超高強度繊維補強コンクリート (Ductal) は, 高強度, 高じん性, 高流動, 高耐久性の特性を持つ材料であり, この新素材を橋梁に適用すれば従来のPC橋梁に比べ自重を20~50%に低減することが可能となる。筆者らは, これまで実施した歩道橋や道路橋の施工実績から得られたDuctalの設計・施工に関する蓄積技術を活用して, モノレール軌道桁の技術開発を行い, 桁長40mのモノレール桁を完成した。開発した桁は, 6個のプレキャスト・セグメントが接合されてボックス断面となる。接合方法の要素実験, プレキャスト・セグメント工法を適用した桁長10mのモノレール桁の施工性能実験, および載荷実験など, 一連の実験・解析により施工・構造性能を検証した。

This study aims to discuss issues and future directions in the conservation of the landscape of Gokayama Ainokura Village by identifying physical and human resources needed to maintain thatched roofs, which characterize the landscape of the village. Both bio-physical and socio-cultural data have been collected by conducting photo-interpretation of aero-photographs and interview surveys to local residents. The study identified that the lack of materials and labor, as well as alternation in the groups responsible for the maintenance, have inevitably resulted in (a) deterioration in the quality of thatched roofs, and (b) wider gaps between concerned groups in their consciousness to maintain the quality of the roofs. It has also been identified that the legislative measures taken by the local government were insufficient to reinforce deteriorating maintenance schemes. The study concludes that the value of the landscape characterized by thatched roofs should be shared by stakeholders including residents, concerned groups and the local government, and that sound environment which all stakeholders may fully perform their roles should be maintained.

【要旨】前頭側頭葉変性症(FTLD)は、臨床的に前頭側頭型認知症(FTD)、進行性非流暢性失語(NPFA)、意味性認知症(SD)、に分類されるが、いずれのタイプも病初期の症状は捉えにくく、診断が遅れがちな現状がある。そこで本報告では、前頭側頭葉変性症の特徴的な言語症状に注目して、実際の画像や音声を用いて症例を提示した。症例1は呼称障害と共に行動面で被影響性の亢進がみられ典型的なFTDの症状を呈している。症例2は発語失行の他、軽度の失語症、構音障害を呈していることからPNFAと考えられた。症例3の自発話は流暢で、「○○ってなんですか?」と特徴的な発話をはじめ、単語の理解力低下、呼称障害、漢字の表層失読を認め、典型的なSDの症状を呈している。FTLDの特徴的な症状を動画、音声で示すことは、的確な早期診断、症状の理解、家族指導、リハビリ的な対応を考える上で、有益な手段と考える。

There are dispersed settlements in Iki island all around. Their beginning and actual conditions are yet unknown in detail. In this study, the natural and the geographical features of this island and the allotment system of land in the Edo period are investigated in relation to the settlement pattern. And it is made clear that "the land use pattern of Iki" is a set of the land use consisting of a wind break at the back, a dwelling lot, a vegetable garden in the front and the scattered farmland. In conclusion their problems in planning are considered.
