卵白アルブミン感作モルモットに対する抗原暴露による気道収縮反応に及ぼす低分子ヘパリン (LMWH) の効果について検討した. ハートレー系モルモットを用い, 卵白アルプミン感作による二相性喘層, モデルを作成し, 呼吸抵抗を経時的に測定し気道反応性を検討した. またBALF, 組織学的検討を加えた. LMWH吸入により, 抗原暴露後の呼吸抵抗は, 生食吸入に比べ, 即時型気道反応においては, 8分を除く1分から9分, また遅発型気道反応においては4時間目および7時間目以降24時間目まで有意な抑制を認めた. また即時型気道反応において, 最大収縮に至る時間も5.3±4.6分から9.6±4.3分へと有意な延長をきたした. LMWH吸入は, BALFでは生食吸入に比べ好酸球の減少 (8.2±0.4%→5.5±1.2%, p<0.01), また組織学的検討でも好酸球数の浸潤の減少(155±15.8→71.0±7.3, p<0.01)を認めた. 以上より, LMWHは抗原暴露後気道収縮反応および好酸球の浸潤を抑制し, 気管支喘息に対する防御因子として重要であると考えられた.

This paper considers on the affaire of Arashiyama (Arashiyama Jiken) at 1932. Arashiyama where become one of the famous tourist resorts is a small mountain located in northwest of Nago city in Okinawa Island. This affair took place as a political conflict concerning with the construction of a sanatorium for Hansen's disease between the communities neighboring on and Okinawa prefecture. Though the rate of contraction indicated a high score in 1930's Okinawa, Okinawa prefecture was failed to realize some medical policies for this disease. The increasing uncured patients in many communities were one of the serious social problems in this time. As failed in business to construct a sanatorium in many times, Okinawa prefecture forced to constitute Arashiyama-plan without making an agreement with the communities. This political decision constitutes incipient factors of this affair. To be sure the affair of Arashiyama seemed to take place by the communities prejudiced and discriminated to Hansen's disease, but pluralistic factors had in; first is influenced to Socialism's solidarity between "the Hanejiunion for opposition to sanatorium" and "the political party for Reunion Ohgimi community"; second the perspective to cure patients; third the perspective to patients. The mission of this paper positively clarifies pluralistic aspects of this affair with scientific interpreting the newspapers, some local histories and narrative-documents.

and Singapore. While other Asian economies suffered a drastic drop to below zero GDP growth levels, collapse of stock and real estate prices and general chaos, these four Chinese economies suffered only relatively minor adjustments in all four areas and continued their expansions. This turn of events has caused a need for reexplanation of previous thinking on the subject. The neoclassical economic model by assuming perfect knowledge and perfect market equilibrium had left the entrepreneur and the state with no major role to be played in the development process. However, out of this desire to expand on the neoclassical foundation, the long founded school of Austrian economics has been revived by many economists. It's only been since 1989 that over a dozen economists and others have begun applying these theories of adaptive entrepreneurship to the Asian NIEs economies. These adaptive theories differ from Schumpeter's creative entrepreneurship theories yet are complimentary. This study will utilize Kirznerian adaptive entrepreneurship as a framework for analyzing the case studies used in this thesis in order to compliment the explanatory power of the neoclassical explanation for the so called miracle of the three little tigers or as some have called the Chinese newly industrialized economies (NIEs or Ethnic Chinese Economies).

目的.気管支鏡下に低侵襲で特定領域の気道上皮被覆液(ELF)を採取できるマイクロサンプリング(BMS)法を関発し急性肺損傷,肺癌などの診断に応用している.BMS法により採取したELFがプロテオーム解析可能か検討した.方法.BMSプローブは先端に吸湿性チップのついた内筒カテーテルと外筒からなり,気管支鏡チャンネルを通じてELFを採取できる.ELF 2μlからプロテインテップシステム^<TM>(サイファージェン・バイオシステムズ)を用いてパルスレーザー照射による質量分析を行った.1)ラットLPS肺損傷モデルでのELFの経時的解析および2)原発性肺癌症例での腫瘍周囲ELFの解析を行った.結果.1)LPS投与後ラットのプロテオーム解析では31000,47000,63000 Da付近に再現性のあるピークが確認された.TNF-α antagonist 投与では上記のピークは消失または減少した.protein bankの検索からこれらピークはTNF-α関連物質などである可能性が示唆されている.2)腺癌症例の解析で腫瘍側ELFで3460,9280,20800 Da付近および5230 Da付近に健常側では認められないピークを認めた.まとめ.BMS法によるELF検体のプロテーオム解析が可能なことが判明した.各種肺疾患ELF中の網羅的蛋白解析が病態解明につながると考えられた.(気管支学.2006;28:592-596)
