In "Kritik der reinen Vernunft" ist das Freiheitsproblem ein wichtiges Thema. Kant leitet in der transzendentalen Dialektik von der Kategorie der Kausalität und der Einheitsfunktion der reinen Vernunft die transzendentale Idee der Freiheit ab und beweist, daß die transzendentale Freiheit und die praktische Freiheit alle beide zwei Momente d.i. die absolute Spontaneität und die Unabhängigkeit von der Naturnotwendigkeit enthalten. Dazu unterscheidet Kant die Erscheinung von dem Ding an sich auf Grund des transzendetalen Idealisums und versucht, die Freiheit dadurch zu retten, daß die Freiheit als dem Ding an sich zugehörig angesehen wird. Für Kant ist die praktische Freiheit eine Beschaffenheit der reinen Vernunft, und er betrachtet die Vernunft als dem Ding an sich ähnlich. Aber, weil er zugleich behauptet, daß die Freiheit der Grund der Imputation ist, muß die praktische Freiheit eine wirkliche Eigenschaft der menschlichen Vernunft sein. Trotzdem betont Kant, daß die Idee der transzendentalen Freiheit keine Beziehung auf irgendein Objekt hat. Also ist es unmöglich, da die Idee der transzendentalen Freiheit, wie Kant sagt, die praktische Freiheit begründet. Kant verwechselt die Idee der transzendentalen Freiheit mit der transzendentalen Freiheit als einer Beschaffenheit des Dings an sich. Ich denke, die verschiedenen Probleme der Freiheitslehre Kants entspringen aus diesem Punkt.

目的:本研究の目的は,不眠症の疑いのある労働者が就寝時に「快眠音」を聞くことにより,睡眠潜時(寝つくまでの時間)が短縮するのかを検証することである。方法:研究デザインは,個々の研究対象者が「介入群(快眠音)」と「対照群(無音)」をもつランダム化比較試験とした。快眠音システムは音源内蔵スピーカー(ヤマハ社製ISX-80)とベッドマット下生体センサー(EMFIT社製EMFIT-QS)を用いた。日本企業4社の従業員1,185名を対象として事前にアテネ不眠尺度を用いてスクリーニングを行い,531名より回答を得た。不眠症の疑いのある6点以上の162名を抽出し,研究同意・データが得られた42名を対象に分析を行った。データ収集方法は,対象者が自宅に設置した快眠音システムを用いて就寝時にランダムに「快眠音」と「無音」を聞き,それぞれ平日5晩ずつ計10晩の睡眠潜時,睡眠時間,睡眠効率のデータを収集した。睡眠潜時のデータを主要評価項目とし,同様に睡眠時間および睡眠効率のデータを副次評価項目とした。分析方法は,「快眠音」と「無音」での対応のあるt検定を行った。結果:睡眠潜時,睡眠時間,睡眠効率すべての評価項目において「快眠音」と「無音」で有意な差は認められなかった。結論:「快眠音」は不眠症の疑いのある労働者に対する睡眠潜時の短縮効果は得られなかった。

Mt. Fuji was listed as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 2013, and has become very overcrowded as a result.While the Mt. Fuji World Cultural Heritage Council was considering how to make appropriate use of Mt. Fuji as a world cultural heritage site, Yamanashi Prefecture authorities submitted a plan for the construction of a Mt. Fuji mountain railway in February 2020 to promote Mt. Fuji tourism.It is claimed that the plan is a good system to eliminate CO_2 emissions from cars by constructing a mountain railway on a toll road, called the Subaru Line, from the foot of Mt. Fuji at Fuji-Yoshida to the fifth station of Mount Fuji.Along with the construction of the Mt. Fuji mountain railway, the plan envisages the construction of infrastructure facilities such as station buildings, power plants, accommodation, restaurants, and toilets around the fifth station as well as the construction of a walking trail called "Otyudou." Furthermore, the construction of an intermediate station is expected, which means that there is a great risk of destroying the nature of Mt. Fuji and damaging the environment and its landscape.Despite the tourism season being limited to three months a year till now, this plan would extend the railway operations throughout the year, including the winter months, which is extremely dangerous due to the poor winter weather conditions.In the area around the fifth station of the Subaru Line, new development activities are hypothetically strictly regulated under the Natural Parks Act and the Cultural Properties Preservation Act. The Yamanashi Prefecture authorities have submitted the construction plan for the Mt. Fuji mountain railway in spite of these regulations. The reason behind this risky project is that it has the support of the Abe administration, which is pursuing an excessive tourism policy.The Fuji World Cultural Heritage Council and conservationists are opposed to this plan. In the midst of these circumstances, the coronavirus pandemic has brought political and economic activity to a standstill, and the progress of the project has been suspended. However, as the coronavirus pandemic comes to an end, it is possible that the opposition movement will be activated and bring the project to an end.

思想史、とくに近代民衆史を学ぶとは、どういうことなのか。厳格な学び方としては、厳密な実証性をもとに、近代の民衆の歴史と現代の大衆の実態の関連を探りあてることだろう。また、いわゆる「歴史から学ぶ」といわれる際の学び方として、現在の問題を根本的に考えるための発想法を得るために、思想史を学ぶという態度もありえると思うのである。このような活用方法は歴史学の学問的成果が市民的教養になるということも意味すると考える。本論は、指導が「道徳主義」に陥らないためにこそ「通俗道徳」に学ぶという方法態度にたっているのであり、教育実践を省察するヒントを得ようとするものである。

A lot of cultures flowed in from China and a Korean peninsula around northern part Kyushu in the age of Yayoi. The bronze mirror is one in this, Northern part of Kyushu has been mainly brought from first Han to post Han. Yayoi period circulates Chinese mirror, divided mirror and imitative mirror. The purpose of this thesis is to catch a time, spatial transition of the bronze mirror and the realities of the metal mirror circulation are clarified. The going side by side relation between Chinese mirror and imitative mirror clarified. And Chinese mirror and imitative mirror distribution situation were compared, and the feature brought together. Result of analysis the first stage Chinese mirror is shown limited distribution and Korean imitative mirror was distributed to the remote place. The second stage, the bronze mirror is produced in northern part Kyushu. The reason for the factor of the production beginning is that a new thing for people who were managing circulation to distribute it to the surrounding is needed. This is thought for the factor of the production beginning to have existed on not the one that originates in the lack of Chinese mirror and the expansion of the mirror holder layer but the side where circulation was managed to the end.
