A simple, rapid, and precise method for the determination of cyclopiazonic acid (CPA) in liquid seasoning was developed, which uses liquid chromatography with ultraviolet and photodiode array detection LC/UV(PDA) and liquid chromatography with time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/TOF-MS). CPA in liquid seasoning was subjected to ethyl acetate extraction, and solid-phase extraction using Oasis® HLB. LC/UV(PDA) was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis, and LC/TOF-MS was used as the confirmatory method. The limit of detection (S/N = 3) and the limit of quantification (S/N > 10) of CPA in LC/UV(PDA) were 0.01 μg/mL and 0.03 μg/mL, respectively. Standard materials were prepared for quality control samples (a low concentration of 0.2 μg/mL and a high concentration of 2.0 μg/mL), and internal quality control was performed. As a result, the trueness of the low concentration sample and the high concentration samples was 80.3% and 81.6%, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of repeatability was 5.3% or less, whereas that of intermediate precision was less than 10.1%. The results suggest that the developed method is useful for the determination of CPA in liquid seasoning.

2元線形符号の全コセット重み分布は, その符号の深い性質を示す重要なパラメータであるが, 全コセット重み分布の一般式が知られている符号はわずかである.本論文では, 与えられた符号の全コセット重み分布を効率良く数え上げるアルゴリズムの提案を行う.提案方法では, 対象符号のシンドロームトレリスを利用して重み分布多項式の計算が行われる.更に, 計算時に必要とされるメモリ量を削減するために, 重み分布多項式の辞書を利用する手法とシンドロームトレリスのセクション化に基づく手法の提案も行う.提案法により(63, 45, 7)原始BCH符号, (64, 45, 8)拡大原始BCH符号, (64, 39, 10)拡大原始BCH符号, (64, 42, 8)Reed-Muller(3, 6)符号の全コセット重み分布が得られた.

1990年1月23日夜から24日朝にかけて北陸地方に接近,上陸した二つの渦状擾乱は,水平スケールと移動方向が違っていた.この2種類の渦状擾乱の解析を行った.2種類の渦状擾乱は,共に700hPaより下層の擾乱で,温帯低気圧に似た構造をしていた.2種類の渦状擾乱は,1つの上層の擾乱(500hPaの気圧の谷)の下方に位置しており,日本海寒帯気団収束帯(JPCZ)でつながっていた.事例数を増やして,帯状雲の初期状態からの変化を調べた.渦状擾乱は渦状となる前から,帯状雲の屈曲部として追跡可能であった.2種類の渦状擾乱は,日本海西部のJPCZ上で発生した小擾乱が,傾圧不安定により発達したものと考えた・傾圧性を増す要因として,上層の擾乱による下層での暖気移流と寒気移流の強まりを考えた.

2007 is the year of e-Money in Japan. There are two existing large services of e-Money- Edy of bit Wallet and Suica of East JR both built on the infrastructure of Felica system provided by Sony. The competitions between the two parties are called "Edy-Suica War." To make it more complicated, the "War" is not the battle only between the two parties. NTT DoCoMo had entered in the competition by establishing their "iD/DCMX" services, and QUICPay of JCB and AEON came as well; both of which use the same Felica smartcard embedded in the mobile phones. In 2007, Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. enters into the competition. The numbers of smartcard issued is expected as many as 10 million, one of the largest scales. The technology they are going to deploy was announced Felica as well. In all, 2007 may be marked as the year of "ubiquitous" Felica. There is no other country where Felica is used so commonly than Japan. How would this peculiar monopoly have been attained? This paper provides an analysis about how and why Felica became the standard of smartcard in Japan, and considers how the true ubiquitous business in Japan is carried out. There was a failure of getting international standard as smartcard from ISO/IEC for Felica in the first instance. But years later, another category as Near Field Communication (NFC) by ISO/IEC was established, and now it is perfectly working. This is a paper to investigate the reasons about this.

<b>目的</b> 警察のデータを用いて栃木県の自殺の実態を明らかにし,自殺対策を進める上での要点を示すと共に,警察データの利点と問題点を検討する。<br/><b>方法</b> 栃木県警察本部から提供を受けた2007年,2008年 2 年間の自殺データ(小票)を集計解析した。<br/><b>結果</b> 栃木県における観察した 2 年間の自殺は1,166件(男865件,女301件)であった。人口あたりの自殺件数は全国と比較して高い傾向にあった。男では50歳代が最も多かったのに対して,女では30歳代から70歳代までほぼ同じ人数であった。20歳代,30歳代で人口あたりの件数が全国よりも高い傾向が観察された。平日の早朝や午前10時台に多い傾向が観察された。自殺場所は自宅が最も多く,手段は縊死が最も多かった(いずれも全体の約 6 割)。自殺の原因・動機(1 件の自殺について 3 つまで選択)では健康問題が最も多く(61.3%),次いで経済・生活問題(22.7%),家庭問題(17.3%)であった。健康問題では身体疾患と精神疾患がほぼ半数ずつを占めていた。経済・生活問題は20~60歳代の男で圧倒的に多く,中でも多重債務が多かった。約 3 分の 1 の者が遺書などを残していた。15.9%は自殺未遂の経験があった。以上のような結果をもとに検討した結果,栃木県の自殺対策を推進する上で,(1)学校保健や職域保健のさらなる充実,とくに20歳代および30歳代男への対応,(2)自殺のリスクが高い者に対して,家族への指導などにより常に他者の目が届くようにしておくことの重要性,(3)自殺未遂経験者へのハイリスク者としての対応,(4)相談窓口(とくに多重債務)の充実と住民への周知,(5)身体疾患をもつ患者の心のケアの充実,(6)精神疾患をもつ患者の治療を含めた管理の充実,の 6 点が重要であることを示した。さらに,警察データにおける原因・動機は,現場を捜査した警察官が判断しているために,心理学的剖検と比較すると情報の偏りが大きく妥当性は落ちるが,全数を把握しているために選択の偏りはなく,この点は心理学的剖検に勝るものであることを議論した。<br/><b>結論</b> 警察のデータを用いて栃木県の自殺の実態を明らかにし,栃木県での自殺対策を進める上での要点を提示した。利点と問題点を理解した上で利用すれば,警察のデータも自殺予防対策に有用な情報を提供することを示した。

It is evident that after the mid sixteenth century Russians were sailing to the Ob Bay in Western Siberia and to the country of Mangazeya in the east along the coast of the Arctic Ocean. Their aim was to exchange their shipped goods for the fur offered by Siberian natives. But the use of such a route was forbidden by the chief officer (voevoda) of Tobolsk in 1619. Since then, to get to Mangazeya from Tobolsk, the first half of their course had been the passage down the river Ob to its mouth, and the latter half from there across the bays of both Ob and Taz finally to the destination. Mangazeya was the place where exchange had been made of a great deal of fur up to 1640' s. But thereafter the center of fur industry moved eastwards to the river Lena and, moreover, the main trade route in Siberia moved southwards. Thus its out-of-the-way location brought about Mangazeya's declination and, in turn, the prohibition of the sea route to it in the way mentioned above in 1667. But the coastal route of the Arctic Ocean was resumed by Russians toward the end of the seventeenth century.

ホルモン処理によって人工催熟した親魚から搾出した卵及び精子を人工授精し,その受精卵から孵化仔魚を得た。孵化仔魚は卵黄吸収が終了するまで,21℃と25℃,塩分32-34,0-数lxの暗条件下で飼育管理し,日々の連続標本からその外部形態及び摂餌に関わる器官の発達を観察した。孵化仔魚は,水温21℃では日齢10(211.7℃・日),25℃では日齢8(201.5℃・日)で卵黄吸収を終了し,口には上下顎それぞれ4対の針状幼歯が特徴的となった。この時期,HE染色された組織切片を見ると, 咽頭部に食道壁の肥大により狭窄した部位が観察され,またその内壁には粘液細胞もほとんど発達しないため,ワムシのような固形分の嚥下の困難が想像された。
