社会はあらゆるところで,社会の課題を変換し,減らすことができるように取り組んでいる. 日本,カナダなど高齢者や障害者に優しい地域で,高齢者がよりよく生きる機会を模索している国であっても,多くの国の高齢者は社会の課題と考えられている. 作業のレンズは,人生の最期における意味のある作業の探求を理解する視点など,日常生活の課題に新しい洞察を与えるものであり,多くの個人主義的な視点を持つ素晴らしい概念の贈り物である. 批判的な作業のレンズは,現実の生活の中でどのように作業的公正,作業的不公正,作業権が経験されているか (されていないのか) を決定する権力関係に対する社会の視点において,この贈り物を豊かにしている. この論文の第一の目的は,日本の高齢者の例を基に考えながら,公正や権利を見るために,作業のレンズと批判的な作業のレンズを区別することである. もう一つの目的は,特に,作業的公正や作業権を理解し,他者へ伝え,表現するための基礎となる作業的リテラシーについて研究することや日本と世界中の高齢者にとって作業的にちょうど良い世界に向かうために必要な社会の変革を研究することを通して,学際的研究におけるこの視点の有用性 (非有用性) を簡潔に検討することである.

Prickle2 has been identified in genetic studies of subjects with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and epilepsy, but the pathological mechanism of Prickle2 remains to be fully understood. Proteomic analysis of Prickle2 with mass spectrometry revealed twenty-eight Prickle2 interactors, including immunoglobulin superfamily member 9b (Igsf9b), in the brain. Here, because Igsf9 family proteins are associated with psychiatric diseases and seizures, we studied the physiological interaction between Prickle2 and Igsf9b. Prickle2 colocalized with Igsf9b in cultured hippocampal neurons. Knockdown of Prickle2 affected the subcellular localization of Igsf9b. Interestingly, Igsf9b localized along axonal processes in a pattern opposite to the ASD-related molecule ANK3/AnkG. AnkG is a major component of the axon initial segment (AIS), where a variety of ASD and epilepsy susceptibility proteins accumulate. Igsf9b-knockdown neurons displayed altered AnkG localization. Prickle2 depletion caused defects in AnkG and voltage-gated Na+ channel localization, resulting in altered network activity. These results support the idea that Prickle2 regulates AnkG distribution by controlling the proper localization of Igsf9b. The novel function of Prickle2 in AIS cytoarchitecture provides new insights into the shared pathology of ASD and epilepsy.Key words: Prickle2, Igsf9b, axon initial segment, neuronal excitability, ASD

A large subcutaneous mass, formed on the left lower jaw of a 4-month-old Japanese Black male calf, was partially excised for histological and bacteriological examinations. Antibiotic treatment resulted in a good prognosis. Bacteria isolated from the excised material were characterized by weak hemolysis and positive reactions for catalase and oxidase, and were 99% identical to Mannheimia granulomatis strains. The presence of the leukotoxin gene product was demonstrated by polymerase chain reaction amplification. Histological examination showed that the excised material was composed of dense fibrous connective tissue with sparsely distributed eosinophilic granulomas or abscesses. These foci frequently contained Splendore-Hoeppli material with rod-shaped Gram-negative bacteria. Except for the absence of lymphangitis and the presence of basophils and mast cells, the histology of this lesion resembled that of lechiguana associated with coinfection of M. granulomatis and Dermatobia hominis. Leukotoxin was demonstrated by immunohistochemistry within Splendore-Hoeppli material and was judged to be responsible for its formation.

慢性便秘症においては,偏食,食事量のアンバランス,夜食,睡眠不足,運動不足ならびに心理社会的ストレスが症状の増悪因子であるため,これらの除去・調整を実施する.これらで不十分であれば,食事療法を基本とし,運動療法を加えるが,治療効果が確実なのは適切な薬物療法である.近年,使用可能となった2種類の上皮機能変容薬及び1種類の胆汁酸トランスポーター阻害薬の3種類の薬物は,それぞれ異なる分子を標的としており,エビデンスレベルも高い.それぞれの特性を知り,便秘患者の診療に役立てることが望まれる.

文学研究において、ロシアフォルマリズムからナラトロジーに連なる系譜は、文学の普遍的な形式や構造を明示的なモデルとして表現することをめざし、これまで蓄積・継承可能な諸々の成果を上げて来た。一方人工知能や認知科学は、物語の理解や生成過程における心的表象に関する仮説をプログラム化し、それらのダイナミクスを実験的に考察可能な新たな道を切り開いて来た。本稿では、両者を発展的に統合する枠組みとして計算論的物語論を提唱し、多様な物語現象の統一的な把握方法、構造表現の生成/変換に基づく物語生成過程、物語生成に関与する知識の種類とエージェントの分類等について議論する。In literary studies, formal or structural schools from Russian formalism to narratology have aimed at the development of explicit models for universal forma and structures of literary works and have achieved various results. At the other hands, artificial intelligence and cognitive science have cut a new research methodology in which we can computationally consider hypothesis on mental representations of narrative understanding and generation processes. In this paper, computational narratology is proposed as a new framework to integrate both approaches. We discuss an integrated way to grasp diverse narrative phenomena, narrative generation process based on generation/transformation of narrative structure representations and classification of knowledge and agents in narrative generation.

This study clarifies the characteristics of alley units and owner improvements of row houses with road contact failure in the Osaka Karahori area. The following are major findings.1) The alley units which have small shrine or Jizo, ups and down, and blind alley, have tendency there are many individual regional resources. And small shrine and Jizo is important resource to continue the community within the alley unit.2) Owners of row houses with road contact failure realize the living improvement by five classified methods on the basis such as individual spatial terms and living demands.
