通点「子どもたちの自主性、主体性の尊重と、指導することへの抵抗感」「社会性の育ちを重視する視点」、そして「安全への視点」を見いだしたが、その内部構造は日独で異なっているという知見が得られた。

This paper aims to improve the confidence limits of the results of overlay and to increase the efficiency of the line work. First, regression analysis shows that the area sensitivity measure has a quadratic relation with the fuzzy tolerance. Second, the frequency distributions of sliver polygons are compared with those of the other polygons on compactness, perimeter and area. Compactness characterizes sliver polygons more distinctly than perimeter or area. Third, discriminant analysis and logistic regression analysis correctly classifies 93 and 94 percent of polygons into sliver polygons and the others respectively.

A method of damage based prediction of static strength of MEMS structures fabricated by Bosch process was proposed. Four points bending tests in different bending directions were performed in order to evaluate the distribution of damage-characteristics on the processed surface as a function of position along the etching direction. As a result, the static strength of notched specimens was successfully predicted from the characteristics obtained with the specimens without notch.-

The mechanism of interorgan variation in tissue distribution of quinidine was investigated from a viewpoint of binding characteristics to phospholipids and the composition of phospholipids in various tissues. The order of binding of quinidine to an individual standard phospholipid, expressed as a product of the association constant (K) and the number of binding sites (n), was : phosphatidyl ethanolamine (PhE)<dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline (saturated PhC)≥phosphatidyl choline (unsaturated PhC)<phosphatidyl inositol (PhI)<phosphatidyl glycerol (PhG)<phosphatidic acid (PhA)<phosphatidyl serine (PhS). Thus, quinidine was found to bind preferentially to acid phospholipids such as PhS, PhA, PhG, and PhI. The greatest binding was obtained in PhS among the various phospholipids and was more than 300-fold that of neutral phospholipids such as PhC and PhE. The concentration of individual components of phospholipids in the lung, kidney, liver and heart was determined using a two dimensional thin-layer chromatography. The concentration of PhS, highly responsible for the quinidine binding to phospholipids in each tissue, was ranked in the following order : heart<liver<kidney<lung. The contribution of PhS to quinidine binding was more than 86% in all tissues. A good correlation between the concentration of PhS in each tissue and the Ct/Cp ratio in vivo was obtained (r=0.984). Thus, it was concluded that the tissue distribution of quinidine in vivo depended on the composition of phospholipids in tissues and that a determinant of interorgan variation in the tissue distribution of quinidine was the concentration of PhS in the tissues.

Several experiments on distribution of some events with satellite communications and the Iuterent have been performed in the SEKIREI hall our college. In 2000,two distribution experiments were performed. One "The Advanced Technologial Education Forum 2000" distribution experiment was held on May 26,2000. The other "8th Satellite Design Contest" distribution experiment was held on October 22,2000. In this paper we describe the outline of the systems used these two distribution experiments and the procedure of our experiments. The questionnaire investigation for all the participants was adopted to evaluate our systems. The results of the questionnaire investigation for these two experiments are presented and compared with each other.

We have held several experiments on distribution of some events with satellite communications. We held a distribution experiment of 7th satellite design contest by transportable VSAT terminal on October 17,1999. In this paper we describe the outline of the systems of these distribution experiment and the way we did our experiments. The results of the questionnaire investigation for these experiments are presented and compared with each other.
