近年,Drive-by download 攻撃やフィッシングなど Web サイトを介したサイバー攻撃が急増しており,ユーザの個人情報等が不正に取得され,経済的被害を受ける事件が増加している.このような被害を防ぐために,ユーザが不正 Web サイトを閲覧する前に,Web ブラウザやセキュリティソフト側で警告を促す対策を講じている.本稿では,未知の不正 Web サイトの判別を行うために,IP アドレスクラスのネットワークアドレス部の特徴を分析し,交差検定によって評価した.IP アドレスクラス A と B では,高精度の結果が得られたことから,ネットワークアドレス部を用いた判別は,有効であることが確認できた.

It has been a long history for the taxation on both personal income and company income. The ineluctable reality is that double taxation occurs when the income transfer from company to person as a dividend. This paper discusses about the corporate tax basis and what are the relationships between the corporate tax basis and the methods to eliminate the double taxation. It is obviously that the viewpoint to eliminate the double taxation is necessary has been accepted by most of the researchers. The paper also examines the difference in efficiency of the several methods. In the last part, the paper compares the methods to eliminate the double taxation taken by the OECD countries, and gives advice about the ideal methods in China.

There are dolls that speak, move their limbs, and have an intimate relationship with people. A doll, which is artificial, and a human being fall in love and become a couple or create a parent-child relationship. Such a relationship is sometimes regarded as deviant. This paper analyzes the relationship between a doll that seems to have life and an individual without assuming that the relationship is deviant. In the interpretation based on existing magic theory, a doll is regarded as something that is infused with life from human beings. The interpretation integrates a doll with life into a human but segregates the existence of human life from the existence of a material doll. Such interpretation treats the doll as material, not as human. Therefore, it is not possible to comprehend the intimate relationship between a doll and a human. Instead of resolving the division between human and non-human material, this paper focuses on the "updated" relationship between doll and world, and considers that doll life is infused with life from a human being.

Many American multinational corporations (MNCs) have turned into factory-less. They outsource the production of their products to foreign companies and derive the largest share of their revenue from the intellectual property of core technologies and brand names. When factory-less American MNCs sell their products assembled by foreign contract manufacturers in overseas markets, they actually “export” the value added attributed to their intellectual property embedded in those physical goods. However, conventional trade statistics are compiled based on the value of goods crossing national borders, as declared to customs. The value added of the intellectual property is generally not recorded as part of US exports. We use Apple, a typical factory-less American company that employs exclusively foreign contact manufacturers to assembly its products, as a case to illustrate why and how conventional trade statistics underestimate actual US exports in the age of global value chains. According to our analysis of this case, if the value added of Apple intellectual property sold to foreign consumers was counted as part of US exports, total US exports in 2015 would increase by 3.4%, and its trade deficit would decrease by 7.0%. In terms of bilateral trade, the value added under examination here would raise the US exports to China and Japan by 16.6% and 8.6% respectively, and lower its trade deficit with the two countries by 5.2% and 7.8% accordingly.

近年,無線を用い列車の位置と速度をリアルタイムで把握し,システムで連続的制御を行う方式が採用されるようになった.しかし無線の使用は,セキュリティの問題を生む.従来の安全性の対象を拡大し,人為的攻撃に対する高いセキュリティ性も検討対象として含める必要がある.そのため,JR西日本では,国際規格IEC62278(RAMS)の考え方にもとづき,システムの安全性や安定性をライフサイクル全般にわたって管理すると共に,その枠内でセキュリティ性も専門家の知見を活用しつつ検討する「システム評価委員会」を立ち上げ,検討を続けてきた.小論では,委員会で行われた脅威分析の手法について紹介する.

1999年のPFI法施行から約20年が経過し、期間満了となるPFI事業が増え始めている。内閣府 PFI推進委員会は「手法の有効性・必要性について、管理者等(主に地方公共団体)や住民間での共有が不十分」と指摘しているが、現状を見ると事業が生み出した「成果」に関する情報開示は不足しており、アカウンタビリティが全般的に低い状況にあると言える。本論では、PPP/PFI事業における上述の課題を解決するため、成果志向の評価手法である「プログラム評価」に着目し、国内外の先進事例の分析をもとに、その適用可能性と課題を検証する。
