ナルコレプシーの患者に釣藤散を投与し, 4日後に, 睡眠発作, 情動性脱力発作, 入眠時幻覚などの症状の消失をみた。ナルコレプシーの漢方治療では葛根湯, および補中益気湯加味方の使用で症状が著明に軽減した報告があるが, 今回のように釣水藤散で極めて短時日のうちに症状の消失をみた報告はない。

Between-habitat variations in the body shape of Hemigrammocypris rasborella, a small freshwater cyprinid fish included in the Red List by the Ministry of Environment of Japan (Category EN), were analyzed using photographs of anesthetized specimens (n=323) collected from eight ponds on the Ise (Mie Prefecture) and Nobi Plains (Aichi and Gifu prefectures). Twenty-two morphometric variables were measured, and principal component and discriminant analyses conducted. The results indicated that body shape was variable among the ponds but similar within each plain. It is suggested that the original Ise and Nobi Plain populations differed in body shape, the subsequent restriction to isolated populations on each plain further enhancing the original morphological variations.

In this paper, we consider Vladimir Propp's narrative study from the viewpoint of “de-composition and re-composition”. Propp (В.Я.Пропп) is a 20 century's Russian folklorist and is known as one of pinoneer of narratology. First we show a list of Propp's decomposed narrative elements and some examples of the re-composition as computer programs. Next, based on the attempt of Propp's de-composition and re-composition, we discuss the positioning of Propp model as the narrative rhetoric in narratology and the method and directions for introducing its model into our narrative generation system.

A 12-year-old patient with ambiguous external genitalia was reported. The social sex of the patient was male. The external genitalia showed scrotal hypospadia with bifid scrotum and no left scrotal content. The urinary excretion of gonadotropin, 17-KS, 17-OHCS, estrogen, pregnanediol and pregnanetriol were under 8muu/day, 3.3-5.0mg/day, 1.3-2.1mg/day, 5.0-9.0μg/day, 0.90-1.18mg/day and 0.2-0.22mg/day, respectively. At laparotomy no left testis was found in retroperitoneal cavity from inguinal ring up to renal hilum region. At the region of lateral wall of pelvic cavity a small ovary-like body, measuring 2.0×1.0×0.6cm, fimbria and oviduct were found. At the middle point of retrovesical region the left oviduct fused with right seminal duct, making a small bicornate uterus which ended blindly at the perineal region. Histological examination of left gonad revealed an ovary with occasional primitive follicles and that of right gonad revealed relatively well developed testis. Chromosome examination showed a karyotype of 46/XY. From the results above mentioned it was notd that the diagnosis of this patient was a tune hermaphroditism with a karyotype of 46/XY.

漢字書字の習得が困難な学習障害児4症例に対し,従来の学習方法である視写の工程に基づき,それぞれの工程に必要な能力の検査を実施した。症例ごとに問題のある工程はさまざまであったが,4症例に共通していた問題は,漢字の形態を構成要素に分解する工程であった。今回,視写の工程におけるそれぞれの問題点を補うため,認知処理様式,体性感覚の入力方法などに配慮した学習法(体性感覚法)を設定し,その効果を単一事例研究法で検証した。その結果,体性感覚法は学習障害児の漢字書字の学習に有効であった。また,症例の認知処理様式の傾向と漢字の画の提示方法が継次的か同時的かであることが,漢字書字の正答率に影響していることが示唆された。また,視覚性の記憶が低下している症例では,文字運動覚心像がより形成されやすい学習法において,空書を使用して漢字を想起する場合があることが確認された。
