本研究は,平地河川における出水攪乱に対する底生動物群集の反応を明らかにすることを目的とした.愛媛県道後平野を流れる12河川に調査地を設定し,出水攪乱の発生前後に底生動物およびその生息場所環境に関する調査を行った.この結果,生息密度が出水攪乱後に全調査で減少した一方で,分類群数は3調査地で増加していることが明らかになった.群集構造解析の結果により,これら調査地では出水攪乱前に汚濁耐性種が優占していたが,攪乱後には清冽な河川に分布する分類群が増加していたことが明らかになった.さらに,集水域特性と攪乱前後の分類群数の変化率との関係より,当該地点では出水攪乱により清冽な環境を選好する分類群の新規移入が上流の山地区間から起こり,その結果として分類群数が増加したものと考えられた.

We analyzed the relationship between results data, obtained through a resident satisfaction survey, and population data taken from basic resident registries. The results of this analysis are as follows. There was a strong correlation between resident satisfaction and population change, a weak correlation between Civic Pride and population change. Each of the factors “image”, “friendliness” and “lifestyle convenience”, “Cost of living” was positively correlated with population growth, while the factors “quietness/security” and “nature/sightseeing destination” were negatively correlated. There was a positive correlation between “Pride of city” and population change, a negative correlation between “Network of many acquaintances” and population change.

人口減少や大都市圏への人口集中により、中心市街地は衰退の一途をたどっている。一方で、中心市街地の活性化は地方都市にとって依然として課題である。そこで、本稿では、基本計画で実施された事業の分析とアンケート調査を行った。その結果、中心市街地活性化システムは、ソフト事業への支援が不十分であり、事務負担も大きいことがわかった。その充実により、自治体が制度を利用しやすくなり、継続的な賑わいを創出することができる。

今日、子どもによるスマートフォンの利用の拡大や「スマート・トイ」の普及等により、子どもの個人情報を巡り様々なリスクが生じている。個人情報保護法制において、個人情報を保護するために重要な役割を果たしているのは、情報主体の「同意」であるが、子どもは一般に同意能力を欠くか不十分であると解されており、子どもの個人情報の処理にかかる「同意」のあり方が問題となる。米国の COPPA 及び EU の GDPR では、同意能力を付与する子どもの年齢を定め、それ以下の子どもの個人情報の処理については親権者等の同意取得が義務付けられており、近時、規制が強化される傾向がある。日本でも、同意能力を認める子どもの年齢に関する規範的な検討と、子どもの年齢確認や親権者等の同意取得を行うための方法に関する実際的な検討を進めるべきである。

We investigated the effects of citric acid and lemon juice on iron absorption and improvement of anemia in iron-deficient rats. In Expt. 1, rats were administered ferric iron solution (2 mg/kg) with various concentrations of citric acid (1 − 6%) by a single oral gavage. The serum iron levels were significantly higher in rats treated with citric acid than those without citric acid. In Expt. 2, anemic rats were administered ferric iron solution (control) with 1% citric acid or diluted lemon juice containing 1% citric acid by oral gavage dose of 2 mg Fe3+/kg/day for 20 d. Heart weight and unsaturated iron-binding capacity (UIBC) were significantly lower in the citric acid group, whereas serum iron level and hematocrit value were significantly higher in the citric acid group than in the control group. Hemoglobin concentration was significantly higher in the citric acid group and lemon juice group. These results suggest beneficial effects of citric acid and lemon juice on iron bioavailability.
